Absolutely beautiful, very clean. Everyone so super polite. Indoor pool had a lot of chemicals in it but I do understand that is for cleanliness for many people use it and it is open 24/7 which was super nice for the momma to be able to relax after a long day with the kids. The outdoor pool was still open and the lazy river which was nice! One day the outdoor pool was a little cool which was to be expected the night before was cool. My kids loved their stay, my mother did and my husband! The pull out bed was good nothing unusual for a pullout couch bed. My kids actually slept in while we stayed there. The breakfast was GREAT and having coffee 24/7 was nice too for this momma. If we didn’t like dealing with people in the hot tub for wanted some privacy we just went to ours in the room which was super nice the kids also enjoyed that as well. I can’t think of anything bad this was my first time there, and I do believe we will be staying there every time we go that way!! I’ll admit I was kinda worried from some of the comments and I’m not saying those people maybe did have a bad one time but some of them I feel like if you gave them gold and diamonds they would say something wrong about it and not like it. There was a member around breakfast she was sooo sweet to my boys, she thought one was a girl at first but then corrected herself right away, but I told her not to worry people do it all the time for he looks like a lil girl with his hair! But, we carried a nice conversation afterwards, and she waved if she seen us outside our room. The maid was super super sweet as well. I’m a coffee person and she had no issues in the room giving me extra coffee for the room, and a big trash bag so I could clean up after my kids, and everything to take the trash out. I LOVED it here. Wish we could had stayed longer but funds ran short from the hurricane. But like I said we will be back!!!
There wasn’t anything I did not like!

The property was beautiful and was a wonderful surprise to arrive to! We enjoyed the indoor pool & hot tub, but were a little bummed the outdoor pool & lazy river was closed already ... especially since the chlorine inside started to get to our eyes after awhile. Still, the indoor pool & hot tub were nice and we enjoyed them while we could. The location was wonderful, just a bit off the highway with plenty of dining and things to do nearby. The hotel has a river right behind it and is a pretty location. Next time I would request a room with a river view since I believe all rooms have balconies. The lobby and inside was beautiful and well-kept. We spent a little time walking around just to admire it all. The breakfast had a great selection and was really good. We all enjoyed the biscuits and gravy and my son enjoyed the waffle station with toppings.
The staff could've been a little more attentive upon check-in. I don't appreciate walking in to find staff with their ear buds in and them only removing one to talk with us. They're being paid to WORK and greet customers, not chat on their phone, listen to music or watch YouTube videos. I'd even be more understanding if it were late-night and things were slow, but it was maybe 6pm when we arrived.

Liked having a private balcony. Coffee and hot apple cider were available 24hours. The staff was always friendly. Breakfast buffet was amazing with many different options. The breakfast staff always greeted everyone and made sure they had everything they needed.
During our 5 day stay there was a night that we lost power 2-3 different times for a good 20 minutes each time. During that outage it ruined my phone charger so we had to go out and unexpectedly buy a new one. The beds were extremely soft which in turn ended up having back pains.

It was close enough to the attractions, but far enough to be quiet.
There was nothing that we didn’t like.

We have stayed in numerous hotels throughout the Smoky Mountains. This has by far been one of our favorites to date. The lobby was beautiful and inviting. The staff were amazing, kind, and helpful. The room was cozy, and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and fully stocked. The location was great, easy in and easy out. Highly recommend!!! We will be back!!!
The parking lot was full, and trucks would park in front, taking up multiple spaces. There definitely needs to be enforced designated truck parking.

Room was clean and appointed nicely. Had a good sized refrigerator, coffee/tea maker and microwave. Beds were very comfortable. Had a couch and desk and a deck as well. Good sized room great for having kids a place to move around. The outside pool and lazy river were wonderful and we enjoyed them even in the rain. Check out time is at 11:00 so that is wonderful and gives you plenty of time for breakfast!!
We could have used some paper towels or napkins as we ordered a pizza and had nothing to wipe our hands on. Not really a hotel problem...more of the pizza place problem but some napkins or something in the room would be great!

Nice fresh, comfortable beds and pillows even though the mattress don't look it. Clean rooms and bathrooms which is a must for us. The bathroom was small but as long as it's clean, it's okay. The price was great for a week night, but the prices are usually too high. Even though we stay here a lot, I don't think it's worth $180-200/night, even on the weekend.
Breakfast. Not much of vegan/vegetarian choices. Wish they had fresh oatmeal instead of packages. The potatoes needed to be softer. I don't care for gravy/ sausages/ oatmeal packets so my choices were limited. I do understand free breakfast but not everyone eats the same.

I pretty much enjoyed most of the facility! I hadn't got a chance to try the pool, but I thought it was amazing that its open 24/7.. Overall I really thought it was a nice place to stay but definitely could work on some things to make it keep me coming back next time I come to stay in the area.
In all honesty, I didn't like the coffee, it could be of a little better taste, and there were little black pieces in my hot cider cup..im not sure what it was really and I was unhappy that the hot tub in our room could have been cleaned a little better, there were still remnants of oil and hair after filling it up from previous guests...

Coffee was available at all times. They provided you with information about all the local attractions. The receptionist was nice and facilitiy was clean. The indoor pool was open 24/7 and had towels available in the pool area. My kids loved this. The breakfast was pretty good as well. The first morning, the coffee machine wasn't working, but there was coffee available downstairs. So, no biggie. The location was perfect. We were there for cheer competitions at the convention center. Took us about 5 mins to get there.
There is nothing we didn't actually like. We did end up in a room for disabled so we didn't have a tub for the kids. Other than that for the price, location, and service, it was an excellent choice.

We loved the breakfast buffet, the location, they have two pools (one is 24/7) and it’s very laid back but over the top at the same time. Very well cleaned and tidy.
Our fireplace never worked but the day we got there. When we called to the lobby their exact words “oh my god, we don’t have anyone on property right now and I can leave a note but there is nothing I can do” Me- “the pilot is out and you can smell gas. Don’t you think if we leave this on someone will get hurt” Front desk- “no! I deal with this all the time. That’s not gas that your smelling. It’s just broken. All I can do is leave a note for them tomorrow!” My husband took all the “logs” out to find the nozzle to turn the gas off. Thankfully, he did!
