The Friendliness Of The Entire Hotel Staff During My Stay. From The Manager Moe SERVING Guests In The Dining Hall To The Front Desk Clerks Jae And Her Crew..With Recommendations Of Nearby Lounges And Eateries..When Our Reason For Coming To ATL Plans Were Cancelled. I Loved The High Floor Room With Views, Kitchen In The Room, And How Quiet The Hotel Was With My Expectation Of Crowd And Noise Considering The Concert/Events Happening Nearby. Loved The Location. And Valet Was Very Friendly And Accommodating When I Left Items In My Car And The Valet Walked Me To My Vehicle. I Liked The Hot And Cold FREE Breakfast And The Friendly Service. I Like How The Parking Valet Fee Is Taken From The Incidental Fees You Pay Upon Check In. I'm Sure I Never Seen That Before So That Was Cool..Sketchy At First Then I Thought, That's Pretty Neat.

There's Not Much I Didn't Like. The Shower Head In Rm 813 Sprayed Water Outside Of The Shower Over The Shower Wall Onto The Floor And The AC Made Loud Noises Of Water Leaking And Knocking At Night. I Didn't Like How The Elevator Took 7Mins To Get To Us..We Ended Up Taking The Stairs From The 8th Floor. Happened Twice During My Stay But Luckily Wasn't Really In A Hurry. Although I Loved The Rooftop And The Views Of The Skywheel It Is Very Small With Just A Few Spaces For Seating.

The room was nice. Better view than expected. The breakfast was very good, nice variety of food. The attendants were super nice! Sonya and Zella, thank you for making our stay more pleasant! It helped to set us up for Passion Conference 2025! You ladies are the super heroes of morning! There were a few other attendants I came in contact with that were awesome- Tee, Jordan, and others I didn't get names. Jordan, you set our first day up with your hospitality and it was very much appreciated!! Great team, great experience! God bless you all!!

The only down I may have had, the shower could have been a tad cleaner and had a couple of sticky parts on the floor in the kitchen area that I just had to wipe up. Temperature of water could have been a warmer. But other than that, it was a great stay!

Check in was easy, staff at desk super friendly and helpful, room was comfortable

Couch in room 609 looks very stained, room never really cooled down, and housekeeping staff on last day was not pleasant. She knocked on the door and I opened to let her know I would be out in about 20 minutes and she gave me a huge attitude and shrugged her shoulders at me.

The breakfast was absolutely amazing - it far exceeded expectations in variety and quality. The staff were fantastic and so friendly. Shout-out to Sonja and Zella who were so helpful, especially when we came down to breakfast late on the last day. Thanks for not letting us go hungry! And shout-out to Emmanuel who was incredibly helpful at the front desk and getting us settled in. Having a kitchenette in the room with dishes was super convenient - a lovely addition that added tons of value to our stay.

The facilities could have been nicer. One of the elevators was out of service the entire time, and the pull-out bed was more uncomfortable than expected. There were four of us in our queen suite, and those staying on the pull-out bed had to go through the bedroom to get to the bathroom. The bathroom door was also a loud sliding barn door which left a huge gap through which people could see in and a ton of light could come out, which made using the restroom at night bothersome.

Rooms were very clean loved that they had wood floors

Breakfast was horrible they had the same things every day. The food was cold ,and breakfast sandwiches were hard. Bagels and bread were hard. I was there for four days and they never changed the meals. That was the only downfall I really hope they switch up meals in the future

The staff was very helpful. The room was very nice and clean!!

Upon arrival we was not able to get a key to our room because something was going on with the system we would have to have a staff to take us to our room and get a key later. So we decided to wait and go to our room once the keys were working. Once we received our keys they were to a room that some one was already in. When opening the door there was guest already in the bed. This could have turned into a bad situation. Luckily it did not!!

Rooms were clean and very comfortable. The kitchen was a plus, it even has a dishwasher! Breakfast was delicious! The staff was all great but especially the kitchen staff was awesome!!! It was my son's birthday and they all went out of their way to celebrate him, especially the breakfast lady. Will definitely return in the future.

The only thing I can say I didn't like were the pillows. Next time I will bring my own. Everything else was great!

I not going to lie the property is a little old. You can see it in the elevators and other areas in the hotel. However, I am very grateful for the staff help which is why I am going to give them a 10/10 review. They were super kind and help me with a glitch in the system with my reservation from booking.com. Everyone was smiling, they were welcoming, and they were very attentive to all of our needs. I would recommend anyone to stay at this property for sure.

A convenient downtown location, comfortable, and with a helpful staff. The free Atlanta Streetcar has a stop only about 2 blocks away and makes a loop around the central core and back to the hotel.

The lobby entry seemed always crammed with people, probably because the elevators were quirky and did not always function efficiently. Nearby restaurant options were very limited.

The staff was constantly kind and attentive no matter what time of day it was. They constantly checked on us and made sure we were happy. I never have had such great service from a hotel as i did here. I will be booking with them from now on

The doors tend to slam especially with the housekeepers. So you can’t really take a nap. The walls arent extremely soundproof but it was manageable
