Beautiful property with kind staff and amazing breakfasts. Centrally located in the Walled City but away from the noise of the nightlife and party buses. We had issues with a very noisy neighbor and the hotel manager was incredibly helpful in addressing the problem. She is one of the best parts of Moet Cartagena!

The walls are pretty thin - to the point of needing earplugs to drown out the noise from traffic. Also, the rooms have some added technology to turn on the TV and lights and raise the shades, but without a printed guide, we found ourselves forgetting the prompts and having to repeat ourselves over and over. Not sure this is really necessary.

There is not one place you could be happier in Cartagena. The hotel itself has a beautiful design that makes it feel like an oasis. The rooms have fully funtional domotica even though it seems like a classical Spanish home. All the facilities are exceptional (especially the shower!), but the best part of the hotel is the owner and the staff. They are the heart of this place. From the minute you arrive you feel at home, relaxed and taken care of. The service is impeccable. Maira even managed to get us a last minute reservation at a great restaurant on christmas eve. Every time we came back to the hotel, our friends of the staff were waiting and there were little chocolates on the bed.

Nothing, I cannot recommend it enough.

The best part was the attentiveness of the staff. They helped us book a trip to the islands, were always accommodating, and did everything with a smile. The place was clean, and had everything you need - including a good A/C unit. The pool is good for a cool-off during the day. The location isn’t too terribly loud, but of course they use their horns like mad down there and if you’re from the states this might be annoying for you.

Really not much bad to say at all. The breakfast was tasty. But I’m not a very picky eater. One day the electronics was out for about 2 hours. Very minor inconvenience.

It's a skip away from all the action that Cartagena has to offer. - 2 min walk to Cafe del Mar Hotel & amenities: It is chic meets cozy in a décor that's so Insta-worthy, you'll be posting like a pro. From the moment you step into the lobby, you'll be enchanted by the elegant decor that seamlessly blends in modern sophistication with timeless charm. Rooms? Comfy beds and Google assisted technology. "Hey Google, open shades, turn lights on, etc.". Food? Breakfast is incredibly yummy! Great drinks and snacks too! The real stars? The staff! They're hospitality superheroes, ready to swoop in and save the day with a smile. During our stay, hubs wasn't feeling well, and the staff went to the pharmacy for us and helped us order food amongst other things. They truly went out of their way to help us out. They are amazing. Thank you Angelis, Brayan, Paola, Katherine, Edith & Mauricio for the amazing hospitality. You are what makes Cartagena so great! ✨️ Highly recommend!

The hotel has a great location, you can walk from there to the city centre and everything you need. View from the rooftop is very nice. The room was quite quiet and very clean. Smart room was a little bit hard to handle, but once we figured it out it worked quite well. Breakfast was exceptional and felt very exquisite. Staff was very friendly. Also the small pool is very nice, overall an exceptional hotel where you feel very at home and cosy.

The doors to the toilet are see-through which is not a very private experience for the one using it. There could be more spaces to hang things.

First, I loved the place and the architecture. The staff is fantastic; they talked with me and recommended good restaurants and places to visit in the city. The room was great and clean; most furniture and lights worked with Alexa. They have a rooftop with a beautiful view, and the breakfasts were super delicious. They have 24/7 employees there in case you need any help. I would pick this hotel again for my future travels.

This is a recommendation for the hotel owners. Please install an A/C in the reception area or find a way to provide the employees with air. It is too hot for them, and they do an excellent job for your company.

Absolutely everything the location is fantastic. You can walk everywhere from the best restaurants, clubs and even the port for any excursions! A very clean hotel, and not in the middle of everything so you get quiet time at night! The breakfast is huge brings everything you need one of my friends couldn’t make her flight and she booked a last-minute room for herself. She even loved it!

This place was so wonderful I couldn’t imagine staying anywhere else in Cartagena. We were given the loveliest room with an ocean view and a balcony. The entire room was voice controlled by a “google home” which just made the experience more enjoyable. Breakfast was great, the room was spotless and the place is super well located.

The one thing about the room being so close to the ocean was a bit of the city/road noises that would come in every now and then. But no complaints other than that.

Lovely luxury stay in this beautiful boutique hotel. The beds were incredibly comfy and the rooms immaculately clean. The team were so friendly and accommodating and the manager Angela was so hospitable and kind. The breakfast was very delicious. The pool was fresh water and very clean and relaxing, it was perfect after a hot day in the sun. The area was also great, very pretty and quite calm and everywhere was walking distance.

The only thing that was a tiny bit annoying was having to knock on the door to get in the building as it was so hot outside but you barely had to wait.

The location is near everything yet it is not noisy or overcrowded. The City is a safe walking city. The property is beautifully designed, small Number of room leaves one with the impression that every resident is special.

For a couple of 80 Year olds the use Of new Digital Technology was s bit challenging but the superb staff soon allayed those anxieties.
