Really good place where to stay - perfect location, restaurants and main places very near (train street, puppet theatre, Hoan Kiem lake, party street etc). You can choose from the menu, what would you like to eat for breakfast (recommend banana pancakes). The staff is super polite and friendly. We stayed there for 8 nights and we can recommend it for a long stay.

We had some electricity problems in our room, but the room was changed and the new room was good. Although it was on the street side of the hotel and was a little bit noisier.

The staff are really accommodating. They offered their services and went extra mile to make us feel comfortable. They catered to us even after we checked out. Our flight was at late night and we opted to stay in the hotel while waiting. They offered a room for us where we can rest and wait. During our stay, they suggested places to visit and food to try nearby. Aside from accommodation, this hotel offers travel and tours, too! They have variety of packages and tours that are budget friendly. We went to Ninh Binh and it is spectacular! We wish we could stay longer to explore more places but we didn’t have so much time. Breakfast is really nice as well! We enjoyed their breakfast buffet. ❤️

Beautiful property , run by the kindest owner. We didn’t know when we first arrived that it was the opening day of the hotel , because of this we got a free upgrade which was totally unexpected, but extremely appreciated as we had just been turned away from our original booking elsewhere as it was fully booked! Very frustrating at the time but so happy it happened in the end as we had such a nice stay at Liliane Hotel. The staff are so kind and accommodating, rooms are beautiful and clean and the breakfast is fresh and delicious. They also helped us sort a SIM card package for 30 days which was cheaper than the phone shops offer! Couldn’t have asked for a better stay. If we ever come back to Hanoi this is where we will be staying.

Although the property is in a very good location within the old quarter it is not yet on google maps because it’s brand new so you may have a little trouble finding it.

This hotel was amazing! Lily took great care of us from when we first arrived very tired from a sleeper bus. It was the opening week of the hotel and everyone went above and beyond to help us, including organising great value tours and early check in. 4 of us friends stayed in a family room which was extremely modern and comfortable! Everything was perfect and we can’t thank Lily enough - after a month travelling this is our favourite place we’ve stayed

Staff are amazing, so polite and helpful. Lily was extremely knowledgeable about various Tours in the area. She was reputable and worked for the customers benefit to get the best deals possible. Breakfasts were very good. Great location and facilities with daily room cleaning. Nice to have a separate enclosed shower so bathroom floor was kept dry. Fully recommended!

Breakfast is very good! Rooms are recently renovated, cleaned, and spacious with all modern facilities. The staff is very polite, helpful but exceptional helpful and kind is Lily, the manager, who is the heart and soul of the business. Many thanks Lily for all the help and support we had in all 8 nights we stayed, the tours you booked for us, felt like it was our home!

The staff were extremely helpful any time I needed something and were able to offer your options to ha long bay which were great value for money and even with a discount and free taxi to the airport at the end of my stay thrown in. The reception manager was very accommodating in particular and extremely pleasant. Many thanks 🙂

This hotel is close to everything in the old quarter; the staff is really friendly and helpful; the facilities are brand new and the the breakfast is good for the price of the night. If I come back to Hanoi, I will stay in this hotel. Lili, the manager is nice, helpful and fun, all her suggestion for food and exploring were great.

Location is central and walkable to everywhere in old quarter. .Room is big and the bed is comfy. Hotel is very new. Breakfast is average. Worth for the money you paid. Beside Win Mart (convenience store) is close to the hotel. The owner (Lily) is very friendly and willing to provide information whatever you need. Thanks!,

I had a fantastic stay at this place! The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to help us book a cruise on Ha Long Bay and arrange our transfer to the next destination. The location was perfect, close to everything.

The only downside was that the room next to the street was a bit noisy.
