The room was very nice for a couple.

The booking said whirlpool but there was not. When asked they stated they haven’t updated the website. I was upset not having that.

We stayed 5 days (4 nights) The full kitchen was great for our family trip. Having 2 bathrooms was also a plus. Plenty of room and tvs in each room and the living room was also nice. The pool was great. We will definitely book here again in the future. It was clean. We were in walking distance of everything we needed.

Location is great, just one block away from shops & great restaurants and Smoky Mountain National Forest.

The condo is very dated so could use everything updated, furniture, curtains, shower curtain, towels, bathrooms fixtures, mattress.

The locks on the balcony doors are defective. We were locked out on the balcony for 15 minutes until someone else who had the exact same problem came along and helped us.

Easy location to the strip. The building is a older build but has been maintained. The unit was clean and very well maintained.

Getting to the parking area on the side of my unit was tricky do to tight turn coming from the front of the building to get to the parking area. Small vehicles are ok but a crew cab pickup was tight. I know each unit is individually owned but there should be a required kitchen inventory. When to eat and there was only 1 fork, no spoons but alot of knives.

The room was very clean and was prepared for us. The bedroom was a nice size for two people. The view was pretty great as looking off the balcony, we could see some of the strip and the aquarium. Overall very well kept.

Some towels had stains, one bathroom shower was clog and rooms need a deep cleaning.

I think it was a cute little condo, the location was great if you wanted to be in Gatlinburg. We will stay again at this hotel.

We stayed in 411 I received an email telling me how to check in and out, never a need to go to front desk. The location was amazing we parked and only moved our car once in 3 days we did the trolley which was free and stopped almost right at us. The king bed was very comfortable and the shower head and pressure was better than I have at home. The place is older but well kept our condo was very clean. Coffee Maker, Toaster, Full Fridge, Stove (no oven, we didn't need) Extra blankets were nice since I like it cold and the air did get cold and husband likes it warmer. Pretty good size tvs!

More than 3 towels and 2 wash clothes would have been so much better-4 towels and 4 wash clothes and 2 hand towels would have been great, maybe an extra trash bag or two and better pillows on the bed. Other than that we can't complain- the pillows were on awful just not great-we usually travel with our own-we forgot ours.
