Shuttle service to the airport was convenient and timely. Saved us so much time and hassle with the luggage we had. The coffee was some of the best coffee I’ve had during my time in Orlando- very fresh and smooth. I really liked the functionality of the rooms- no unnecessary extra fluff, exactly what you need to get work done, unwind, or simply spend the night. The variety of channels offered was also greatly appreciated. Staff were approachable and easy to get a hold of. I called them at 1am to request a wake up call and they promptly made a note of it and made sure to call me.

I wish there were more diverse and substantial breakfast options for those who are vegetarian. For example, sandwiches with just cheese and egg (excluding the meat). I also would have preferred if there were pool facilities as there isn’t much else to do in the near vicinity. Most things are at least 30 minutes away.

I loved how professional and caring/ hospitality the front desk showed my family. Staying here was a great experience. The breakfast was absolutely delicious. Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches, bagels, cereal, juice bar, coffee bar, ect. You can also tell the employees are happy working there. That matters only because of how they're so willing and happy to go above and beyond for the customers. I will definitely be back!

I was a little upset about the shuttle driver literally driving past me at spot A41 to get me to the hotel. I called the front desk and they immediately got me a Lyft at no charge.

Close to airport. Great free shuttle service from airport, especially since we were in a late flight. Picked up within minutes.

Marco the night gentleman that helped us was very kind, courteous & does his job well. We were a very late checkin (after 10pm) & he greeted us with a great smile & extraordinary service. The room was clean & updated. Very comfortable bed & soft pillows. Nice walking shower & fabulous full sized Dove products. Quiet stay. Black out curtains. Breakfast was above average for a hotel breakfast. Fresh fruit, cereal, yogurt & array of breakfast sandwiches. Good price to top it off. Would definitely recommend & will stay book another night to stay here again before our flight home. Great job avid!!!

Even Though there’s no pool on property, the hotel shared a pool with the a hotel 60 feet away. This hotel is super clean, they provide transportation to the train and airplane, breakfast was bananas cereal omelette and biscuits but there are many restaurants in the area. It’s super new and very modern, and for the price they beat expectations.

I didn’t like the fact that they even sold alcohol beer and wine for less than what it would cost at the store next door. Ha ha ha but you get my drift I’m not lying at all

This was a last minute booking due to a changed flight. I have never been to an AVID hotel and the price I was expecting what we get when we drive down to florida and stay in similar costing hotels...not at all. This was clean, fresh, great design (simple yet effective) the staff was very friendly, the food in the morning easy and good. very good!

I liked the cleanness, the high-speed free wifi, the good space inside the room, the coolness of the bathroom. The gym looked good, but I didn't try it. The airport shuttle worked without a problem. The bedroom and the common areas were great locations for working remotely. Very good!

I didn't have the chance to explore the breakfast at the hotel because I was invited to an iHop. Nearby options to eat, there were not too many. But there was a clean McDonald's at walking distance, and a big and clean 7-Eleven right next to the hotel. There was an iHop at a 5-minute drive which was also very clean and big. There were other 2 sit-in restaurants at walking distance, but I was not able to try them.

I chose this hotel as an overnight hotel at the airport for a number of reasons. I was travelling alone and so I wanted to stay safe. I also wanted somewhere clean and comfortable. The fact that the hotel had a dedicated shuttle bus to/from the airport was a big factor. Everything was exactly as I expected. I was happy with the breakfast and had no complaints. There was plenty to eat, But people need to be aware that it is self-service and a bit 'pre-packaged'.

The range of snacks available to buy in the front lobby was a bit limited. I would have liked a bigger choice - especially of savoury items.

It is a neat, modern and comfortable hotel, close to the airport. The staff members were friendly and helpful at reception, as well as at the breakfast restaurant.

The arrangements in connection with the MCO arrival airport transfer were not communicated to me properly and I ended up having to take a taxi from my terminal (B), as I didn't know that I was supposed to call the hotel upon arrival of my flight and I also didn't know that the hotel transfer left from the other terminal, i.e. A, only. Better communication from the hotel in this regard would sort out this particular challenge. Other than that, my stay was pleasant.

I would have rated it at 10 except that our shuttle from the airport never arrived. it was the last shuttle of the evening. Also, the gal at the front desk was very very nice, but she told us the breakfast ended at 10 AM and we got there at 9:40 and it was shut down at 9:30, which, evidently is the normal time. The front desk clerk, however, went into the kitchen, brought us bagels and cream cheese, and yogurt and coffee and tea machines were set up for the full day and evening, so at least we did have some breakfast. room was immaculately clean, the bed was very comfortable, and they had both soft and firm pillows, and the type was embroidered onto the pillowcase. Very cool.

Had an early morning flight so I wanted to stay close to the airport. MarRian at the front desk checked me in. He was very pleasant and professional with an amazing attitude. It was a quick, no nonsense check-in. My room.was absolutely amazing! I had a view of the main road and got to see a few planes coming in. The room was clean with plenty of towels in the bathroom and the bathroom was very clean. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone.
