Comfortable bed and mattress, spacious closets, big shower, good kitchen corner equipment with fridge, a quite big table in the room. It's great that there is a restaurant with really good local food (unfortunately, it's closed on Tuesdays but there is another one nearby). Very good breakfasts with freshly made scrambled/fried eggs on request. Great views from the hotel room and where breakfast is served. Peace surroundings, big parking space, great localization, lots of things to do in around. In case of any issues, the service was very helpful.

Considering the price and standard of the hotel, there was no tea, coffee, or bottle of water in the room. The WiFi has blocked some ports so not all applications required internet connections are working - which might cause issues when working remotely. The light over the bed is too bright, tight bathroom.

The breakfast was quite ok, but for that location and that price, "unbeatable". The manager is also exceptionnal, she really goes out of her way to be available and take care of her visitors. The bar was also exceptionnal, with friendly staff and a very friendly receptionist on our last night.

The showers could have been bigger, the rooms as well. But you don't go on holidays to stay in a room the whole time.

Excellent breakfast, rooms are in good shape and bathroom is better live than in pictures. The bathroom is brand new just the mosaic that looks odd in pictures, the view is super and the pool and sauna are really cool. I was very scared with some reviews but the experience was above the expectations. Including the restaurant food and the breakfast.

Parking by the hotel, room clean and cozy, stylish hotel. In the room we got extra towels and bathrobe for the swimming pool and wellness that was included in the stay. The wellness areas was really nice, clean and even though we were there with few people we didn't feel packed. Hotel breakfast was also nice. Overall I give 10 out 10. We only stayed for 1 night but we were absolutely happy with everything and definitely will choose this hotel again when passing by around Innsbruck.

Mondi reflected ski lodge vibes with cosy furnishings and a beautiful selection of historical black and white photos. We enjoyed watching the locals who frequent the bar and waking to snow capped mountains. Breakfast was delicious with freshly cooked bacon and eggs. Peter was friendly and obliging. Free bus service was a bonus to visit Innsbruck.

We spent 3 nights at this hotel and we really enjoyed it. Nice atmosphere, location and helpful staff. Small but nice swimming pool and wellness.Very delicious breakfast and comfortable beds.I can highly recommend this hotel.

Everything was perfect except the small detail that the Receptionist forgot to give us the Welcome card at the arrival (gratis up to 3 nights stay). Therefore we spent money for buses, cable cars etc that could have been otherwise for free...

Everything was to our satisfaction! Guests were multinational, which made it very interesting and everyone was very pleasant. We had a balcony with beautiful flowers and in the evening we sat outside and enjoyed the great air and cool breeze. Dinner at their restaurant was delicious and also the breakfast! For those that like to cook, the rooms have everything you need: pots, pans, cutlery, dishes, small fridge!

Parking was a bit challenging since the Hotel was booked to its full capacity but eventually we were able to make it work! I didn't like that we couldn't stay there longer but we will return!

We were very satisfied with the hotel. The room was clean, the staff was helpful and pleasant, the food in the restaurant was excellent. They prepared dinner for us even after the kitchen closed. An excellent breakfast was included in the price and it was possible to use the wellness (sauna and pool). We were changed to a bigger room without any problems, because of the cot for the child. The room had a beautiful view of the mountain panorama. We were so impressed with the hotel that we stayed again a week later.

Hotel was located on the edge of Axams 50 metres from the free bus to Axamer Lizum for skiing or Innsbruck city centre. The room was exactly as the photos and the staff were all very helpful. The spa was a real bonus and never crowded. Breakfast was good. Especially the coffee machine.

The restaurant wasn’t great for dinner but there are lots of other places to eat within a ten minute walk.

Comfortable rooms with very nice balcony and mini kitchen and supplies. Great breakfast buffet, very friendly German&English speaking staff. 24 hrs open swimming pool, nice and clean sauna open till 10pm. Not far from the city center and really nice place to have a relaxed weekend without spending high amount of money
