Can tell the hotel is dated, but it was clean. Elevator is a bit clunky and unreliable, had to use the stares most of the time. Only rode in the elevator one time. Breakfast was what I expected, it was okay but not worth bragging about. It is within three blocks of the Parc Stadium so the walking distance made it worth it for us as that was our event destination.

The elevator, there is only one, and it was not reliable for getting up and down from our room. We were on the 5th floor so got some exercise using the stairs. None of the exterior doors seems to be locked. Doesn't build confidence in feeling secure throughout the night, but we didn't have any issues.

It was the perfect central location to everywhere we wanted to go!! It was roughly a 15 minute drive to Six Flags, the Aquarium, Little Five Points, and maybe 20-25 minutes to the airport. Staff was amazing and really helpful, and the room had everything we needed.

When it rained or got too cloudy the TV would lose signal-- not the biggest of deals though!! We got hit by a pretty nasty storm (70 mph winds, intense thunderstorms) which knocked the power out, but luckily the hotel had a generator which kept the lights on which was a relief!

Pretty much going thru a bad situation I felt really comfortable every time I come I encounter a different clerk each and everyone I have come across have been amazing and very helpful. I always get my deposit back and when I can I enjoy the free breakfast they provide.

Almost everything I come they have a problem with my card which has a chip on it.

The front desk employees were very nice. Our luggage rack was very wobbly and was replaced with a decent one.

All the hand sanitizer dispensers were empty. The dispensers should be removed if they are not going to be refilled. More luggage carts please. We were up on the 3rd floor so I had to make 4 trips up and down to our room when we checked in. Two luggage racks in the rooms would be great since most people have at least two suitcases when traveling.

Decent location for downtown and access to the interstate. Staff was nice and the room was fine.

Very limited dining options nearby and the area is a bit sketchy but I felt safe at the hotel It is a buget hotel and you get what you pay for and if looking for a moderate hotel close to downtown then it is fine.

Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. She answered all our questions and was really nice. Location was good, facilities were clean, and price was good.

I wish the refrigerator in my room worked but I just used ice. And the hot water too a long time to get really hot, but it did get hot.

Breakfast & staff were great. Desk check in was very professional with complimentary cookies and drink.

Bathroom needs updating and no extra blankets in closet

Stayed for two nights. Had to work early both mornings so I was unable to have breakfast but I was very impressed on how up to date and clean the room was.

The only con was that they charged to use the washer and dryer which was not the problem, it was that the hotel didn't give out change to use it.

The service desk receptionist was super helpful and nice. The workers cleaning rooms was super helpful and nice.

My power went put on my room for 30 min but a very kind staff member helped us get it back on track.

Reception was so nice. I should of got her name she checked us in and was so nice and kind. The bfast was good and decent. Location was great

Elevator didn't work. Rooms were so so clean.
