Lovely staff and while I had a few issues (broken shower head, cold water) they fixed them immediately. The pool is better than I expected, Salt water, very clean and deep for it size. It's in a non tourist part of town but you can walk to the historical areas in less than 10 minutes downhill and its a nice quiet location. My bed was amazingly comfortable

Simple breakfast but some items ran out so quickly ( guests taking a lot) the choice was often too limited or non. Filter coffee only. For me, unreliable hot water. But as it was so hot out it wasn't a deal breaker.

The best thing about the Hotel was the suuuper nice and welcoming receptionist (I think his name is Ali), who always answered our questions and solved our issues with an outstanding kindness. :) The Hotel is super modern and well equipped. We really liked our big room with the amazing view on the city of Sarajevo as well as the private pool and sauna which we could use for free. The location of the hotel was quite nice for exploring Sarajevo old town and to use the cable car for mount Trebevic (highly recommendable). On the other hand it's really tiring to get there, when you arrive by train or bus and using one of the reliable and cheap Taxis would most likely be the best option. The breakfast was also very good and included some traditional food, which was nice to try.

Very clean, modern & spacious room. Pool was lovely and refreshing (not heated in summer which is good). Breakfast was small but good for the boutique size of the hotel. Parking was easy and safe once we got the directions ok.

Nothing bad with the actual property but google maps takes you down a street which you can not actually drive through to their parking area, BUT if you take Bakareviceva Street and turn onto Bistrik-Madresa Street from that direction you will be ok! Other than tricky directions from google nothing bad at all!

It is really nice that the accommodation has a sauna and a pool. The breakfast is pretty ok. The room was always clean. I loved that the bathroom floor is heated. The location is great, close to old city center.

We initially booked a Deluxe room with city view, but they didn't have a double bed, only twin beds - although the title said it can be double or twin.

- Large room with great view - Quiet location, more residential - Very clean and modern bathroom - Good bedding - The pool was lovely and a nice temperature - Staff were very friendly and helpful, ordered us a local taxi - Breakfast was a good but smallish selection

- The hotel is a 10-15 minute walk to the old town, up a hill. This was nice is some ways as it was quieter but a bit far to pop back. - Only basic filter coffee included in breakfast, I think for the price the other coffee options should be provided. - The pool is lovely but if more than a couple of people are in there it feels overlooked and crowded

Lovely hotel! I have to say the best part of the experience was the amazing Ali at reception. His warmth and 5-star service was something I have rarely seen in the hotel industry. I hope management seriously consider what an asset he is to them. My mother, who was a nervous driver, had some difficulty with the parking, but Ali assisted us with such enthusiasm and we left all the parking to him. It was a pleasure seeing his positive demeanour each day. Faruk was also excellent - very kind, helpful and respectful. Our room (305) at the top was lovely, and we were overall satisfied with our stay.

For the price of the hotel, the breakfast should definitely be improved (fried eggs were served cold everyday, few vegetable and fruits options that were good, etc). I also recommend checking in with hotel beforehand if you plan to drive to the hotel (you may not want to take the google map route).

The room had a deluxe feel with clean, comfortable beds and stylish ambient lighting, which created a relaxing atmosphere. The sheets were fresh and spotless, adding to the overall comfort. The staff were both friendly and professional, making my stay even more enjoyable. Overall, a great experience with attention to detail in both service and room design!

However, there were a few issues with the bathroom. The shower was too open, causing water to splash outside the designated area, which made the floor wet and the white walls weren’t perfectly clean, which affected the overall cleanliness. With a bit more attention to the bathroom's cleanliness and design, the experience could be even better!

The location was perfect. Bistrik is very close to the old town and hosts the Sarajevo brewery with a good restaurant. From there, you can also take the cable car to the hills above Sarajevo. I can’t think of a better location. The hotel had a great pool with a sauna and very tasty breakfast. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful.

The little slopiness in the room: missing lightbulbs, only two chairs in a room for four, some cable hanging in the kitchen (something unfinished), ventilator in the bathroom not working. Little things that prevent me from giving a perfect rating.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel, located just minutes from Sarajevo’s city center and the Miljacka River. The large, comfortable rooms were a perfect retreat and the added bonus of a pool made for a relaxing experience. Breakfast was exceptional with a variety of delicious options to start the day. The hotel’s location is ideal for exploring the city, with all major attractions nearby. The friendly and professional staff made my stay even better. Highly recommend for anyone looking for comfort, great amenities, and a central location!

The property is a little walk on the opposite side of the river from the city centre. From the Latin Bridge, walk up the hill and up the bank. It is up hill to walk and the hotel is situated on a side street in a residential area. I had locals offer me help to find it and people were friendly. I was able to check in early which was great and I briefly used the pool which was nice and warm before heading out again. The hotel is probably just 7/8 minutes walk across from the cable car. The room and bathroom had a modern feel to them. The breakfast was a nice mix but I kept it light as I had to be off early.
