The location is really great, close to the old town center and night life. Hannah and her dad are sooo nice! Always willing to help you. First time I met the owner who invited his guests for a breakfast to local restaurant - it was delicious. I bothered Hannah many times and she always was happy to help me and organize trips ❤️❤️ don’t hesitate to book this hotel!

From the time we arrived Hằng and all the staff were so helpful. They organised our airport pick up and our day trip to Halong Bay. Rooms were gorgeous and clean and they were cleaned everyday with fresh towels, shampoo etc. We would recommend everyone to stay in this hotel. Location is great, walking distance to everywhere and still on a quiet street.

Very nice and cozy boutique Hotel in the Old Quarter of Hanoi. We were greeted so nicely by Hannah and Chloe upon arrival. They also made sure we were able to check in 2 hours early since we landed in Hanoi at 6am and were so tired. Again, thank you so so much @ Hannah and Chloe! :) The room was clean and had everything you’d need including a hair dryer, toothbrushes, towels, air conditioning etc… The location of the hotel is amazing! Hoan Kiem Lake, the night market, beer street, so many food spots and so so much more attractions are within a walkable range.

The room was clean and comfortable, and exactly as presented in Bookings. The location was fantastic, right around the corner from the hustle and bustle of the city, which made it fast and easy to get anywhere, yet also quieter than the main streets. We had a room with a balcony so was fun to sit out and watch the city life. Staff were very friendly and helpful, including helping me set up my e-sim card (which was a new thing for me). And helpful with transportation arrangements and food recommendations. Make sure you go to Chi Coffee 59 Phung Hung too.

(1) Location — It’s in the middle of the old French Quarter in Hanoi. Everything is within walking distance: Banh mi 25, Dong Xuan Market, and street food vendors. There’s even a delicious, authentic pho restaurant one minute walk from the hotel lobby which was recommended by the kind owner, Mr. Khanh (not sure of the spelling). (2) Room — It was huge, clean, safe and tastefully designed. (3) Price — Reasonable and affordable compared to other hotels in the same area. (4) Service — All of the members of the staff are very friendly and accommodating. Thank you Linh, Nam and Dung (sorry for the misspelling) for your service and hospitality. Special mention to the owner Mr. Khanh who always greeted us with a warm smile, shared with us the delicious moon cake straight from the hotel altar offering :), recommended the pho restaurant near the hotel where we ate breakfast almost everyday during our stay. Thank you for the personalized service which made our trip to Hanoi pleasantly unforgettable. We will stay at your lovely hotel every time we visit Hanoi.

The standard of the room was quality. Clean, spacious, and a super comfortable bed! We selected the room with a balcony and glad we did. Yes, there is some traffic noise (this is the only noise you here) however this is expected anywhere you stay in the Old Quarter, and was not a disturbance..considering other streets I think the location of this hotel is more quiet than others. We slept wonderfully!! The service of all the staff at any point in time, day or night, were extremely hospitable, happy, and welcoming. They can provide you with assistance of many aspects, including travel to other locations...and they didn't apply a commission!

This hotel is perfectly located in the Old Quarter, close to the markets, Christmas market, night market, Train Street, Hoan Kiem lake, and all the best food places. The rooms are beautiful; small but clean and cozy with spotless bathrooms. It's easy to explore the must-visit places, come back to relax, and head out again. Bahn mi 25 is just in the neighboring street. And right next to it is Chicken noodles soup shop and another cafe to have Egg coffee. We truly experienced Hanoi here.A great place to stay!

Professional behaviour of staff very helpful. They helped us for bike rent which is cheaper then outside. Also, location is feasible for walking distance from the market & main area. Rooms are quite at the time of night which was easy for sleeping even though there were lots of noise outside. Overall great experience with no negatives.

The staff were excellent. Some hotels treat you just like a customer. But the staff at this hotel treat you like a friend. This can go a long way in making your experience in Vietnam a great one. I really hope I can visit the staff again when I'm back in Vietnam!

I usually like places with windows and a view. However, this sometimes can be a good or bad experience. I stayed at a different hotel with a window, but it was near the street and other attractions, making it noisy through the night. The room I stayed at in this hotel didn't have a window with a view, so it was pretty quiet at night. So if you're a light sleeper, this hotel is great. But if you are a deep sleeper and need a window with a view, this might not be the best hotel for you.

It is exactly as the pictures. We booked a room with balcony as we really wanted to sit and have some leisure time. This was the best idea ever. The balcony was big enough to sit and share a beer. Plus you could people watch and that’s good too. The staff of the hotel is extremely helpful and warm. We wanted to travel to the incense village just 1.5 hours away from Hanoi city and they helped arrange a Scooty for us along with directions, masks, helmets and even raincoats as it had been lightly raining since a couple of days in Hanoi. The owner, an older man who cannot speak English, was the most warm and nice to us. He made sure his English speaking staff can explain to us the directions and gave us suggestions for the best spots around Hanoi old quarters for taking great pictures. The rooms were cleaned while we were gone but this seems to be normal practice across Vietnam. We did not opt for breakfast. However, this is right in old town so you can find places to eat or explore by walk right around the corner. It’s very easily accessible from the hotel.
