Thank you so much to all staff at Starlight who helped me enjoy my short time thoroughly in the old quarter. Especially Diep & Bich who took great care of me and made me feel very safe and welcomed. I received 5 star service. My room was very clean and functional. I recommend room 601 with the balcony! A special thing to wake up and enjoy coffee and yoga on the rooftop before another day of walking. I will return and visit this hotel again.

The women were really nice especially the one on reception who booked us our trip to ha long bay.

The breakfast. The guys who’s were running it were sat on there phones and chatting eventhough lots needed restocking. One day I asked for more bread and he didn’t really acknowledge me just spoke to me while he was still on his phone. They also weren’t cleaning the tables.

It is centrally located in the Old Quarter, within walking distance to hotspots like Ly Quoc Su street and Bahn Mi 25 without the noise, which is my major concern. Diep, the receptionist is incredibly kind and helpful - offering great suggestions. Would come back next time!

Neat, good-sized room with a balcony where you could sit comfortably with provided chairs and table. Bathroom was tidy and clean. Great location in Old Town Hanoi. Staff was always courteous and helpful. Housekeeping did a great job keeping the room spotless.

We had a wonderful stay in this hotel. The rooms were pretty comfortable and clean . The staff is really helpful. It's located right next to the shopping area , just a few minutes walk.

Everything was pretty decent, there was nothing not to like about.

The Wi-Fi was a slow but other than that it was amazing

A comfortable stay at the Hanoi Starlight Hotel. Water was nice and hot, a firm comfortable bed, and a good breakfast. Reasonable value for those on a Moderate budget needing a place to stay in the Old Quarter near to most attractions.

We like the spacious room and we appreciate the customer service of the staff. Most of all, we love the area as it is accessible to all the famous landmarks of Hanoi.

Wifi can be improved. Pillow size a bit small
