Easy, convenient, affordable option in close proximity to the OCCC and to the local restaurant scene. Even with this being a 'no-frills" type of facility I found it to be functional and certainly a good value.

I did not arrive until 5PM on Monday. Upon checking in I spoke with reception staff about the possibility for a late check out on Friday since my return flight was in the evening. They extended a 12PM, however stated that if I called the front desk on Friday it was possible to extend until 3PM if I was willing to pay the $10 per hour overage. ( I was) Sadly on Friday I was told there was no room at the inn due to being booked. In hindsight I should have just payed for the extra night and left early on Friday since I had an 8-hour wait at the airport. I really wish they could have offered me a rate to stay when I explained my situation especially knowing I was already late checking in upon arrival.

Great location.15 minutes to universal. Beds were comfortable. Pool was clean and they offered pool towels. Bathrooms near pool were clean. Frig and microwave in room. Offers Free shuttle to parks. (Reserve the day before though. Downside there’s only 3. And return shuttle is first come first serve. Fills up quick ) The breakfast buffet was worth the $13. Food was good. Free parking but a lot of spots were blocked off due to construction. Felt safe on premises.

WiFi was horrible in the rooms. Better on main floor, Lobby and pool area. Purchased universal tickets there and the lady printed the wrong date. But booked us on the shuttle the next day. So once we got to universal it showed ticket was expired. Had to go to guest services and wait in line for 90 minutes to get it fixed. Then the entrance line was a mile long.

Located on International Drive with plenty of bars and restaurants within 10 minutes walk. It’s bus stop number 18. Reception was efficient and friendly. The rooms were spacious enough with two very large, comfortable beds. Housekeeping happened every day and the staff did a fantastic job. Please leave them a tip in the envelope when you leave. We dined in the hotel restaurant a few times as for ages 55+ there is a discount. Fantastic offer as it’s a three course help yourself dinner. Very good value and good. The manager was enthusiastic about her job and always spoke to us. There is a desk by reception for booking excursions. We used this and had no problems.

There wasn’t any sun parasols around the pool area. Very disappointing considering the strength of the sun in Florida. The shop in the hotel is very expensive and no prices on anything. I’d suggest you buy from the Walgreens supermarket over the road. If buying alcohol you’ll need ID. No exceptions.

The value of this property is excellent. It is a very large well organized resort property that does not charge you extra fees for the parking or for the resort atmosphere. It is extremely clean although I will say the room's could use updating as it is all the very old dark. Rug's and furniture. However, they are clean and there is staff there at all times painting cleaning vacuuming. The pools were exceptionally clean. Any public areas were very clean. The staff were all super friendly super nice. We had a dog with us. And they were very accommodating and sweet. They have a nice area for the animals to be walked. We really couldn't complain about anything. It even has Starbucks on property. It is directly across the street from a strip of Orlando that has just about every restaurant. You can think of there's a dave and Buster's. There's icon park that had many holiday festivities. It's literally right across the street from shopping and restaurants. We walked up-and-down the street many times. While I was afraid to be 20 to 30 minutes away from Disney. It actually worked out perfectly because we got out of the higher priced restaurants and tourist attractions. And there's numerous numerous Large box stores in the area. Everything from Petco to Walmart Dollar Tree target.even a wawa. Everything you could really want is with in driving distance or even an Uber. ********My biggest tip that I also got from a social media board is to ask for the ninth floor with firework views. We saw the multiple fireworks shows every night from The hotel balcony.. They were very far away, but you could still see them and still get excited about perhaps going to the parks or seeing them Close up on another day . It was something that we looked forward to each night around 930 to 1030 and we stayed in 4915.building F. Building f, however, is a very far walk from the mean lobby and the restaurant bar Starbucks so. Keep that in mind..

The only thing that caused us a little bit of trouble. And when someone came to visit us, it was a little bit of an issue for them. As well is that there are 5 rosin properties. And so you have to really make sure that when you put it into the GPS or you give directions to People. You just don't say Rose Inn. You have to actually give them the physical street address as there are 5 of them in. Orlando. This of course is not the hotel's property fault. It's just something to make note of this particular property was 9000 International.

