As always, I was a pleasure staying here. The room was clean and the heating excellent and customizable. But what we really appreciated was that after a full day of walking and sightseeing we enjoyed a good and relaxing night sleep. Just quiet, far from the busy city. Not to mention again the stunning view of Vienna from the hotel. Just awesome. Thank you Austria Trend Hotel Schloss Wilhelminenberg. We will return for sure

The some details and fixes to the room will improve the customer experience, that is for sure. Also, the parking spaces should be delimited in front of the hotel, as the ones in the parking lot near

The location is fantastic, offering breathtaking views of the city from the mountain. The breakfast buffet was delicious and offered a good variety of options. The rooms were spotless and comfortable, ensuring a restful stay. Christmas in Vienna was a great experience.

The staircase in the room was extremely noisy, with loud creaks at every step, making it disruptive and far from relaxing. Its old-fashioned wooden design felt outdated and would benefit greatly from being replaced with a modern, quieter alternative. Additionally, both the toilet and shower could use significant upgrades to more modern fixtures, as they currently lack the comfort and style expected for a pleasant stay. An investment in these improvements would greatly enhance the overall guest experience.

Was lovely castle, quiet, great service, clean, good room amazing price which was our criteria for staying in Vienna as we had other options.. it was great and we will book again . Was a bit far from city center but easy to access, bus stop is in front of the hotel. Desk was amazing with transportation directions.

Elevator was shabby ( OK who cares) first room was with bedroom up a set of stairs and as an older person we had to change rooms to be all on one level. Most rooms in hotel are 2 levels we were told. Breakfast was good but typical of buffet breakfast included.. dry eggs, flavorless bread, .. Just an average breakfast..for 18e. But we are fussy eatters.... good coffee if asked for from waiters.

The hotel looks really impressive from the outside—it’s a true palace. The design, both inside and out, was stunning. The rooms were also designed to be historically consistent with the building’s heritage. Our stay felt like a dream. The receptionists were very kind and helpful. However, other guests should be informed that they or their children should not run in the hallways, as it’s an old building, and such behavior can disturb other guests and potentially harm the structure. The view was incredible, with all of Vienna spread out beneath you. I guess the bathroom was recently added, and although it was small, it was modern and clean. The rooms were also spotless—this hotel had the cleanest room I’ve ever stayed in. You can easily reach the city center using the bus right in front of the hotel. It takes approximately 40-50 minutes by public transport. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The breakfast could have had a wider selection. The price was a bit high compared to the variety and quality offered.

The hotel was like a manor house. It was all old school. Which I liked. Very nice and clean. The BUS station is in front of the hotel so it’s very easy to visit the center of Vienna. 8 eur for 24 hours. ( includes train station, BUS and subway ) = perfect. Hotel is on the hill so there’s no huge trafic and there was a very good view of the city. Parking is free in front of the hotel. Around the hotel is forest and meadow so a big + for you guys.

There was only one thing I didn’t like. The radiators was very very hot. So the room was on two floors. The bedroom was on the second. So we all know that the heat is going up and the cold stays down. I couldn’t sleep till 2pm because it was so so hot. At the end I closed the heaters and open the window for half an hour. Outside -3• but it felt so good. So I know what to do earlier next time✅ At the end all good. Thank you.

Beautiful place with lovely garden and view. Staff extremely nice and welcoming. Nice room and atmosphere. Comfortable free parking. Recommend Terra Rossa restaurant nearby - really nice place.

1. Not that close to the center though the public transport is convenient - a bus and metro ride away (took us 40 minutes). 2. Bathroom door inside the room doesn't offer enough privacy for 2 people (even a couple)... 3. Breakfast was not good. We went the first morning and didn't come back for the rest of our stay. But overall really a nice place, I would go back. Thanks again to the wonderful staff at reception who were so friendly and helpful to us throughout our stay :)

It was a great location for those wishing to have a little reprieve form the busy city centre. The location is next to parks and green spaces with access to nearby forest. Getting downtown is super simple, with a bus right outside the hotel which connects you to the underground (U3) with direct connection downtown. The full trip is about 30 minutes to get to the city centre. The staff was also super friendly and helpful when we had questions about where to go and what to see.

The rooms could use an update and the standard room was a little tight. The room was clean overall, but the bathroom shower could use a proper scrub.

We liked the view and the feeling of old castle. Also, having breakfast on the porch was really nice. The U-bahn station at Ottakring was easily reachable by bus (both lines, they go the same route, just opposite directions). There is a lot of parking spaces, so you don't have to worry about it. Breakfast was standard, nothing exquisite. Only problems were bees/vasps, the porch was flooded with them, they were hoovering over tables and inside in jams and honey dishes, but I don't think that's something the staff can influence. Doors to porch were open, people were constantly going in and out, so that's out of their power.

There was mold in the corners of the shower (which was treatable with bleach in my opinion).

The property is absolutely stunning and well-kept. The staff is polite. Our room was spacious, overlooking Vienna. The breakfast was delicious. I’m a vegetarian and had plenty of choices, which I highly appreciated. The bus station is right in front of the hotel and it makes travelling so much easier.

The room was quite dusty, we could tell it had not been properly cleaned beforehand. We had wasps all over us at breakfast. They were on the terrace and even found their way inside, in the restaurant. It was very annoying and it’s a matter that should be adressed promptly.
