We came to Hampton to renovate a house nearby. We were supposed to stay 10 days but ended up extending our stay multiple times for a total of 18 days. The staff was so accommodating we didn’t think to stay anywhere else. From extra towels to special requests for breakfast, the staff made it happen! The nice lady that makes the breakfast made our stay more comfortable with her bright personality, she was so sweet and nice!

The pool was closed our entire stay (maintenance issue) That was disappointing since we had a 2 and 10 year old. But we went to the beach instead to make up for it. There is no venting fan in the bathroom, so every time we took a shower it steamed up the whole room with no way to ventilate but to open the main door.

Very helpful front desk clerk. She had an awesome restaurant recommendations and graciously arranged for a late check out for us!

I rented the room at this hotel because of the indoor pool and spa. When we went down to swim and relax, the very small pool had 4 middle school boys with a large ball. I can only assume that they were there for a water polo team tryout! They were having a good time, yelling, spiking the ball, jumping in, acting like the middle school boys that were. There were 4 parents there talking. They did nothing to calm the boys. My son got in the pool but I did not. I would have but I didn't feel like getting hit with a ball. The spa was broken, of course. My son was able to swim the next morning without incident. The boys behaviour is on the parents. The broken spa is on the hotel. Unfortunately my experience is very common. I won't spend extra for a hotel for a pool and spa again.

Staff was so nice and congenial.

My room was not cleaned until the 4th day of our stay. Although staff apologized, this was a disappointment for my stay. Also, the toilet handle was malfunctioning which should have been taken care of by an attentive housekeeping staff.

The room was very clean. It was also not too far from buckroe beach.

The breakfast was not what was advertised. They only had a normal breakfast for hotels. Meaning cereal, eggs, sausage, biscuits, toast and muffins.

I like the cleanliness and that it was pet friendly.

The breakfast could’ve been handled a little better for late comers it was like first come first serve as opposed from this time to this time

Staff was outstanding!!!!! As usual !!! Very friendly !!!!! Our lock on our room didn't work very good more like very hard. The door either wouldn't close our wouldn't lock. We couldn't get a joining rooms, however the place was booked and we understood.

The hot tub didn't work!!! This is one of the main reasons for this as my grandchildren enjoy the pool and hot tub.

the location was convenient, the lobby and room were clean. the front desk staff was exceptional! easy check in and out. the room was modern and spacious enough for my family. compared to my last stay in Hampton VA at the Embassy Suites by Hilton the Springhill Suites is a much better experience.

the beds weren’t the best as they were too small.. we were traveling with our little ones (3) and it was difficult to sleep comfortably. the couch had stains on the cushions so I didn’t feel comfortable with sleeping on it. overall the room was clean.

staff was friendly and helpful. breakfast was good. the room and hotel were clean and well stocked. they even have free lemonade and baked goods in the lobby for guests.

no pancakes or waffles at breakfast

The room was very clean. The only thing that we did not like was the phone ringing at 6am in the morning. We didn’t ask for a wake up call, so my husband and I was upset about that. Other than that, the breakfast was good, just a little cold. Staffing was good.

The wake up call on a Sunday morning @ 6am Cold breakfast. Over charged a bit on my Debit card.

it was very modern nice touch

the other parts of the hotel looked really nice but when it came to the pool it looked outdated from the rest of the hotel and water was a bit murky was not bad to swim in but can use touch ups 1 door handle was missing and the key card machine when you go to the pool deck wasnt there so me and my family had to use a chair to keep the door open.
