We had a very good time at Tuyet's Homestay. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. They were always available to help us with questions and concerns. The homestay is in a quiet location. We were able to have our laundry washed by the family and received it back the next day. We were able to rent a motorcycle directly from them. We received dinner on request, which was very tasty. On the day of departure we were able to leave our luggage and the evening before we left on the night train we were even able to take a shower. I would stay at the Homestay again anytime! Very nice.

Yen is a very kind, attentive, warm and well organised host. Everything we needed was dealt with very punctually. The Homestay is nice and quiet and still not too far away from all the highlights of the area. You can rent good bicycles or a scooter at the Homestay for a reasonable price. It was a little cold, so I was very glad about the heating function of the A/C. We can recommend cruising around with a bicycle, going to Cuc Phuong NP (taxi) or Van Long Nature Reserve (e.g. scooter) instead of all the other big attractions. They were less full.

Tutu is an incredible host who takes care of everything to make your stay stress-free. The house is beautiful and modern, with spacious, spotless rooms and all the necessary amenities. Breakfast is delicious, and Tutu and her family are warm and welcoming, always ready to help. The homestay is also ideally located for exploring the nearby caves and natural attractions. If you’re looking for comfort, hospitality, and a great location, this is the perfect place. Highly recommended!

I absolutely loved staying here at Tuyet's Homestay. I came because of the good ratings and here I am now leaving a good rating myself (I stayed at many different places in Vietnam but this is the overall best and the only I left a review for). The room was beautiful, big, completely clean and seemingly new, and had an amazing price and view over the green garden. The location was perfect as it is inbetween most tourist attractions around Ninh Binh and you can easily reach them via bike/bicycle (for a small fee) while eploring the beautiful nature here. Tuyet and her husband are wonderful people, honest, friendly, calm and absolutely helpful when needing anything, really. On top of that the owner has a super sweet puppy and cat which are really cuddly. I also had an absolutly amazing birthday which I completely owe to the people working here. Will remember the stay and friendliness for a long time. I cannot recommend this stay enough!

I originally booked the bungalow but swapped to a king room with garden view as the occupants of the bungalow wanted to extend their stay. The room was large, clean and in accord with the pictures. I arrived at 13:30 before check-in time but they had the room ready for me so I could check-in immediately without extra cost. The location is excellent. I walked to Mua cave (10 minutes) and to An Trang boat tour (45 minutes). However, the last part of the walk to the boat tour is along a road with a lot of heavy lorries and so is not nice. For other sites I used Grab taxis. The homestay booked a shuttle bus for me to Hanoi. For breakfast you choose an option from a small menu - I had banana pancakes. As the breakfast is prepared fresh after you order, it can take a little while to arrive. There are lots of places to eat within easy walking distance and there vegetarian and Western options. The street lighting at night is limited in places so it is useful to have a torch.

Our weekend stay at Tuyet homestay was simply amazing, exceeding any expectations we may have had. After arriving from an evening bus ride from Ha Long Bay. Yen welcomed us at her gorgeous homestay, tucked away a minute’s walk away from the main road; centered in the middle of a small garden of Eden, with an abundance of flowers, fruit trees, plants, and even a cute little pond. The room was clean, spacious, and beautifully designed, with a picturesque view. Breakfast was fresh, healthy, and really yummy. Yen was an amazing host and provided useful, and tailored recommendations to ensure that our visits of the surrounding sites (of which there are many), were nothing short of amazing. If I could, I would give a 6 star rating, as she and her husband made sure that our visit was truly memorable. Greetings from Suriname Julio and Sergio

Tuyet's homestay is beautiful, immersed in the green and lovely smelling of wood. The room is big and comfortable. The second day was raining a lot, but staying in the room was just lovely and relaxing. She even let us stay in the room over the checkout time until our transfer picked us up. Tuyet is quiet but helpful, she sent us a taxi to pick us up at 4am when we arrived with the nightbus. Food was also good. Easy to get around with bicycles and even on foot for the Mua cave.

The bicycles aren't the best (50k/day), but ok to get around (which I really recommend!!). It felt a bit strange to not have a chain, so we always paid for parking.

Really lovely place to stay with a very welcoming host. We didn't get to explore much of the surrounding area as we sadly got very bad food poisoning on our second day from a nearby restaurant. However, the owner of the homestay couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating, she let us stay an extra day to recover as no one else had checked in and it was a very comfy and peaceful place to do so. Despite being sick for pretty much all of our stay the room exceeded our expectations the bed was comfy, the room was clean and the facilities were great. The food provided at the homestay itself was also wonderful!

If you're looking for a place to stay near Ninh Binh/Tam Coc/Trang An, look no further! THIS is the place you want to stay at. It is located only a few hundred meters from Mua Cave (you can walk there). The hosts are extraordinarily friendly and helpful. The rooms are brand new, meticulously clean and you have all the amenities you could wish for. The bed is super comfy, the Wifi is strong, and there even is a table and comfortable chairs that you can work at (if, like in my case, that's one of the criteria you're looking for). Also, they serve absolutely delicious food (I can recommend the Pho Bo, but everything else, like the pancakes and the fruit salad they serve for breakfast, are great too). They also rent scooters and will gladly help you with any organizational questions that you may have (like, e.g., arranging transport to Ha Noi or other destinations). I will gladly come back and can only recommend this place to all travellers who are looking for a quiet, peaceful place in this area.

One of our best stays on our trip. The host was absolutely brilliant, the breakfast was great, the rooms comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. The pool was also really great and clean a nice way to chill out. Ninh binh is an awkward place to locate yourself and this place was in the middle of all of the attractions being only a short grab away so it worked well for us.
