It was conveniently situated.

The TV Chanel’s were limited if one does not have streaming facilities/devices. We found some of the reataurant very uninterested. We had to ask for our table to be set and also for them to clean the mess that was on the floor under my chair and table. We actually saw one of the waitresses putting a chair with food on it under the table 🤷‍♀️ The lady actually refused/turned her nose up and the manager/supervisor ending up doing it himself. There was no breakfast tea available and someone had to go off to another restaurant to fetch some more which took a long time.

The breakfast, the location is good. Check in was OK- gave our Hilton member number - wasn't updated in our account.

There were no valets available when we arrived - we had to go find someone - turns out they were arguing about who was in charge... checkout was a lot better - our car arrived quickly. The rooms here are really tired - our room didn't have the regular furniture & we had to eat our room service on our laps on the bed.. We have stayed here many times - but don't feel that we want to stay here again - the rate is too high - the rooms are too old.

Breakfast was great. Loved the idea of the juicer. Was a bit busier on the Sunday than the Saturday, but still had plenty of food and tasted good

First day we arrived, first thing we did was go to the pool. Didn't think anything of it, but the next day the same can was there and hadn't been cleaned up. Our room was also serviced on the Saturday, but they didn't take away the dirty cups. Lastly, I'm assuming it maybe be a health and safety hazard, but bigger bar bells in the gym would have been nice. Also a hot tub by the pool would be awesome.

We were fortunate to get an upgrade to a king bed but thought the room was going to be bigger. However, still enough and very comfortable. We had breakfast which was cooked well and had a lot of variety. Being near the Convention Centre meant an easy alternative for parking and easy access to our desired location (the C Restaurant) as well as the city centre and Swan River. We used the pool which was nice and refreshing, and not crowded.

There was a balcony which we would have like to access but the sliding door was bolted. We thought this may be a safety issue to prevent people using the balcony. There wasn't much not to like.

location amazing. Food absolutely delicious - freshest oysters and best cooked fillet! Rooftop pool the perfect temperature and the perfect way to start / end each day. Staff wonderful, helpful, professional, friendly.

Slight inconvenience in not being able to pay for the room by phone when my partner arrived before me and was unable to access the room. Staff were trying to email me but had taken my email down incorrectly. Not a massive problem by any means! - but just caused a little stress at the time while I was trying to finish a project and get out of the office :)! Bath was a little small but it was really lovely to have one, thanks to staff for working to accommodate our request 🙏🏼!

The room was lovely, everything we were expecting. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, particularly the doorman, Darren. Check in was easy and the staff were very accommodating and allowed us to securely leave our bags with them prior to check in so we could explore the city more comfortably. The buffet breakfast was great, a nice selection of foods and a very easy to use coffee machine. We had a great stay, and will happily be booking again in the future.

We were only there for one night, so didn't really have time for anything to go too wrong. Not really anything we didn't like!

Lovely selection of food for buffet breakfast. Bed was comtfortable & valet & room service staff were pleasant. Location is a 10 minute stroll from Elizabeth Quay which was lovely. Room Service was convenient and prompt.

Sadly the coffee machine broke down at breakfast, staff did not explain this to us on entry. Would have been nice to have staff let us know to make coffee orders with them or if they came around to tables and took our order. We discovered that we needed to place order by observing other patrons in the restuarant. Otherwise, staff were very helpful & machine was soon replaced.

Valet was excellent, buffet breakfast was great, friendly staff and excellent concierge.

We were given a balcony room with water views but could not see the water, balcony door was bolted shut and we looked straight into a construction room office so had no privacy unless the blinds were closed. There was also a beeping noise the entire stay. Housekeeping didnt bring our extra requested towels when i rang 3 times. The coffee machine in the buffet was broken both mornings we had to go pay extra elsewhere for coffee.

Lovely hotel in an excellent location. Hotel has been renovated and rooms are clean and comfortable. Bathrooms, shower and amenities were very good. The restaurant, although nice meals, is on the expensive side and valet parking is $60 pn. We were travelling with a group of friends. I had suggested we book here as had stayed previously. Although we were the only Hilton Members in our group and also at Genius Booking level, we all paid the same price, but only one in our group was upgraded! And sadly it wasn’t the solo one who booked direct and paid more! Just a note for Hilton to get their act together when offering upgrades.

We stay here as often as we can. It has taken place as our favourite hotel in Perth. Everything is always spot on. We arrive in from work late at night, straight to bar for cheeseburgers and a drink. Front office staff are always lovely, concierge has a joke with us. People vaguely remember us which is nice as we fly under the radar and don’t like attention. We are very casual. Stayed with the kiddo last week and she loved it.. gotta fix the pancake maker though.. it’s being playing up for months. Chefs are great, as always up for a quick good morning and chat.
