Everything was great. We didn’t check in until 5:30pm very clean and friendly. Great location

Our floor and room smelled like stale smoke. It wasn’t so strong that we would complain but when you’re not a smoker…I misunderstood when we checked in and thought breakfast was til 10:00am. My mistake but we went down at 9:08 am and everything was put away cleaned up chairs on tables like there was never breakfast. I understand it ended at 9 but 9:08?? We were disappointed and they said I should have double checked 😔

It did not start until 7am on the weekend, and 6 am during the week, We want to leave early so it was not available for us, we left at 640 am. Luckily some coffee was made so we just got a coffee to go.

The curtains on the bottom floor room 203 you cannot close the curtains and anyone walking by outside can see in. You should be able to close curtains on the ground floor facing the parking lot.

The staff was extremely accommodating to my needs, and the room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast had varied items including eggs and sausage, cereals, and bagels. Coffee, creamers and milk were always available. For my special dietary needs, it was great to have a microwave and fridge. Nice TV and varied programs, including a couple of movie channels. It was only 4 miles to my daughter's apartment, and definitely the best option for a return visit.

bathroom is pretty awkward for larger or taller people but great for me!

Location. Hotel was quiet. Front desk staff was very accommodating and great to deal with. Breakfast and coffee was plentiful and always ready. Shower and water pressure a huge plus. So damn easy to get around. I'd stay again.

The pluses outweighed the minuses 9 to 1. Plus I'm not a complainer like half of the people here.

Location and access to everything. QUIET ....this is my second time here and will make it my official home base when I'm in Pittsburgh. Everyone is so nice and accommodating without being phony. The manager runs a solid team. Very friendly and approachable staff. I will return soon

Desk clerks were friendly and helpful. Good breakfasts. Room was clean, bed comfortable. The king suite had a loveseat which as older folk, we loved, didn't have to always be sitting on the bed. Fridge, No freezer in fridge but great for restaurant leftovers, soda, water and microwave. We found it to be extremely quiet! Would definitely stay again.

My only con was a small one. No shelf in closet and no drawers under sink. With no shelf in closet the iron was under the sink, also hair dryer was under sink which left little room for us women's toiletries and incidentals due to no drawers in sink area.

The room was clean. We didn't eat breakfast.

The lobby was dirty. The chair that the My first impression was that the room would be dirty also but it was very nice and clean.

Bed was comfy and room very clean.

I was disappointed as there were no luggage racks to open my suitcase on and had to use the floor. I was in room 216 and the ceiling above the shower was split open from prior water damage upstairs. You need to replace the toaster only had one knob instead of the 2 one was gone.

I loved the breakfast. They had a wide selection. The towels were excellent. They were soft and fluffy. Overall the staff was very nice and helpful. I had a great time despite the small annoyances.

There isn’t any food around close by where you can walk to because there are no sidewalks anywhere nearby. I had to have food delivered each time which was not great. Also, there were no instructions given as to how to get there by bus from the airport. I had to figure it out on my own. When I called the front desk they said that all they knew is that the 51 bus is the one to take to get there. But they couldn’t tell me what bus to take from the airport to grab the 51.

Breakfast was good and well stocked. The room was very clean. The location was also good for us being close to where my family lives. For the price, it was a good place to stay with a very nice breakfast. I will most likely stay there next time I visit.

The room was on the small side. The hallways were worn looking and could use some updating. The hallway did get a little noisy on a Saturday night but that was because someone took a phone call in the hallway outside our room. I slept through it but it woke my boyfriend up.
