I had a great stay here in Delica Hotel. Location wise it is very accessible to everywhere (resto, tourist spots, cafes etc) and mostly are walking distance (about 10-15mins) Rooms are very well maintained and quiet environment. The staffs were so kind, accommodating and very attentive with my requests. They even help me arranged a transport going back to the airport. They have free breakfast from 07:30 - 09:00am. Since my flight is early in the morning, they packed a breakfast ahead of time, which I truly appreciate that. Thanks to Ms Lyn, Mr Jerry I had an awesome stay in Hanoi. I'll go back here on my next holiday trip!

For the whole stay in Hanoi Delica Hotel, we are so happy with the location as it's accessible to every corner of old Hanoi quarter. Our room was huge and roomy as it fits at most 7 people. The staff took care of our trash everyday. Refilled our water diligently and consistently. Hotel Concierge was friendly and helpful especially when we are still finding out what to do in Hanoi, He/She gives us clear and concise instructions. He even offered in-house laundry and airport transfers which i commend. Overall i would come back to this place next time around.

Although our free breakfast was good, my parents are pure vegan, complained lack of vegan protein options like tofu/soy based meal, whole wheat bread, soy milk/almond milk, and nuts. There were even no brown sugar or honey options for those who are diabetic. However if these recommendation would apply in the future even if you add a price to this option we would gladly pay for it just so to have a compatible diet otherwise they would not eat even with slight egg/diary/heavy oil style of cooking. Thanks!

The breakfast was amazing! A beautiful and delicious assortment! The girls at the desk were wonderful! So personable and helpful! the bed was extremely comfortable and the water was hot. The location was perfect.

when I arrived I was told by the owner that my room I had reserved had someone else in it for another night and that he would take me to another hotel he ran. I was tired and the idea of it seemed exhausting. He finally agreed to let me stay in this hotel but upon waking I realized my street view (that i payed extra for) looked onto a wall that was 6 inches away. however the girls at the desk upgraded me to a beautiful room for my second night.

Excellent staff, always willing to help you if needed. Breakfast was basic but hit the spot and the coffee is always good! The Hotel is right in the heart of the Old District and in walking distance of most, if not all, the attractions Hanoi has to offer. Stayed there three times when travelling around Vietnam.

One small thing. Maybe the entrance door to the hallway (Top floor room) could be screened off as it made the room too light at night. I should have asked the staff to tape a bit of cardboard over it.

Very good reception particularly Linh and Rose. They are so wonderful in her behaviour and so helpful. Rose was taking WhatsApp messages in out of the office hrs even to help. I forgot the other gentleman in the reception, he is so polite and well behaved. Everyone is always ready to help. Hotel is clean. Centrally located. Breakfast included. And a restaurant in same building. I would like to stay again.

They charged extra for checking in 2 hrs early. Did not adjust with checking out 5 hrs early next day. They booked Halong bay tour for me.when I arrived to the boat, I found my room allocated is lower deck. Which was never mentioned. While calling Rose ,she turned around and said she offered lower deck. Actually that was never discussed. I stopped argument as no point then. Suggestion: be very careful and clear about all that can be considered. Never assumed that they will do the best thing for you as they are always smiling and offering you different tours.

Nice hotel with a great location. Staff are friendly and always welcoming. Well English communication from all staff members. The room was great and clean and we got a good City view. On top of everything the location is perfect for staying as it's very near to hoan kiem lake, night market, and eating places, all are just walking distance. We also got our Ninh Binh and Halong Bay trip booking through Hotel ( Rose) , got good price and service. Good value for money and comfort.

Very friendly staff. Upon arrival, they helped us carry our luggage to our room and after departure to a taxi. During check-in they offered different drinks. They organized for us a transfer to the airport at a good price. The room was clean and cozy, the beds were very soft and comfortable. Clean bottled drinking water is left in the room every day.

Very poor breakfast. The choice of dishes was very small. There was bread, but there wasn’t even cheese or cold cuts, there wasn’t even anything to make a sandwich out of.

We were upgraded to a family room with balcony so very big and comfortable. Hotel well located in old quarter but in a quieter street so not noisy.

No coffee in the room only green tea asked but told not included. The management were very pushy to give them a high rating on Booking.com. we were relaxing in restaurant having a beer waiting for taxi to airport and the manager followed me down requesting me to rate them immediately. The hotel would have rated higher if not for this pushiness. This seems to be common practice in Vietnam and makes the Booking.com reviews unreliable in some cases. This being said I would stay here again if in Hanoi.

· Everything about the hotel was exceptional. Location was excellent, being in the Old quarter and close to the city centre. Our room was fabulous (we had a suite), facilities included a roof top bar and 2 hot tubs. We used the Spa, my wife got her nails done and I had a massage. Lovely breakfast with a great selection of hot and cold food including an egg station. All of the staff in the hotel ( including the managers ( sorry I forgot your names) were really polite and friendly and could not have done enough for us to make us feel welcome. The staff were so helpful in recommending which trips to book and which we really enjoyed. We booked our hotel transfers with the hotel which removes any hassle getting to and from the airport. We have to make a special mention to Nam who made our check in so easy and he ensured we were satisfied with everything. Also Rose who worked on reception. Rose was so lovely, she was so attentive and greeted us every day with her beaming smile and genuinely interested in what we had planned each day. We will most definitely recommend this hotel. Thank you to you all for making our stay so enjoyable. 10 out of 10.If you would like to booked the cruise to Halong bay ,Please come to ask Rose ,she will help you perfect cruise at the good rate!

The location was convenient and there were many eateries nearby. The service was very good. The room was spacious with 2 double beds and 1 single bed. It was a perfect fit for my family of 2 adults and 3 kids. The hotel was clean and breakfast was simple yet tasty. The staff were friendly and helpful. A special thanks to Rose who did a fantastic job in making sure my kids and I were well taken care. She helped us book our bus tickets from sapa and made sure everything went smoothly. I will highly recommend this hotel!

There was absolutely nothing to dislike. everything was perfect!
