Super friendly and welcoming staff, especially the reception manager Linda. I received lots of good information for example about great local restaurants but was also given good advice about the city already before arriving. Room was very clean, comfortable and decorated very cutely Vietnamese style. The bed and pillows were also super comfortable and I especially enjoyed the quietness in the room (absolutely no noice from the streets even as the location was central). Ac was also very good. I enjoyed the fitness room which had fan, ac and very good treadmill. Also the location near the lake was really nice!

The location of this hotel is perfect, right in the middle of the Old Quarter with walking access to all the shops and restaurants. The Old Quarter never sleeps!

My room did not have a window. I’ve noticed in Vietnam that this is not always clear when booking. I was offered to pay for an upgraded room with a window and when I saw the room, it actually would have made no difference as the window opened onto a wall so there was no natural light anyway. I booked this hotel specifically for the gym which was a huge disappointment. A tiny room, like a broom closet, so small that the door wouldn’t even close, containing an old treadmill, a bench, and 2 weight plates! Very very disappointing.

Very comfortable, spacious room for our group of three adults, very friendly and helpful staff, small but good gym with treadmill, central location close to all the main sites, excellent value for money.

Everything was great, but WiFi was erratic, and it would be better if the hotel allowed guests sharing a room to have more than one room key

Hotel is ideally located in the centre (Old quarter). Restaurants, places of interest, shops and markets are all within walking distance. Premises are immaculately cleaned on a daily basis and room (executive suite) was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was perfect... Additionally, the main asset of the hotel is its wonderful staff. We have been to many hotels all over the world and never experienced such hospitality, friendliness and professionalism. Linda, the hotel manager, is impeccable in her work. She organised everything for us, airport transfers, tours, sim card and really proved that she really cares about customers and always tries her best to provide the best possible service. Saffron (Cha) and Chloe, the other members of this amazing team, are just marvellous. They always surpass themselves in order to accommodate clients’ needs. They offer suggestions, advice but also keep close and honest relations with customers. They are reliable and trustworthy and it was a real pleasure to have met them both. We actually consider them as very good friends, even though we interacted for a limited period of time. We will never forget their kindness and hopefully to meet them again in a future visit. Congratulations to the three aforementioned team members and the other staff, who contributed to a memorable trip!!!

Everything was perfect!!!

From the moment we booked Linda and her team have been in communication with us to assist with practically anything. From trips, taxis to local food recommendations. The property was right in the main hustle and bustle old quarter of the city but the rooms managed to be quiet and comfortable (But we did have the top floor). Breakfast was amazing every morning and cooked fresh.

We did mainly choose the property for the treadmill what unfortunately broke the day we arrived but there was a gym close by. There was an engineer called out to fix it but they needed to order a part. Not the hotels fault but unfortunate. It’ll be fixed by the time you read this. 😂

This small hotel surpassed my expectations. It’s cosy and has a home- feeling to it. The staff provided me with the best personal experience ever. The Hotel Manager Ms. Linda is a star and her and her team ( Ms. Chloe and Ms. Saffron/ Chang) took care of everything to help me indulge in the best experiences in Hanoi, from providing a local SIM card to booking various tours and arranging early breakfast prior my tours. The staff, who spoke good English were always available and were always happy to engage in interesting conversations and make valuable recommendations about places to visit in Hanoi and adjacent areas. I highly recommend this hotel. And I commend Ms. Linda and her team on their professionalism in making sure every client have their need catered for. A BIG thank you to all of them.

I wish I had more time at the Luxury Old Quarter Hotel to enjoy Hanoi and the surroundings regions more.

Prime location, Right in the middle of old quarter! Breakfast was nice with an a la carte menu instead of buffet to reduce waste! Choices on the menu is nice and can order as much as you like! Staff are very helpful and helped us to arrange transport to airport! Lots of massage shops on that street !

Delivery for breakfast items are quite slow but the food are nice. May I suggest can leave some toast / cereal (non perishable) for self service so to make it half buffet so guest can be occupied with some food while waiting.

Great staff, friendly, helpful, you can book excursions directly with them. The place is clean and well situated in the old town. There is a laundry service for normal prices

Being called on the rooms phone at midnight one time to be asked when i want breakfast the next day, despite the fact that i already gave that info 3 times, and still my breakfast was not ready on time and i had to interrupt it to run to my excursion On the day before my departure, i found out that The free water bottles they give where already opened, after drinking one of them. Nobody seemed to know where these bottles have been, and am still afraid because i've drank one of them.

The hotel is very clean and well located if you want to be at the heart of the old quarter. The room was spacious and confortable. The personnel is extremely kind, hospitable, and resourceful to help you with transportation or to plan visits. Thank you for the smiles and exchanges.

The street is very noisy (as are most of the streets in the old quater). The windows efficiently reduce the noise, but they must be kept close. A breakfast buffet for the items that require no cooking would be more convenient than having to order and wait for what you want. More variety in fresh fruits would have been appreciated.

Breakfast is very good, staff there very friendly and very helpful. I traveled with my two children, one 14 and one 7, the staff there helped us book airport taxi, and helped us booked tours, Linda recommend me the train street coffee shop and told me when to go, so we had great time in Hanoi, although we only stayed there for 5-6days, but we have almost seen everything in Hanoi, the beds are comfortable we had good sleep there. Thanks to all the staff who helped us there!
