recently had the pleasure of staying at Sunrise Mamlouk Hurghada, and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism. A special thank you to Fadia, our booking ambassador, who was incredibly helpful and ensured our stay was seamless. Her attention to detail and dedication to guest satisfaction truly stood out. Their commitment to excellence is commendable. The hotel itself was perfect in every way. The facilities were immaculate, the food was delicious, and the overall ambiance was delightful. Everything was good. Food very good, with a lot of restaurants. My room was very nice and very clean.

Regarding the international restaurant with the buffet, after went inside to take the food every time my clothes smelled very bad of food. Moreover I understand that there are a lot of people that sit eat and leave, but the tables are often very dirty.

Everything was amazing, Food all excellent, thank you chef sherif. Hotel was immaculate including all the communal toilets. Managers all friendly, regular calls to the room to see if we needed anything. Especially Mohamed Moustafa who kept in touch throughout our trip and could not do enough to help us. Entertainment team kept us entertained with colour, foam and pool parties, dance lessons and aerobics etc, all very friendly and helpful. Lifeguards always on the alert to help where needed. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff. An example was my husband was taken poorly. The room boy noticed he wasn't up and about and unwell, and the manager rang us to see how he could help. Then Asmaa from Guest relations got in touch, she went over and above to offer any help with my husband Alan, provisions were sent to the room. We were given longer check out time and then extra at discount which made the whole process less stressful and meant Alan was well enough to travel. I wish I knew all the names as every member of staff was incredible, so apologies any names i have missed off, especially Mahmoud who kept our room spotless in block 26 and also the pool staff Abdol and his team, who made our 40th wedding anniversary celebrations the best we could hope for. Along with the Asian restaurant and the Italian, we were totally spoilt. Also Ishmael a lifeguard on the beach, has become a friend and we love getting to know about him and his family, as we do with all the staff. And not forgetting the gardeners who keep the gardens immaculate and always have a smile, even the when maintenance was carried out the men were friendly and worked hard in the heat with no disruption to our enjoyment.

Nothing! ...... Only that we had to come home. The spa and tour sales people can be a nuisance, but the pool staff can give you a red flag to put up so you don't get bothered.

Everything. The hotel is very well organised. The staff is very friendly and helpful, service is impeccable. Food is plentiful and very varied. We had an executive suite near the beach. It was very large and clean, and had a wonderful balcony with a perfect view of the beach and sea. The bathroom was roomy and had a jacuzzi bath/shower, We never used the jacuzzi option though. Everything outside was kept very clean and the garden landscaping is awesome. Some of the pools are heated which was great this early in the year. Tippy-toe test before going in! The non-heated ones are definitely chilly in February! :-) Tips: * If you stay in the suite, you can have à la carte breakfast in the Italian Restaurant every morning. During high season this is a definitive boon since it allows you to escape the breakfast crowds in the main restaurant * If you stay in a suite you also will have a parasol and lounges reserved for you at all times, on the beach, near the water. Ask one of the friendly beach attendants to guide you to your lounges on the first day. It will be yours for the rest of your stay :-) * If you need a taxi don't go outside the hotel to reserve one! Reserve a taxi IN the hotel, it is safer and less hassle. Don't accept offers from taxidrivers outside the hotel. They nearly always will try to scam you. If they offer to drive you to a shopping mall for 1 euro, DON'T! They will indeed drive you to a mall where they get a commission on your purchases, but when your taxi driver returns you to the hotel he will ask considerably more than 1 euro. We negociated it back down to a reasonable price, which involved grumbling on the part of the taxi driver but don't be intimidated into paying outrageous prices if you find yourself in a similar situation. * There are ATM machines in the entrance lobby of the hotel. You can only withdraw Egyptian pounds though, If you need Euros, you will have to take a taxi to Hurghada and go to the National...

We spent 4 superb days at this all-inclusive resort. First of all we were lucky enough to be looked after by Lena who was extremely attentive, considerate and present from the beginning to the end of our stay. She gave us good advice and made sure we had an excellent stay, so many grateful thanks to her. As far as the hotel itself, it's comfortable, the services offered are good and the Resort is very beautiful with its pools and private beach. Breakfast and lunch are very good, with a very wide choice. Under Lena's very good advice, we chose to dine in the Resort's à la carte restaurants (featuring world cuisines) rather than in the traditional breakfast and lunch restaurant. We didn't regret making this choice for dinner, as it enabled us to change places and types of dishes, and also to discover the Indian restaurant, which is absolutely exceptional! In fact, we particularly recommend the Indian restaurant, which offers absolutely delicious cuisine, and service worthy of the finest restaurants, with staff who take really great care! We also took part in a day of snorkeling, which was superb: the boat's staff were very friendly and attentive, and provided a great atmosphere, with lots of fish and coral to see. The only downside of our stay was the spa, which was absolutely not worthy of a 5* hotel (deserving of just 1 or 2*): hygiene problems, archaic decoration and furniture, bad massage, reception not up to standard, massage table absolutely not comfortable, ...

The staff is amazing. Everyone is very helpful. Thumb up for Nina that assisted us on anything we needed and for the guys of the animation team.

The food in the external restaurant is very poor quality. Please improve it

I truly enjoyed my experience at Sunrise Mamlouk Hotel. The cuisine was exceptional, and I extend my thanks to Chef Sherif. The beach was picturesque, and the accommodations were comfortable. I want to express my gratitude to Mr. Sayed and Mr. Hassan from the front office team for their assistance. I highly recommend paying a visit.

Nothing, all was amazing

My wife and I were celebrating our 25th anniversary and had an experience of a lifetime. From the moment we arrived we felt totally looked after and anything we needed was provided. The staff were all friendly and amazing. The food was exceptional, both at the main restaurant and the a la carte restaurants. We especially enjoyed the Indian restaurant. The fact that there was free WiFi across the whole resort was great. The whole place was clean and well maintained. We definitely recommend this place and would come again.

The key-card lock on our door kept having issues. The room itself was fine but it could use some updating and maintenance. Any time we took a shower, the bathroom floor was soaked with water.

The staff was amazing especially Nina from guest relation, Heitham from the main restaurant and all the restaurant managers in the a la carte restaurants. I liked that there were a lot of activities for example archery, tennis, paddle tennis, Minigolf, basketball, Boccia, waterpark etc. I liked that the sea had sand and no corals at the beach, unlike many places in Hurghada. The sea also went deep quite fast which was nice.

Some of the furniture is a bit outdated. The ongoing renovations were a bit annoying and caused power outages two times. The Egyptian local music in the afternoon and at gala lunch was too noisy. There must be an option for a chill lounge music somewhere in the hotel or sometime during the day. Not only bum bum tach tach.
