I was amazed that hotel was constructed with the best amenities, I didn't quite like the bed and pillows, maybe I am used to my own bed, that's why.. Overall everything was great but these two points I mentioned. I would like to advise them to work harder on the service (but the reception was really great!)

The amenities were great, the room was good, but I'd like to ask the cleaning staff to be more neat for the accurate guests like me. There was a restaurant - Alov - was a full disappointment. The bread was old, they brought us tea after several reminders in the end (!!!) of the breakfast. If you want to have a breakfast, leave the hotel and have breakfast in the village or other place, but not Alov itself. Just advice for those who check out, be careful to pack everything with you, I have left my blouse there, and it was gone in minutes. Called to ask to take it, but no luck.

Only, real and huge problem of the property and the reason i am giving 7 is that it is very hard to sleep there. I think they fighting the damp and you know ventilation in bathroom which in most cases works for few minutes after you have a shower? It is quite loud and they made it contantly on. So both me and my friend had trouble sleeping. Then I asked at desk they told it is like this any room. So how good is the property where everything is amazing, but you have hard time to sleep?.. Addition: originally I put 7 because of this problem. yet, rep of the hotel called me and promised that problem will be fixed and asked very kindly to put at least 8, they also promised to fix the problem. I gave up, put them 8, please check if they fix it.

The 2 bedroom suite aparment is really big and spacious. Love so many closet spaces and the balcony which oversee the shahdag coasted. Staff is also friendly n helpful. I forgotten the name of the staff who helped as checked in & out but he was very helpful.

Nothing much except it doesnt have a hair dryer but luckily I packed my own. Dishwashing soap u have to get your own as well. Need a bit of understanding on how to operate the microwave but not a major issue. A manual would have been nice on how to work the kitchen equipment.

Location is amazing. Very near the slopes. Shuttle bus runs every hour and takes you straight to slopes. Kitchen amenities are available so we cooked our own food. Very clean and all five-star facilities. Swimming pool and spa were included in the price which was a huge plus. Staff were very helpful and were able to communicate in english. We will definitely come again

There was no breakfast included in the rate. You can order the breakfast separately but the restaurant starts working at 10am. If you need earlier, you won't be able to do it. The location was very good, by car 2 minutes to Shahdag hotel, 3 minutes to Zirve hotel. Rather clean, all kitchen amenities available. If you make the reservation through Booking website, you can use SPA in Shahdag hotel for free.

The courtesy from Kamran and Farid from the front desk really showed that Gaya Residences cares about their guests. The cleanliness around the property was amazing. The restaurant and ambience was very good. Really liked the atmosphere and vibe that they have created during the night time with the bonfires for people to sit down and relax while enjoying the cold weather and warmth around the bonfire. They also helped arrange a taxi for us to the village side market and Zirve hotel for the snow sports activities.

The intercom was very tough to use and getting in contact with the front desk was difficult.

When we reached the hotel but we were told that our reservation was shifted to Shadag Hotel which was a fantastic one …it was 5 star quality and had all the amenities, best part was the roller coaster ride which started right at the front of the hotel …suggest one should spend atleast 2 nights at Shadag Hotel !!!

The property was up to the mark, everything from furniture, crockery, carpets were of very nice quality. The staff was super co-operative I would like to mention name of Mr. Dashdi who was bery helpful for all our needs. My car was stuck in ice upon informing to Mr. Dashdi he arranged a plan for us to take out our car from the snow. Separately he allowed us to late checkout for two to 3 hours without any charges.

Last time I stayed in park chalet this time we were in group and decided to stay in Gaya as cost was much lower it’s little bit away from ski lift but there is free shuttle every 30m. Rooms are nice biga nad clean and with good view. Maybe kitchen could be equipped littel bit better. As it’s very basic but probably most of guest don’t use it. But having wine opener would be nice.
