Good lockation and great breakfast. Love the balcony in the room.
Prices has gone up the last 5 years. Rooms are now 50% more expensive. Have visited this hotel 7 times, and have loved it each time. But wil probably look for a cheaper hotel next time. Hotel needs a makeover.

Loved the location. Conveniently right next to a shuttle stop to Zion. The Porter’s restaurant was an added bonus. The hotel gives you a breakfast voucher for each morning of your stay and you get a cooked to order breakfast in the restaurant, rather than food in warmers. I personally loved the omelets! Beautiful property with animals and also wild deer in the parking lot! Very nice staff and clean rooms. My only complaint is that the mini fridge was set way too cold and froze our items we put in it. I looked for a dial to lower the setting, but didn’t see one. When I mentioned it at my checkout, maintenance told me the dial is on the back of the fridge. I have never heard of having to pull a mini fridge out of the cabinet to change the temperature setting. Lesson learned. Other than that, we loved our stay at The Bumbleberry Inn!

The inn is a great place to stay when visiting Zion National Park. There’s free parking, and a shuttle bus stop is just a 2-3 minute walk away. You can also walk to the park's shuttle bus in about 20 minutes. The room is spacious and includes a fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and safe. There was also a large balcony. You can enjoy tea, hot water, and coffee in the office. There are also sticks to rent if you want to hike the Narrows (highly recommend taking one if you don't have your own) Breakfast offers a variety of options, like eggs, bacon, omelette, granola, and cereal. It’s served at Porter's Cafe nearby, and you need to pick up a voucher from the office each day for breakfast. The pool and hot tub are clean, and you can get free towels for swimming in the office. The staff is friendly and always ready to help. There’s a supermarket and many restaurants nearby, all within walking distance.

Great location for Zion trips. Nice lobby with water / water fill station. Room was a fair size, bathroom and shower were adequate. Bed was comfy, and the microwave was a nice touch. Breakfast at Porters was great.
Porters doesn't open until 7am, and there was always a line at open, so if you want the included breakfast you need to be there early if you're planning on driving to the park. Breakfast vouchers were only issued the day before, so you had to remember to collect them each afternoon as the desk didn't open until 7:30am.

Having breakfast at Porters restaurant was great, good choice and nice to eat out. Location great - shuttle stopped right outside hotel for Zion. Hotel laundry really convenient and cost effective. Around the hotel plenty of choice of places to eat.
For the price, I was expecting a little more. We stayed over 4th July weekend so maybe that was why it was so expensive. The rooms were nice but nothing special. No tea making facilities unlike other hotels, and no provision of cutlery or wine glasses. On check in, the staff preferred to talk to each other about another guests booking rather than serve us and left us waiting which was really annoying after a long hot drive.

Great location close to Zion, walking distance to shops, food, and shuttle bus. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was satisfactory, decent beds, clean bathroom, small porch for watching sunset. Included breakfast is a sit-down at Porter's, located at front of property. Get there early to avoid a wait, the food was delicious. Kids loved the family hobby farm in back- read the signs to learn what food to share with the animals. Ice cream shop was delicious!

Ground level rooms had easy access and had a patio area with comfortable chairs outside. With our rooms next to each other, we were able to relax with snacks and a glass of wine at the end of the day. Breakfasts were very good. You could order off of a menu that offered quite a variety of options. Full breakfasts were served on a timely basis. Beds very comfortable, rooms clean and bathroom space above average. Bathrooms clean and well equipped.
Parking was sometimes inconvenient. Hotel was pretty full and sometimes had to park in adjacent building area.

This place was incredible. I was pleasantly surprised. Was not expecting it to be this good. The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful. The rooms were very nice, spacious, modern, and a welcome return after long days in Zion NP. The breakfast across the street Oscar's/Porter's is phenomenal. The location is prime. I truly couldn't think of a better place to stay in Zion!
The light / fan of the bathroom was the only annoying thing. Everything else was perfect!

Everything was excellent! It was clean and roomy. Liked the shutters on the windows as it kept it dark to keep out morning light. nice to have a table and chairs. beds comfy. We had the family room, which was really nice for our family. This was the most reasonable place we stayed, and although it was a bit of a drive from the park, it was worth the savings. the grocery store was convenient for stocking up for the next day's hikes.
the only thing that was a bit inconvenient was getting ice. It was in the office and the office didn't open until 8, I believe.

We loved the location, hot tub, breakfast at Porters, and our room was comfortable with great views outside! We enjoyed the bumbleberry pie with bumbleberry pie cheesecake ice cream at the on site bakery as well as browsing the gift shop.
My only feedback would be that the breakfast doesn’t start until 8 which can be challenging if you are trying to get in the park. It would be nice if there was a “to go” option for breakfast that you could pick up the night before.
