The host greeted us after a long and arduous 12 hour bus ride with hot ginger and honey tea, which was so lovely, especially in the colder climate. Our room was very clean and the bed was the most comfortable we have had in Vietnam (8 hotel stays so far). The host set up a trip to Fansipan for us and each time we saw him, we were greeted warmly like old frieds. The location was perfect walking distance to restaurants and sightseeing, but not so close that there was no loud noise at night. I would recommend this hotel again and again!

The room was upgraded with a window view. It was clean and spacious. Leo, the owner, was very accommodative. The hotel is located near the G8 bus station, but, a bit far from Sapa Station.

There was a 4% additional charge if paying by credit card. Though, the difference was not a large amount, it was still nicer if there was no extra payment. If the room was upgraded, don't take it back on the following days. I was cool with it but others may not. It will be such a hassle to pack your things and unpack again. They kept me in the upgraded room though, after cutting my trip, going back to the hotel and packing my things ready to move to another room. The heater was not warming the room enough. Still, it was a relieved. It lessen the cold at night.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An unforgettable experience at Sapa Snow Hotel! From the moment I arrived, I was enveloped in warmth and hospitality. Harry, the host, went above and beyond to ensure every guest felt welcomed and valued. His personal touch, inviting us to a delightful dinner, created a sense of community and friendship among us all. The ambiance of the hotel was charming, the rooms cozy and comfortable. The staff was attentive and accommodating, making sure every need was met with a smile. Sapa Snow Hotel exceeded all expectations, thanks in large part to Harry's exceptional hospitality. I hope that one day I can return and create more cherished memories in this wonderful oasis.

Best hotel in Vietnam so far ! Can't say enough good things about this hotel. Place is spotless, owner / staff are available to help 24 /7, my laundry was cleaned and delivered in less than 12 hours, breakfast is free and plentiful and the hotel is right in the middle of everything! The owner Leiu (Leo) went out of his way to help organize a tour guide and motorcycle for a fraction of the cost (less than half) that I was quoted around town. Seriously, do not hesitate to book here.

The hotel is very centrally located. It can be reached on foot within a few minutes from the bus stop. The cable car station Fansipan (Sunplaza) can be reached within 7 minutes on foot. The hotel is close to the lake and there are good and very reasonably priced restaurants in the neighbourhood. There are clubs and massage facilities in the immediate vicinity. The host Ha is very welcoming and takes care of every request. He booked me tickets for the bus or the cable car. Drove me to the bus station when I left my bag behind. All in all very obliging. I therefore highly recommend this hotel.

The room was nice, clean, quiet and the location of the hotel was really good! Good street, close to center, no loud music (like some shops like to play) and close to the lake. The owner Harry is really nice! He helped us with everything we needed, booking bus tickets to Hanoi, helping with luggage, booking cable cars tickets, always smiling and asking about our day. He even gave us water for our trip to Fansipan and food for our 6 hours bus ride back to Hanoi. I will definitely stay here again! Thank you for a lovely stay.

Everything! Mr. Lieu was top notch. Almost single handedly trying to do everything for you and making sure his guests are comfortable. Everything we needed for our tours, he arranged for us. It is a plus that for the price you pay, the room was equipped with a fridge, air-conditioning, and wardrobe. Mr. Lieu also gave us a souvenir from our trip and offered us cookies while waiting for our ride going to our next hotel. It is centrally located and the wifi and breakfast was satisfying. We will definitely stay here again when we get to return to Sa Pa.

We had a fantastic stay here. We initially only booked one night but everything was perfect we ended up staying four! Perfect location close to the bus station and the lake. The owner Mr. Lieu was a legend and so nice. He helped us book two fantastic treks with the best guide, we were able to leave our bags for the overnight trek, provided a great breakfast and even booked our bus home. Can’t recommend staying here highly enough. Thank you Mr Lieu!

Harry the owner and his wife could not do enough for us, letting us check in at 7.15 am straight off the overnight train at no extra cost. The rooms are spacious, they upgraded us on arrival. There were many choices for breakfast, although not on display, there was nothing they wouldn't do for you. Even booked us tickets to Fansipan which is a must!!! We had our own transport booked back to Hanoi and in a panic in the rain when we couldn't find it, he was ready to pick us up and help. This is our first visit to Vietnam and these people cannot do enough for us tourists. We are paying very little for a lot and that's what's important. Very close to the shop on the corner, many restaurants nearby. Great work Harry 🤗
