The man at the front desk was amazing . He greeted me as soon as I walked in the door even though he was on the line with another customer. There were some items I needed for my room and he made sure one of the employees brought it up to my room. The establishment was clean ! My room was spotless and spacious. It was for my son and I.

One of the neighbors complained about my son being too loud. Someone from the front desk came up to make us aware. My son is only 5 and has lots of energy. The staff were very courteous about letting us know and let us know he understood that my son was just enjoying himself. Also, the elevator wasn’t working for a few hours the next day. It didn’t bother me but I thought about customers coming in with lots of bags.

I love visiting this hotel whenever I am in the area. It is always very clean, very comfortable, they have the best staff in the business, and the breakfast is the best that I have ever had when it comes to hotel breakfast. One of the top hotels hands down so if you are ever in the area and need a place to stay, I highly recommend here.

The only problem I have is with breakfast, they need to have honey or real maple syrup instead of the cheap stuff loaded with corn syrup and high fructose corn syrup which is horrible for diabetics and people needing to cut back on sugar. Honey to the least can be eaten by diabetics, is healthy, and it is easy to store because it never spoils or gets old.

The room was very clean and everything was comfortable. Our first room, the A/C, didn't work. They sent maintenance to our room immediately. Unfortunately, it continued to not work, so they promptly moved us to another room. The breakfast was great both mornings. The staff were friendly.

The only "negative" was that the A/C didn't work in our original room, so they moved us. The only room available was a King Suite. We had 2 queen beds and a couch originally because we had three adults staying in the room. Unfortunately, the one adult had to sleep on a pull-out bed instead of a comfy queen bed. It was an unfortunate change, but the hotel did what they could to accommodate us, which I appreciate.

The breakfast was decent. I did which they had more options like waffles but everything was good. I loved the decorations in the lobby my daughter and I were amazed. I love the color scheme throughout the hotel for cute and modern. My favorite part was the bathroom. It was very spacious and the shower was amazing. My daughter and I loved the bed and was very warm and cozy and big as well. We will definitely be coming back for a longer period of time.

I believe everything did what it needed to do.

Didn't try breakfast so can't comment but kind of disappointed that no coffee was available after breakfast. Would have gave 10 but I use a walker and parking is in the back with two sets of doors to go thru. They have handicap buttons but one on outside is broke so neither sets of doors open and go from inside to outside, there is no button for first set of doors so have to open door while maneuvering walker than hit button in between doors which did open outside set of doors. Also doors did not open very easy.

The staff were the friendliest, most accommodating I’ve seen. I felt like I was on a cruise ship!

I think management should take a look at the room I stayed in. 246. It was very clean but needs to be refreshed. Deadbolt on door doesn’t function. Lower peephole cover is missing. Toilet paper hardware and one wall hanger aren’t secure in wall. Window sill surface is in disrepair. Windows are dirty on outside. Fridge cabinet door needs to be secured. Room air exhaust cover isn’t flush on wall. Bathroom exhaust filter is dusty. Carpet is stained and frayed in multiple areas. Mattresses need to be rotated or replaced due to deep depressions near side table. Sorry: Almost forgot: door to pool wasn’t locked.

The breakfast was wonderful!! We met a very nice young man named Hakeem. His customer service skills were fantastic!! He went around to everyone to make sure that they were well taken care of. He was the most respectful, gracious and polite young man I have ever met. I would also like to give kudos to Rose, who was the first person I met when I checked in. She was so friendly and welcoming. She made sure that I knew everything about the times for breakfast, the restaurant and the pool. I'm glad I got the chance to see both of them on the morning I checked out.

Everything was absolutely perfect!! I would not change a thing!! Your entire staff was wonderful!! They are all a great asset to the Hyatt company!!

Sheets were clean. Breakfast had a few more items than most other hotels with "continental" breakfast these days. Turkey sausage, pork sausage, warm grits, fresh made scrambled eggs not from frozen, yogurt and spoon in bowl not packed in a cup, toast your sliced bread on a conveyor oven not a pop up, bowl of oranges. Was surprised that the room with two queen beds also had a comfy contemporary sofa and ottoman.

No microwave in room 327.

The front desk staff was very nice and welcoming. Loved the layout of the room , the sitting area was a nice touch. Bed was nice and comfy.

I had to wipe down the bathroom before i even settled in because there was dirt or something on the wall when closing the bathroom door. Whatever it was , it came right off with a clorox wipe , but then that just made me uneasy about the rest of the stay. It appeared to be clean, but was it really? And one of the lamps didn't work at all, maybe it was for decor,couldn't find out how to cut it ,but it did have a bulb in it.

The staff were extremely helpful and attentive. When our room didn't have a microwave, staff offered to bring a microwave up to the room for me. When I declined their offer, they showed me where I could heat my dinner leftovers up in the breakfast area of the lobby. The room was clean and otherwise well stocked. I also enjoyed using the gym. We additionally enjoyed the complimentary breakfast every morning.

I only wish our room had come equipped with a microwave and a safe. But staff was kind enough to offer to bring a microwave up to the room.
