Our stay at this hotel was incredibly pleasant. The reception was excellent, and every staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful. Special thank to Vera who cleaned our room so well and always smiling! Also, I could not believe few negative about the breakfast, it was varied and exceptional, with different options available each day during our eight-day stay and very helpful staff making sure that everything was good. Additionally, the location is fantastic—close to everything we wanted to explore.[, Grand Central, Public Library, Times Square 15 minutes walking! It was definitely worth it, and we would gladly stay here again! 5 - stars

Quiet room.

They made a mistake on my bill and overcharged me by $122. After I called them they acknowledged their mistake and agreed to refund me.

The staff was great, the breakfast was decent, the rooms were clean. The location was ok. About a 30 min walk to times Square and 5 min to Grand Central Station.

One elevator was out of order most of our stay, so you either had to wait an hour to get on or take the stairs. Wasn't too bad for us as we were on the 7th floor but would be brutal for someone higher up.

The bed was big and very comfortable, the room was super clean and the cleaning lady (Adriana) was very friendly and nice. The rest of the staff were nice too. The location is quite good, close to metro and the street is quite quiet. The gym was also very clean. Not very big but enough to exercise on holidays. Very comfortable stay overall

Breakfast was quite bad. All of the food choices (apart from banana and oatmeal) were very unhealthy and low quality. There wasn’t a single vegetable. The stuff constantly run out and it takes quite some time to ask staff to top it up. Only plastic cutlery and paper plates are available. I stayed in quite a few Hamptons and it is very far from Hampton standards (at least in Europe, not sure about the US).

The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean, the hotel is well-situated, and the breakfast is laid out nicely, and has lots of options, some of which changed day-to-day. We appreciated the ice water in the lobby, and the hard-working cleaning staff. There were lots of towels in the bathroom, and a nice area to sit outside the hotel. Location is wonderful- five minutes walk to Grand Central Station, about 20-25 to Times Square and Broadway, with some restaurants along the way. We were also very appreciative of an early check-in after travelling overnight and being totally exhausted.

The rooms are diminutive but fine for three-four people, especially with not being in the hotel much. My two complaints are that the door for the bathroom is a very heavy sliding door, and not only isn't great for privacy, but would be difficult for some to close and manage. Also, though there are many choices for breakfast (waffles, bagels, muffins, yogurt, cereal, oatmeal, fruit, and proteins such as eggs and bacon or sausages), I would suggest cooking the eggs without meat, since vegetarians can choose to opt out of the bacon and sausages, but shouldn't have to also forgo the eggs because they have pork in them.

I liked the firm comfortable bed, clean room and good breakfast. My request for a quiet room was fulfilled. It was also very convenient to have an available business centre. All staff members were pleasant, and helpful. The location was ideal for the purposes of my visit. I have stayed in this hotel in the past and will definitely stay there again.

The front desk is very friendly, and the check-in speed is very fast, and they also kindly informed that there is free coffee on the first floor; 4. The room is not big, but The bed is very, very comfortable and very quiet. Although it is close to the side of the street, there is no noise, and the sleep is very comfortable; 5. The breakfast is very good, the coffee is of high quality, fried eggs and patties are also delicious, and I like it Waffles actually have a banana flavor.

The staff are amazing and very helpful, location is only 5 minutes walk away from grand central, the rooms are clean, comfortable, maid service every morning, breakfast is good, and coffee available all day and night, would highly recommend this hotel, well worth the money

The room was clean, the bed comfortable and the breakfast, adequate. All the staff were cordial and helpful. That was not my first stay in this hotel; its location was most appropriate for the purpose of my travel. Based on my experience I recommend this hotel.

Mike, at the front desk, was friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for my plans. Breakfast was really good. It was nice to get an upgrade.

The A/C was not easy to adjust - the air blew directly at the head of the bed. The bed was VERY soft. There was no top sheet, just a duvet. The large part of the breakfast room was FREEZING cold.
