Staff were awesome, the setup in the condo was perfect for us (two adults but not a couple) with our own rooms, plus our own washroom, the pool was warm and well looked after. Was exceptionally happy given the price point, wouldn't hesitate to stay again. Plus they actually had good coffee from a local brewer, we went over to purchase a larger bag on the way out of town. The town of Canmore itself was amazing, so many great places to eat and shop.

My only critique was the unit was not air-conditioned and I don't feel like that was explained in the listing. Apparently some are and the staff looked for another unit for us but we were already settled and didn't feel like moving.

Location, pool/ hot tub, in-suite amenities for our family (washer/ dryer, kitchen, lots of room, 2 bathrooms)

Beds were hard. Walls in room were scuffed up. Dishwasher did not shut off and leaked. No close garbage disposal other than a hike through the parkade. At 10:45 am, ahead of check-out, we were rushed by the cleaning team as they attempted to enter our suite. We were on track for the 11:00 am departure and just needed to finish a few quick things, and didn't think we were an inconvenience (but we felt we were...)

Checkin/Out staff was excellent. Size & location great. Everything we might need was there. Could be painted and updated as on the dark side, but we realize it is a rental.

Bdrm with single bed window was not working. We fixed it so did not report it. (Mechanical function not attached to window) The head of the bed is at the window, so if you open the window your head gets too cold. This is the bed of choice in this room.

The rooms were very clean and decently equipped. The kitchen had most items you would expect to make your own food. The views were great! The condo has a nice layout, with separate spaces for adults and kids.

The condo is showing some wear and tear. Some windows wouldn't open, the carpet had some stains and is worn. We found the rooms hot (we stayed in the winter), with no real control of the thermostat.

They were very accommodating. We needed to change our reservation due to a highway closure and the staff were helpful in shifting our reservation forward by a day. We did get a free upgrade as well to a two bedroom suite. Our beds were very comfortable, a well equipped kitchen. Enjoyed the access to the hot tub that was away from the main pool and that there was a fitness room as well on site. We were in the Cougar lodge.

It is dated and some of the property is showing the wear of the years. If you are looking for a quiet sleep proceed with caution as it is a popular family destination and we were woken up very early each morning by jumping feet above us. If you need a quiet sleep ask for the top floor.

Location was great. Staff was friendly. Pool, hot tubs, laundry, parking, and bbqs were a great perk.

The condo could really use some paint and flooring updates. There was food spatter in the kitchen and on the dining room wall. Dishes all needed to be washed before we could use them. Couch needs a good clean. Lacking bedding for the extra pullout couch and short towels for 3 people on a unit that can sleep 4.

Comfortable cosy accommodation. Comfortable couch in living room, table and chairs. Excellent lighting, cooking facilities. Kitchen was well supplied with utensils and dishes. Outdoor pool in winter was fantastic. I enjoyed deep water running and we enjoyed the hot tub too. Nice to have a bathroom on the lower level as well as in the loft. Late checkout to allow us to use the pool on the last morning was much appreciated. Location is close to good restaurants - The Grande Kitchen was excellent and very close!

Bed could have had a softer top for our taste, but it wasn't bad. Faucet in upstairs bathroom had very low flow. We could not get the TV in living room to work. No problem with the one in the bedroom. Perhaps someone has changed the setup?

All the conveniences we like: full kitchen (including kcup and pot for coffee), full in suite laundry, free WiFi, half bath on both levels with dedicated bath/shower room, underground parking.

Cookware in kitchen could be updated. Very warm in suite which wasn't a problem in November but lack of a/c might be a problem in summer months (?)

Huge room, with everything we could need for a comfortable stay. Pool was quite cold but we didn't use it much as were sightseeing most of the time.

A little outside of town for walking everywhere but we had a car so not a major problem for us.

Such a great find! I booked a 2 bedroom suite to share with my parents and it was plenty big enough and very well equipped with all the kitchen essentials and laundry in-suite. Only a 20-minute drive from Banff it's perfect for a cheaper way to enjoy the Rockies. We also loved how close we were to everything in Canmore, making it easy to explore on foot. The pool was an added bonus, too. Overall our stay was excellent value and I'll definitely book here for future trips.

One very small remark is that the chemical levels seemed very high in the hot tub so we didn't stay in it for too long.
