We were able to bring our dogs with us and the staff was kind about this. We really enjoyed the king suite we stayed in, it was very spacious for me, my husband, our 2 kids and our 2 dogs. I was able to book online and that went smoothly.

The bed were too firm, more pillows, toiletries and towels would have been nice in the room without having to call down. A room closer to the bottom floor with 2 dogs to get outside and the breakfast was crappy. The eggs and cubed potatoes were cold, the sausage links didn't look cooked and more variety like biscuits and gravy would have been better.

Clean, had all the basic amenities, snacks/drinks available to purchase in the lobby, water and coffee available 24/7.

Breakfast ends at 9. We arrived at 8:30 and it seemed like just the dregs of the hot food was left, nothing was refilled or replenished. At 9:01 they turned the lights off. The hours were posted so it wasn’t a huge surprise, but with small kids it’s tricky to get everybody ready and down to breakfast by 8:30 much less any earlier, so it would’ve been nice if fresh and hot food had been available until the posted end time. Maybe we caught them on an off day or after a rush.

Although the grassy areas for our pet wasn't real close there was plenty of open area to walk our dog and also bike/walking trail nearby.

We were put in the annex building which was good because we had a pet, but to get back to the main building for breakfast was kind of challenging since we had to take elevator up to get to the walkway and then again down a floor to get to the breakfast. They didn't have decaffeinated coffee, unless you made your own. The breakfast area wasn't kept clean especially after someone with a young child had made a mess on the table and floor.

It was clean and the rooms were very comfortable. The staff, front desk, cleaning staff, and kitchen were all friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good.

The Beekman 1805 toiletries were cute but almost worthless, neither the lotion or hair conditioner would come out of the bottles. Luckily I had brought some of my own I could use when I couldn’t get any out. Also the temperature in the room was hard to control and we found it too hot.

Glad there was some food to get us out the door. The room was fine. Good pillows.

The lighting in the sink/mirror area was awful. Cast a yellowish glow. Assume that a decent amount of your guests wear make-up, the lighting was NOT helpful. Sometimes when the door was fully shut, the lock didn't engage. And sometimes the green light on the key card reader didn't light up/engage. Card worked at other entry points.

Great Breakfast. Great Staff. Good location. Jessica was very helpful. We had a problem with our tv. She came up to our room and the cable box was blocked by our books we played up there. Nice room and good location

The Ice Machine by the elevator on 3 floor was making terrible sounds. It needed to be emptied or needed maintainable. I let the lady at the front desk know and it was going to be checked out.

Everything. Especially the staff. Sweet and kind. I was in town alone for my sister who is in acute heart failure. If I ever needed taking care if this was the trip. My husband appreciated it.

The only issue I had was that my room was very humid. It was very clean and I chalked it up to a damp carpet after cleaning. They brought me a DEHUMIDIFIER IMMEDIATELY. They were wonderful.

The location was convenient to the capital, university, and surrounding areas. We attended a party in Evansville, and it wasn't too far. There are a lot of amenities nearby. The breakfast had a good amount of variety. The room was comfortable and spacious.

The price was high. The walls were thin. We could hear noise in the hallway and from the adjoining room, but thankfully people kept it to a minimum. There was a long term guest being evicted when we arrived which was sad. Services and help should be provided. Need more elevators.

We were extremely happy with the stay. It was close to the city, but far enough away from the traffic and busy restaurants and bars. The staff were friendly and very helpful. We will definitely be back!

The only issue was there was a lot of noise above our room early in the morning. It may have been because we were on the first floor. Other than that it was quite a nice hotel.

Breakfast is free and quite good with the selections. The hotel is a little older but kept very clean. Staff is friendly. Location is perfect for where my work is in Fitchburg.

They could use a facelift in the rooms, and need better and faster Wi-Fi, I am thankful it was free.
