Love the location of this property. The breakfast is also a nice bonus.

The front desk was understaffed for a sold out weekend. During breakfast hours the front desk staff was also responsible for refilling all the food and items. Upon first entering our room (around 11pm) it was clean, but when we opened the mini fridge to put water in it, there were smelly seafood leftovers that had been left behind. It smelled the room up immediately. We bagged it up and put it in the hall.

Fast check-in. Good breakfast. Comfortable beds. Good wi-fi. Large bathroom. Lots of restaurants around, as well as a bank and a gas station. Lots of storage room for clothes. Ample parking space.

Few electric outlets. Small tv. Outside door opens freely without use of key card, so less secure. Just one chair to sit down. Lack of table lamps. A feeble stream of water trickled from the showerhead. A bit hard to find the place. A sign near the road would be appreciated, especially at night.

They clearly take the cleanliness, upkeep, and offerings of the hotel seriously. Everything was immaculate and constantly being given care. The food during breakfast constantly rotated, etc. Once we didn't have our room cleaned, and I asked the front desk about it. The head of Housekeeping was at my door within two minutes, and was amazing. It is impressive how they all seem to truly value their property.

N/A - was a great place to stay. Would absolutely return here without hesitation.

Staff and room was wonderful. Nice quick breakfast in AM and 24 hr access to coffee or tea was nice. Our room had microwave and refrigerator which comes in handy. TV had cable with HBO and Showtime channels too. We liked the hotel so much we booked another stay in a couple months.

Property needs to replace flooring in hallways. We were told they are aware and that is their next project.

Location in relation to Stage Neck Inn. Loved the room. the queen suite was large and had a small kitchen area.

It was hard to find lobby arriving at night. No lights at entrance and in parking lot. Another sign directing me behind the plaza of businesses would have been helpful. Breakfast had a nice selection. Upgrade waffle batter machine since many people each morning struggled to get batter out. Add fruit please.

The hotel looked nice, the lobby, dining area, and pool were well laid out, easy to find. Our room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good. We enjoyed making our own waffles.

The first 2 nights, the inner lobby smelled of weed. Not outside, but the lobby only? I mentioned it since another reviewer had also mentioned it. I think it was the front desk staffer. The soundpoofing was lacking. We could easily hear people in the hallway as they walked by, and the people upstairs might have been elephants. I usually turn on the AC for some white noise to block out the rest, but the fan wasn't constant, it would only kick in when the temperature got too high. So I would leave the bathroom fan running to help. The bed was a bit firm, but that's all personal choice. The hotels location is weird, it's tucked behind 2 other buildings. The GPS was making us use the back road to get there??

Every single staff member was very approachable and extremely nice. They always had a smile on their faces and were happy to help. There was a mix up with my reservation but the staff handled it with great care and understanding. They were very nice and got everything straightened out without a fuss. They provided a nice breakfast as advertised and pool towels to go with the very nice pool. Fresh liens were waiting in our room.

I have no complaints

great person at check-in, helpful, courteous, friendly. room was clean and comfortable. breakfast was good the first morning: warm eggs and sausage. good choice of foods. good to have 24 hour coffee and tea.

second morning breakfast was a dud, cold eggs and sausage, had to throw out. maybe depends on who's working that day. room was good, but quite musty smelling. no other complaints.

The only issue we need to mention is that there are signs all around the property stating that the hotel is not responsible for any loss etc but the parking is in almost total darkness.

The darkness around the outside of the hotel and the staff was never very friendly or welcoming at any time. They did not say hello unless we started.

The modern decor, room style/layout , heated pool , free breakfast, microwave and refrigerator in the room and access to beach . All basic things were good.

1) There were no mirrors in the room and had to take turns in the bathroom mirror . A secondary mirror in the room is a must when travelling with family and want to start on time. 2) We could hear sound from the room above. So sound proof was the second thing.
