Our recent stay in a one-bedroom apartment at Quest East Perth, was an excellent experience. The apartment was clean, modern, and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The layout was spacious, with all the amenities needed for a short or extended stay. The beds were comfortable, and the living area was thoughtfully designed. The kitchen and the bathroom were spotless with quality toiletries provided. The location is fantastic, close to the CBD, Swan River, and local cafes and restaurants. It’s also well-connected by public transport, making it easy to explore the city. The staff were friendly and helpful, always available to assist with any questions. We highly recommend Quest East Perth for anyone looking for a clean, modern, and conveniently located place to stay in Perth. We have already booked to stay here again!

This is my second stay at Quest and it was a great experience. Reception staff were welcoming and helpful. Apartment was lovely, restful, with really good facilities. The location was excellent and I had a very enjoyable walk down to the river.

The only thing that would have been helpful was to know that I could find Wi-Fi in the Folly bar after I’d checked out of my room. I needed to let my daughters know I was leaving for the airport and I asked the person at reception where I could find Wi-Fi and he wasn’t helpful. I also asked where there was a toilet as the one in the lobby was occupied. Again he only suggested the olly bar for the toilet when I said I was desperate! I found both in the Folly bar and it would have been helpful if he had told me at my first enquiry about both Wi-Fi and toilet if he’d pointed me in that direction straight away. This was the only thing that was a slight issue.

Clean, spacious, fully functioning and well equipped kitchen. Washer, dryer and dishwasher were very useful. It was everything we expected and more. Walking distance to many good cafes, Langley park, and Rise supermarket. The parking (paid) is nearby and clean too. No doubt that we would stay here again when we are back in Perth! Perfect for a long stay. Appreciated that they provided a high chair for our child for free. Wifi was very fast as well. Our water heater tripped the first night and it was resolved in 15mins.

For those who are intending to book with a baby cot/crib, do take note that they provide a pack and play. So the ‘mattress’ is extremely hard and uncomfortable. We had to pad it with extra towels and blankets but it ended up being lumpy and uncomfortable for our child who ended up sleeping with us instead of the cot that we have paid for.

The staff were extremely accommodating. Due to no hot water we had to change rooms after our first night, but the staff were so flexible about when we needed to move and the manager extended his apologies with a small gift for our inconvenience, a small token but well received. Great access to the free bus service close walking distance to the CBD and river. Kitchen facilities were good.

The free WIFI was not a secure network, and when I pay a couple of hundred dollars a night for accommodation, I expect the free WIFI to be a secure network so that I can work on my computer without potential hackers accessing my computer / files.

Room was ok although getting to it is a bit of a trek with bags. Car parking is very tight and not as easy to exit, need to take a lot of care it was so tight to get out that I scrapped the side of my hire car which I now have to pay for, I think it would be a lot better if they found another way to exit, also when you exit you have to then take the key back to the reception which could prove difficult as there is only 1 car space to park.

I liked the quest as soon as I stepped in the door. The staff at reception was welcoming and I left my backpack on the floor as I was signing in and walked out and forgot it on the floor. We returned later and it was put away for me behind the counter. Thank you to the staff member who held it for me. I’m definitely returning to the Quest next time I return to Perth in 2025. It was so great.

Location was perfect with great view of the river and great restaurants close by. Our Executive 2 Bedroom apartment was a perfect size for 2 couples and extremely clean and well equipped for a perfect stay. The rooftop bar was great too and the staff were super friendly and helpful.

We had an issue with the breakfast but we addressed that with the staff and ended up having a very delicious continental breakfast. That was the only minor issue we had, everything else was perfect.

The room was much larger than we expected, and the bathroom. There was also a desk and chair, and a small table and two chairs. The room was well appointed with everything you would expect - extra pillows, iron and ironing board, removable hangers, air conditioning, and a small kitchenette. The reception staff also helped us book a taxi for a very early airport departure, which was much appreciated as the airport train was not running at that time.

The blinds were a little awkward to open and close every day with very short cords (understandable given the possibility of harm to young children). It was also difficult to stop the shower from flooding the bathroom as the shower head was fixed in position and water would run out of the shower soaking the bath mat every time the shower would used.

We would like to say big thank you to Bruno, who was very helpful and accommodating. Our late night check in was smooth and our little late wishes and changes got granted with no fuzz. All stuff was friendly, room was small but enough for two and for our 3 night stay. View was good even tho we did not have a room with the balcony.
