We wanted to stay at a location which permitted us to travel around Mexico by plane so stayed at the airport which was perfect. We also wanted to avoid multiple taxi rides to and from other hotels mainly to avoid taxi travel at night time for safety reasons which The Airport Hilton provided. The staff were exceptional in looking after us. The concierge, Diego and Dante made every effort to make sure my family which included and elderly mother and 2 year old child were safe at all times. The reception staff were also helpful including Karla.

We paid a high price, but only because we booked one week before our stay

I booked only one week before our travel so paid excessively for the room.

You can't beat this location if you have to get up early or arrive really late after an exceedingly long day. It is literally at the top of the escalator in the terminal. You don't even have to go outside.

We had some noise in the night due to a door with poor maintenance but they made it right the next day, gave us a discount and I'm positive it will be fixed immediately. The staff's attitude towards a problem was superb. The layout with all the room numbers being on one level made it confusing to find our room. Generally it was a little shabby for a Hilton.

Room was very nice although they did have some remodeling going on just down the hall. Carpet replacement. The service at check-in and the service in the restaurant was excellent.

No real complaints. The hotel is oddly really long and spreadout but once we figured out the path to our room we were okay. I would add signs as you come from the lobby with more room numbers to guide you to your room. Room 231 was not an obvious path from the lobby by signage.

I wrote this review because of so many suspiciously terrible ones posted. It was good. Location can't be beat if you're flying the next day. It is right in the airport close to Term 1 and 2. As.others have commented it was a bit difficult to find but it wasn't rocket science either. I doubt that it is the Hilton's choice not to have signage - likely the airport administration. Just ask any airport employee. They are helpful and know where it is. Checkin was super friendly and quick, room was perfectly clean and beds were comfy with nice linens. Air con labored a bit but worked.. What more do you need in an airport hotel. Thought we might smell.sewer because it poured rain. Again, Hilton does not operate the sewer system! No sewer smell developed and I have a very keen sense of smell. Most rooms with that style in-room air con smell a bit musty but that was normal. Nice bar with top notch service. $$ like every nice airport bar in the world. Restaurants near by in airport and easy to walk to.

Good location when you are waiting for a connecting flight overnight.

The staff was ok. but it seems to me that they don't understand everything you tell them. We specifically told them not to charge for the accommodation via the card on which they made the guarantee, however, at check-out we saw that they did it anyway. Such things should not happen at the Hilton.

Located exactly inside the airport. Wifi 24x7 . Staff friendly . If you want to go for nearby mall piller 7 is the place where they pick you up . 2 minutes walk from hotel. Has lot of restaurants close to hotel . No need to rush if you have flight because all domestic and international departures from same terminal.

No view outside the room . Room service and house keeping bit slow . Have patience 😊

Great location, within couple of minutes from leaving the plane you can get to the hotel. Though you need to really by attentive to signs as the hotel is not clearly market on arrival hall (don't expect "Hilton" logo to appear anywhere!) Great view from bar/restaurant. Gym looks like having a decent equipment too.

It is hotel inside the terminal, so no terrace or outside space available - after 12 hours of flight I had to stay another 12 hours indoor :( So suggest to think if you're fine to survive it or otherwise search for alternative hotels on T2 or outside T1.

attached to airport so convenient for overnight stay before catching an early morning flight. Had a great meal of wings and fries in the restaurant 👍🏻😆.

It was extremely difficult to find from inside the airport - no directional Hilton signage anywhere. After going in several directions for about 15 minutes, finally saw an information desk and was given directions. The only sign anywhere is a small Hilton name plate - over the hotel elevator doors. Very comfortable king size bed, but only three small pillows - not enough for two people to be comfortable watching TV (only a desk chair in the room).
