We like that the family room is spacious. We are a family of 5 and we also have big luggages. It's quite roomy for us to move. It was also near to tourist attractions, such as World of Coca-Cola.

Tried buying at the convenience at night. Felt that it was unsafe to roam around because a lot of homeless people, some are good ones but most of them were quite sketchy.

Excellent location, was about a 10 min walk to the State Farm Arena. The staff were nice, welcoming, and just amazing. We had a heat issue with our room; however, they had someone up to and when it wasn't a quick fix, they simply moved us rooms AND upgraded us for our troubles. The front desk staff is amazing. Vallet was great, as its $50 and they will get your car to and from as much as you'd like! The breakfast bar was great- even had meatless options (veggie sausage)!

The location appears kind of sketchy because of the homeless population; however, we felt safe the entire time!

The valet, front desk, housekeeping, and dining room staff were very friendly and professional. I absolutely valued the smiles and warm conversations from all of them. The food services manager was full of joy which was felt during breakfast each day. I enjoyed reading the inspiring quotes on her office door. All staff were willing to help in any fashion when asked. I enjoyed my experience; and, I would love to see a pool added to the establishment (smile!!!).

I feel there needs to be some type of "water" amenity, such as a hot tub or POOL.

This hotel was the perfect location for the show I was seeing at the Masquerade, and was only a 4 minute walk away. Lots of vibrant life outside the windows to watch! The hotel itself was very clean and comfortable, the staff were very helpful and kind, and the breakfast has great vegetarian options! I would love to stay here again next time I visit! The reviews stating it is an unsafe area are probably not used to being in a big city, but as a 5 foot 21 year old woman I never felt unsafe here during my stay.

The only issue is that there is only one elevator working right now and it is a 16 story building, so you will end up having to wait upwards of 20 minutes to get a ride, but if you plan ahead and leave a bit early, it’s really not a big deal! Just take the stairs if you’re able!

Location is close to major places like State Farm Arena and Mercedes Benz Stadium. The room was clean and comfy. We were on the 15th floor and had a nice view. There was food trucks right outside which was nice and fun. Staff was nothing but extremely friendly. Valet parking is $50 a night, coke and go as often as you like. They put a $50 hold on your card so that covered it- which is convenient. Valets we’re always nice and had the car ready when we needed it. My husband said breakfast was good.

Staff are beautiful pleasant and welcoming. Valet parking. Breakfast included. The beds were incredibly comfortable. Even the sofa couch reported to be the most comfortable sleep had (that is huge). Right next to public transportation i.e. “Underground”, Iconic Coca-Cola, the Justice Courts where Civil Rights and the King himself (MLK) handled the business of our dreams. We must fulfill these dreams.

This is not a “romantic” room and I had no view whatsoever but I was not there for romance. The room was quite small but it was precisely what we needed for a nights stay. It was sufficient for the purpose. Passing through.

Room was great. The hotel was fairly near the place we wanted to go. Most cool places to see were in walking distance. The valets for the parking were awesome.

Unfortunately, had to shuffle through the homeless every time we left the front door. A beggar hit me up at every corner. Eggs and sausage tasted funny. Stuck with the waffle and fruit. Downtown Atlanta could really be a better tourist destination if they could move the homeless out.

The room we got was bigger than we expected and more than fair enough for the price. Breakfast was good. We were able to do early check in.

Not sure if there was no Hotel parking lot but they offered Valet Parking for $50 (not included in reservation price). That will cover your whole stay, but if your going just for one night it may be expensive.

The breakfast was alright. Definitely a variety and the view way nice from the spot! Valet was good too!

The property looked very promising! However, I think there was a lot of work they were doing and they didn’t let those checking us in know :/ We went up and got an unprepared/dirty room, and no discount AT LEAST! We fortunately got another room, but full price :/
