The apartment was a good size with a full equipped kitchen. The bedrooms were a good size with beautiful mountain views from both rooms. The sitting area outside the bedrooms on the grass was also very nice.

The train tracks run right along the back fence which is only a few feet from the bedrooms and the trains run day & night. So if you are a light sleeper you will need ear plugs. There wasn't enough car parking onsite. We came home very late one night to find no parking space left even though we had a park permit and there was meant to be a space for 1 car per unit.

Nice and spacious, dated but very clean. Comfortable beds. Kitchen had most things we needed. Glad to have cable TV. Loved the extra storage space near the front door - it came in really handy for our coolers and ski equipment. Good location for walking to restaurants, even to activities in town.

The train. It ran day and night, right outside our window. We got a little used to it after a couple nights, but it did lead to some disturbed sleeping for those in the one bedroom facing the tracks.

The apartment was spacious and well stocked. Convenient distance from the town centre. Lovely views from outside. Easy parking. It was easy to get the keys from the box at arrival and departure. It was a good cheaper alternative to Banff, without the crowds.

The ground floor apartment was a bit dark and the trains were noisy. Noise from the kids above the lounge area. We could have done with 4 outdoor chairs instead of the 2 provided.

Had everything we needed - more or less. Close to town and shops.

Check in details only provided at 1600, which does not work for anxious travellers. Noise from floor above was highly intrusive all day. Only limited crockery etc is provided, forcing constant washing up. Quite a lot of train noise, though we all found it strangely comforting. Second "queen" bed was more like a single bed - hopeless for two.

I had an incredible stay at Canadian Rockies Chalets in Canmore! The breathtaking view of the mountains was simply mesmerizing. Opting for the three-bedroom suite was an excellent choice for our family of 6, providing ample space and comfort. The combination of stunning surroundings and spacious accommodations made our stay truly unforgettable. I highly recommend this charming retreat for anyone seeking a perfect blend of nature and comfort in the Canadian Rockies

The place was nice, neat and conveniently located.

Internet was poor in the area and we were on the road most of the day, so getting the last minute e-mail about lock box code was difficult and we didn't have phone number to call for help getting the code. Ventilation was poor, the door slider had no screen and the bedroom window was broken and difficult to open.

Lovely location centrally located in Canmore. Great facilities in the kitchen to make our own food. Very spacious and well laid out. Great communication: when the wi-fi had problems, we got a notification from our host informing it was being looked into.

Unlike other reviews, the train didn't bother us much, but we could hear the upstairs neighbours walking around and talking quite loudly. The bathroom was definitely a bit outdated, and most of the living room furniture also needs replacement.

great place, kitchen well equipped, great location, wonderful facilities. would go there again! Rooms are big and clean.

The only issue was the train, right behind the room. It goes all night long, almost every night. I woke up from it a couple of times every night.

Beds were hard Spatula was missing from kitchen utensils Not enough toilet paper provided initially TV picture was strange Outlets were loose- plugs for phone chargers did not stay plugged in

The place was clean and comfortable. The staff were very quick to repair a small issue with the main toilet. Management was very understanding when we were forced to leave early due to a situation at home. I would stay there again.

I wish the unit had a washing machine and dryer, especially as it had the hookups. Still, it was a nice place to stay
