Perfect location!! The staff were friendly and helpful. I’m glad I picked this hotel. I almost couldn’t recognised the hotel when we arrived as it looks different in the photos. I guess the (entrance) hotel photo was taken during Christmas time with bright lights and decorations. We stayed in the family suite, it’s a good-sized room, very clean, very comfy bed and pillows!!

Breakfast was not upto the mark. They don't even serve English tea only green tea was served. Need to improve breakfast content.

The room is super clean and comfortable. I like the pillows so much. I appreciate the attitude and professionalism of the staff members in the kitchen and dining room. They were so friendly and helpful even when we came right before the closing time.

I booked a room with a window because I would like to have another exit way in case of emergency, not just a view. However, the window in the room will lead you to an inside deep hole (elevator’s hole or something?). It made me feel uncomfortable.

Location was perfect. In the heart of the old quarter but away from most of the noise

The walls were quite thin and many rooms shared walls with open airways so noise within the hotel traveled very easily. When other guests were being noisy, I needed earplugs. Also I booked airport transfers which generally worked well but on my way back to the airport the driver dropped me off at the wrong terminal and I had to figure out how to get to the one I needed with enough time to make my flight

Room was clean, spacious and inviting, with a very comfortable bed. Photos very accurate to the room that was provided. When the hot water for the shower intermittently cut out, hotel staff were at my room in moments to fix the problem. I could not ask for better service. Hotel staff were not only friendly and inviting, but spoke great English and were happy to have a chat as I came in and out throughout the day. Location in Hanoi Old Quarter was outstanding - a few minutes walk from all major attractions, including Hoan Kiem Lake. A fantastic spot for those who like to explore the nightlife without needing to worry about finding your way back. 10/10 and would recommend to all travellers.

Shower could have been a bit better (ie: walk-in rather than bathtub/shower combo), however this is a very minor complaint for an otherwise perfect stay.

The Hai Bay hotel was in the perfect location. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. Raina took care of us. Our room was very spacious and clean. The bed very comfortable though very hard and the pillows some of the bests I have seen in a long time! The furnitures are in perfect condition and made of solid wood. The lighting perfect with different possibility. WiFi perfect. Our room was quiet.

We stayed at 805 Haibay Suite room. It was a perfect room. The room was clean and spacious. The bathroom was nice and clean. It has balcony and you can see the city. We love it. Breakfast is good. Kai is very helpful and always be ready to help if you need.

Room and location are good. In terms of breakfast, I`m supposed that it`s better for everyone to have several menu.

The noise of bike is not so good. I did not sleep well with some noisy because my room is close to the road.

The hotel was honestly beautiful for such a prime location and value for money. The photos are on point. You won't be disappointed if you stay here.

We didn't like the shower over the bath but a very small dislike, we loved the room!

The room was a lot better after getting an upgrade from the King Room with a description that said window with a view. The view looks into another building so I definitely wouldn't call it a view.