Property was clean and very comfortable as it should be. Staff was specially courteous and helpful. I really appreciate Denise at costumer relations went over with me setting up WiFi, instructing me over the phone, waiting until I was fully connected and working. Later I found the instructions on the sheet paper they gave me at check in. Denise could’ve just said the instructions to WiFi were on that sheet, instead she took the time to go over with me on the phone. These little but helpful things make a whole difference, made me feel I was special. In a property as large as this one, it was really something. Thank you! I will definitely recommend this hotel.

It was within walking distance of a lot of restaurants and amenities, and there was an I-Ride trolley stop in front of the property. Even though it wasn’t free, the breakfast buffet had good offerings and it was a good option for several days of our stay. We also liked having the convenience store on site. We were glad to have a room in one of the buildings close to the lobby. We had friends in one of the farther buildings and it was a pain for them to get to the lobby for food or to catch Uber rides.

1) It was loud in the evenings 2)The laundry facilities were inadequate for the number of rooms it served- there were 3 washers and 3 dryers, but one of each not working, so basically 2. It took me about 3 hours to get a dryer and get my clothes dried; I had to keep going up and down the stairs to check on availability. (Or wait forever for the elevator). I guess I got my exercise that day. The detergent dispenser ate one of my tokens and apparently I got the last box of detergent because the guy who came in after me was out of luck. 3) No water pressure in the shower 4) No carafe for the coffee maker

We stayed for one night with family, booked two rooms. The check in took a little while but not too bad. Staff were friendly. Plenty of parking on site. Even though we had one booking, the two rooms were very far from each other, in different buildings, which was disappointing as we traveled with two elderly ladies and thought we would be close by. But it was just one night so we didn't complain. There is a restaurant on site and it was very good with excellent service and good value. The location of the hotel is perfect, close to the mall with plenty of entertainment, bars and restaurants. The rooms are a bit dated, more like a vintage motel style. But they were reasonably clean and everything worked. The checkout was as simple as dropping the key card into the box and we were on our way. Good value and enjoyable stay.

to be honest breakfast was average coffee was great and my server made sure it was just right fried bacon , ham salty, eggs - I prefer omelets or fried sometimes , sorry this was what I didn't like the bar is a bit outdated sorry , needs a facelift , food average but my bar tender was great and made good cocktails location and price is great but food and beverage needs an update big time, I travel a lot so just giving my feedback

try maybe renting out the restaurant to a high end restaurant chain , that provides quality international foods , typical American breakfast is high in fats and cholesterol and not healthy, another person was talking about that as well

Great stay, I booked for my solo trip to Orlando themed around a couple of theme parks and this stay came at the perfect location for both the attractions I wanted to visit. They have 3 restaurants(paid) that work on different times and their food is affordable too. I had the unlimited morning breakfast buffet for 3 days and they were so tasty and filling where they had multiple options to choose from. The pretty much have everything inside ATM(with a fee), Pools, Arcade games, package/post management(with a fee) and 24x7 Deli. Overall loved the place and they had super friendly staffs and entertain late checking and free luggage storage. Bonus perk: they have early entrance for some of the theme parks with paid/free busses to some of them.

The room I stayed had the door problem which didn't open even with the key card. The location is fine but I felt this is bit pricey for me since I was on a Solo trip. They charge for package receiving which was a bit odd but not a lot. Public transport was a bit of a mess but that applies to the whole of Orlando and not jus this hotel. Apart from that I absolutely loved the place. They pretty much have everything which was great.

The staff at the breakfast each morning were so helpful. The selection at breakfast was great - lots of healthy options as well as all the classics. The beds were comfortable. The temperature of the room was good.

It was good overall! If I was to give a negative - the bathroom was a bit out dated, the coffee maker in the room looked a little dirty but I think it was just water staining? There was a slight musty smell from the bathroom, not the worst but just noticeable enough.
