Great location for attending a concert at the Walmart AMP to see Styx and Foreigner. It is so close. The rooms are clean... with plenty of room. The breakfast is good. Thomas... the General Manager... was helping in the breakfast area when we were there for breakfast. He stopped to talk with us for a few minutes. He is a really nice guy. Thank you for the hospitality. :)

My only negative would be for the front desk person that checked us in... She needs to learn to focus on the person that is checking in... and not on 10 things at once. I know she was busy.... but there is a line for a reason. People need to wait their turn. She was answering questions for everyone that just randomly walked up to the front desk... answering the phone.,. and basically ignoring the person who is checking in,... and they were there first! It took forever to check in... and it should have been quick and easy. It was very annoying... and I wish that I had gotten her name because she needs to be placed in another area and taken off of the front desk. She was young... with short, dark hair... and a heavier build.

It was centrally located to everything we wanted to see and do. The facility was very clean and not showing signs of wear. The breakfasts were yummy and trays were kept full. 24/7 there was fresh coffee and supplies in the lobby area. Best of all were the staff! They were all friendly and accommodating if you needed anything. I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful staff. They told us to have a great day when we went out each morning....and spoke when we came home at night. Loved rhe breakfast variety each morning. Great staff in dining area. The lady who cleaned our room was friendly and did a great job.Loved coffee all day long!!! The hot tub was so wonderful. Everything was clean and had extended hours of operation.

No complaints, which is unusual.

Our Room was nice.

Had issues with getting locked out before we checked out. Housekeeping came into our room while we were gone. Taking dirty towels...not leaving the same amount that they took. We had to go down to front desk to get what we needed. Breakfast was fair.

Updated hotel with comfortable beds and exceptionally friendly staff. Nearby restaurant, Thai Basil, was in walking distance and was excellent.

Lighting in room poor. I asked for a quiet area of hotel but was located on a busy highway.

The desk was not monitored when we and two other couples were trying to check in. We stood around for 15 minutes. No one came!!!! The couple in front of us had to finally call the hotel to get someone to come to the desk to check us in. Then no one's key worked. One gentleman had to ask FOUR times for a new key. Come on folks. Ridiculous! Very, very poor front desk management. Frustrating when you're tired and road weary.

Breakfast was slightly different every day. Many restaurant options near by.. Plenty of trails to walk/ride if you are looking for some exercise.

THE HOTEL IS IN A CENTRAL LOCATION HAVING ACCESS TO JUST ABOUT EVERYTHING. I WAS PLACED CLOSE TO THE ELEVATOR WHICH MADE IT VERY CONVENIENT FOR MY HANDICAP.

EVEN THOUGH IT'S A GREAT LOCATION, GETTING IN AND OUT ON THE HIGHWAY WAS TERRIBLE IN THE EARLY MORNING OR WHEN EVERYONE GETS OFF WORK BECAUSE THE HOTEL SITS CLOSE TO A MAJOR INTERSECTION.

The beds were out of this world comfortable and the pillows the rooms are like studio apartments almost. Lots of room. Clean comfy modern furniture. Super hot - handy cap accessible- shower! Lots of clean towels. The pool and hot tub were outstanding & extremely clean AND there is an outside patio to layout and lounge. Additional towels were in the pool area. The staff was extremely nice, happy and quick to help when our key card stopped working for a bit. Amazing stay! And super close to Walmart amp!

perfect size suite room, dbl queens, sofa, desk, closet, fridge and microwave. Great indoor pool and hot tub. although hot tub could be 102 instead of 104(too hot!) Convenient to Crystal Bridges, Walmart Museum, Braums! Very nice staff. Good breakfast, included. Nice outdoor patio outside pool.

1) toilet in room 132 needs new flapper, continually runs. Also needs wax seal, toilet wiggles. 2) not quite enough breakfast for the Spring break crowd. long wait for refill of eggs, French toast. ran out of coffee creamers, yogurt, and milk for cereal.
