This was my second extended stay at this location- Front desk staff is always very accommodating and definitely one of the cleanest hotels I’ve ever been to- you can tell the housekeepers take pride in their jobs meticulously cleaning the rooms and property in general. Beds are super comfortable… linens are clean as well as towels. Nice breakfast options. Laundry room was out of service during my stay and staff wash- dried- and folded my laundry and returned to me same day! Super appreciated:) I highly recommended this property to anyone considering its convenient location!!!

Highly recommend this hotel! At check-in, the staff member was very friendly and helpful. Hotel very clean, convenient location in nice area. The room was also very clean. Bed was very comfortable!! Nice variety of food for breakfast. We would 100% stay here again!!

Would have liked hot water to make tea, I didn't see a dispenser that didn't look like it had coffee in it. The shower handle was missing a screw so it was tricky to make it work, but we managed. But that would not keep us away;)

The room was clean. Breakfast had options that were good, although the bagels were hard. Waffle maker was a bonus. The gym had all working cardio equipment, hand weights.

I attempted to call the hotel directly to book. I was sent to a central scheduling, and the gentleman attempted to upsell me. His “discounted” rate was $30 more than was booking.com offered. When I said the website had a better rate, he became short and rude. I gladly finished booking with booking.com.

We were greeted by a "smiling and friendly" young man at the front desk. He went thru reservations with us to make sure it was correct (which I appreciated) and he also to time to show us where all the facilities were, and explained about breakfast. The whole Hotel was spotless, bright and cheerful and was located close to a shopping center and plenty of dining choices. I would definitely recommend this Hotel.

There wasn't anything that I did not like.

The girl working the front desk didn’t seem to care we were standing right in front of her. We got in around 10pm she was just sitting there starring at the computer screen and didn’t greet us or anything and it was probably 2-3 minutes just standing there starring at each other before she decided to say you guys checking in? I’ll be with you in a few minutes after we had just been standing there for a few minutes and she just didn’t have a good attitude

The hotel was clean, the staff where friendly, room was big, and bed was comfy. Dogs are permitted, yet the hotel smelled clean, and no dog evidence was seen anywhere. There was also complimentary coffee, and popcorn in the lobby.

The shower had no water pressure. It made it frustrating to wash my hair (long). After a long day out, you want a nice, hot shower, and comfy bed. Unfortunately, the shower was lacking. You don't really feel refreshed.

It wasn’t enough breakfast when we came down. There was no more really left. The location of the facility was perfect for me.

I didn’t like the smell of the room. I didn’t like the tub. It wasn’t really clean properly. It was a ring around it and it was some a lot of yellow stains there so if I wanted to take a bath, I could not I only could take a shower and I had to wear shower shoes

As a very picky, specific, person. This hotel was actually really nice and modern..1 King Bed Room was awesome.. Little small but good.. Carpet in the hallway on the 4th floor could use a shampooing but the entire hotel smelled really good.. Nothing out of place.. Parking is free, however the lot is on the small side and the spaces are tight so make sure you park straight and fold your mirrors if you can.. Ac felt great in the room. Tv's volume max is set at 50 but you can still hear it pretty good. My wife and I enjoyed our stay and I recommend this hotel to anyone traveling. Staff checking in and out is nice and quick. Even though the parking is tight I still give it 5 stars because there are worse lots I've encountered lol. So thanks for the hospitality and home like feel.. Btw we slept really good. Bed is very comfortable!!

Parking lot a little small and the spaces are tight.

I've stayed at this hotel several times, the room size is quite large, and the rooms are very clean. They have a heated pool, a workout facility and a great breakfast.

This time around they placed us in a room at the end of the hallway adjacent to an outside door. Alll we heard all night were people opening and that door automatically slamming shut. The next morning I asked to get moved to a different room and they immediately said oh was it because of the door and I said absolutely.

The room was very nice. The price was very fair. The check in agent (Malica) at the front dest was excellent. She knew her job well and took care of all our needs.

The breakfast was as I expected but a couple things may need to looking into. The biscuits were like rocks and the toaster wasn't working well. The toasted items were getting stuck at the back and didn't come down the chute to the front.
