Such a tranquil location, the air conditioning was powerful, the bed was so comfy. Affordable and to be right next to the sea and around animals such as lizards and roosters. The swimming pool and the coffee shack was a delightful touch.

Washing machine didn't wash the clothes, it was a small load but all the suds were found stuck on the clothes, had to take them elsewhere. I noticed during the flood warning that when taking a shower a large puddle of water was found in the lounge which was rather confusing because the gap between the puddle and the shower was about 3-4 metres and dry. It could benefit a touch up

Property is in a great location. It’s pretty comfortable with all the chairs and tables. I like that they let you take advantage of the pool.

We went for 4th of July, didn’t know we couldn’t do small fire works that we go from Winn Dixie. We got to do one and the employee came out yelling at us. Repeated no bueno, the popo comes…. A few times although my husband informed her that we spoke English and understood what she was saying. Very rude. Very disappointing. Could have just informed us that it was not allowed and that’s it, no need for the repeated yelling or threatening us with the cops 🙄

The room smelled very clean and was comfortably cool. They had a nice new AC system and freshly painted walls. The bed was extremely comfortable. Large bath space and comfortable parking arrangement. Beautiful tables under the hut to sit by the water and marina. Very considerate to have ice and a cooler to throw fish scraps after cleaning. They allowed us to keep our things in the office until the room was ready.

I found a small bug by the pillows, hair in the bed, dirty floor and bathroom vanity top with what appeared to be soap. The TV image was not clear.

The dock and lanai were great. So is the location. Room was spacious and well stocked. Very clean. Good value for the Keys. We were worried about the beds as this is always an issue for us. The one looked awful and made lots of noise but we both slept great. The foot being slightly elevated on that bed was actually what my husband needed. We like to get 2 doubles instead of a king in case the beds are not great. They tend to do better with just 1 person. We do this everywhere not just here. It worked well though.

Door to lanai kept slamming. Tv didn’t work very well. Couldn’t get the cable to work and it was next to the window so it wasn’t in the best shape. Weren’t there for tv though so we didn’t mind too much. Squeaky bed for sure. Take a white noise machine. It comes in handy with the roosters, which actually were not that bad this time. Our first stay we were up very early! Wish there was a hot tub.

Great location in Marathon - right on the main road and backs to a canal. The staff were super helpful at check-in and at check-out. Kitchen was nice and had ice-trays in the freezer (super helpful - we didn't have to use the ice machine as a result). Bed was nice - bathroom was nice with a spacious shower that was fairly recently remodeled. It's a little over an hour to Key West, but the value made the drive worth it (though, those US 1 drivers are pretty slow at times!!) There are some nice parks near this place, too. Bahia Honda and Veteran's Memorial park just west of the 7-mile bridge are very nice!

Really can't think of any drawbacks to this property. 10 out of 10 would stay there again.

Loved the cleanliness of the room and the kitchen/dining room! Loved how close we were to our favorite dive spots in the Keys. We were close to Publix and restaurants as well as the parks. Marathon is truly the best place to stay! Also the chickens....I really like chickens. They wanted me to feed them but I told them they needed to find their own food and be independent. When I first saw the wild chickens they were eating a chicken leg I was very disturbed. Chicken is good though. I really don't know what else to say in this review the booking.com app won't let me leave. Help me. Nevermind I figured it out, I can leave now.

The weather during our stay. If only the hotel could get a handle on learning to control the weather.

Staff was friendly, room was clean.

The parking was not too good and our neighbor swore that he was parked correctly even though I was told to park angled in. Also, I'm sure I was charged more once we arrived. When I saw two charges once I got home I was told that both were correct and it was due. I will still check on this with my bank and call back once I know for sure. We actually plan on returning, not sure if we should book through the third party again or not.

Great location in the middle of the Keys. Large clean room with a kitchenette.Terrific shower. Beautiful pool on the marina.

Screen porch is right on the parking lot.I wouldn't bother getting a room with a porch next time.

Our room had a screened porch which was enjoyable and a dedicated parking space directly in front of the room. The room was large, slightly dated yet exceptionally clean and also had a kitchenette & dining table. We also enjoyed that the property has resident chickens and loved the dock area behind the pool where manatee come to feed. And yes, we got to see on!!

We enjoyed the property as it was and felt it was a good value. Things others may not like: the early morning rooster and dated rooms.

Location fantastic great water views, lovely rooms and very clean. Large rooms ours was a 2 bedroom deluxe unit and a kitchen with dining table and chairs. Nice bathroom and very clean. Plenty of restaurants in the resort location and with in driving distance. Fishing Dock on site if your into fishing. Great pool on site and plenty of sun loungers all around the pool deck.

No hair dryer, this was the only thing that was missing from the room, this means a lot to my wife and mite you ladies out there?? WE WOULD STAY AGAIN, GREAT central location for visiting all the Keys, no restaurant on site but there are plenty in the area to the resort. The pool is not heated plus I've never known a hotel pool to be 8ft in the deepest end???? The resort does not offer breakfast but there is an IHOP across the road. Car parking eack room has its own p/space. NO cutlery in the kitchen coffee maker and microwave in unit but no cutlery nor plates or bowls to eat from.
