A nice vintage style motel that blends nicely into the canyon setting with its colors and 50-60’s architecture and colors. The room interiors have been nicely updated and are neat and clean, and the beds are very comfortable, and so are the pillows. We always get one of the family suites because of the separate bedrooms. Great WiFi. The staff is super friendly and helpful. I highly recommend opting for the breakfast, it’s at a great dinner Nextdoor with awesome breakfast and great service. Just a great place for a quiet getaway with a friend or two.

Vic and the other lady in the office are very professional and accommodating. I like that there is a microwave and a small refrigerator in the room. The breakfast accommodation is excellent and the staff there are so hospitable.

Everything is great except for one housekeeper, a middle age, big woman with black hair and who wears a pink headband. She’s very rude. She saw me smoking outside and yelled at me at the top of her voice that I cannot smoke in the property when she can say it in a nice way. I know I can smoke outside but not in the room. She didn’t even say sorry when she saw me the following day. Even if I am not a guest there, she shouldn’t treat people rudely. She should be written up or worst be fired out.

I really enjoyed nearly everything about this motel: the location, the décor, the classic motel vibe, and it included a great breakfast at the local café nearby. I would stay here again if I am fortunate enough to return to Zion NP.

We had difficulties understanding/speaking with one of the staff in English. When we had to inquire about parking after check-in, we could not find that staff member as there was just a sign at the desk saying "Around the property - come find me." (No one could be found.) There is a random tax auto-added during check-in that was not announced/included via Booking.com. So that needs to be clarified/pre-announced or removed.

We booked very last minute and got lucky to get a room at Zion Motel.Perfect place to get onto the hiking trails early the next morning. Everything that you might need and more in walking distance. The rooms are spacious, water is hot and breakfast is included in the restaurant next door. Great food options! It fills up easily though, so either be there before they open or bring some time.

Due to the excellent location, the rate/night is extremely high for a motel. My CC got charged a week after our c/o without any further notice, although we have paid through booking.com. However, they refunded it quickly.

The hotel is in the middle of Springdale with access to all restaurants around and includes breakfast in the cafe next door which was very convenient. The location just outside of Zion NP makes it perfect for doing visiting the park. The rooms have a book with tips, including the list of hikes recommended which we found very very helpful. The rooms where clean and big enough for 4 people. It was very convenient to have parking space just in front of the door and the check out process was super easy and comfortable.

The mattresses could be upgraded

Location is excellent. Three bus stops from the park entrance. Average sized room. Very clean. A big surprise was the pool and breakfast. Also a great option, when checking out the hotel allows you to leave your car in its parking lot in special places, which was great, since we were traveling on a long weekend and the parking lots in the park were full. Stuff is super friendly. I definitely recommend it.

The interior is a bit old-fashioned, but I didn't mind. It was compensated by the cleanliness and the warm pool with a million dollar view.

We had the family suite and were three people. The master bedroom was really big and the smaller one was just a little bit smaller. Everything was very clean and tidy. The kitchen was well equipped with an oven, toaster, microwave and much more. Parking was very comfortable with a reserved space in front of the apartment. The motel was located very close to the park entrance, so it only took us about 5 minutes by car. Breakfast was served in the diner next door and was great as well.

We only stayed for one day and wanted to cook something in the evening. It would have been great, if basic condiments (salt, pepper, cooking oil) were provided in the room.

Front desk were fantastic and let us check in over an hour early, which we didn't expect! The location is fabulous and so convenient to get the shuttle bus to Zion. Pool was lovely and clean. Breakfast was excellent - we weren't expecting this but a change of ownership meant we got this as an extra! Can't speak highly enough of this place.

Fantastic value for money in a very comfortable and well located position. Comfortable beds,  fresh, clean, fluffy towels and generous coffee and tea supplies. Comfortable beds and some chairs to sit on beside beds. Great reception and the best laundry facilities with excellent pricing and super clean and great machines do the job perfectly. Free parking and a pool.

Bed coverings could do with some updating, but does the job fine. Fridges a bit tiny and no toaster.

The location was perfect, close to restaurants and shops and very close to the entrance to zion park. The lady who greeted us was super helpful and kind. She let us check in early with no cost because we were just exhausted from our drive and flight. I would stay here over and over again! You can sit right outside of your room and see the mountains ....just all over a great experience for the price!

The room was a little dated but we did not care. It was beyond clean and the bed was comfortable.
