Breakfast is not available, but there is a coffee shop (John’s) a couple of blocks down on Second Avenue that offers good and hearty New York-style breakfasts. There are lots of restaurants in the neighborhood, but I didn’t have a chance to sample any of them because I stayed only one night. The rooms, although small, are spotlessly clean and comfortable. All “modcons” are there. Good sound insulation against street noise.

The location is a bit far from the subway, a good 15 minutes’ walk away, There are buses on Second (↓) and Third (↑) Avenues, but they are slow.

Nice, new, clean location

There is not a front desk. I had difficulty accessing the hotel at night because my access app didn’t work. Another guest let me in, which is a serious safety issue, especially because there’s no front desk. Baggage storage is in an unlocked closet, which is readily accessible to anyone off the street since the front doors are unlocked during the day.

Fantastic stay, well beyond expectations! The room directly overlooks Manhattan which makes it all special. Communication and helpfulness of the staff has been great and fast. The room itself has everything you need. There is also a hair dryer and mini iron inside. Recommended.

the room size was on the smaller side, it was well-designed and efficiently utilized the available space However, one aspect that I think deserves consideration is the soundproofing of the windows. Unfortunately, the outside noise was noticeable at times, which might be a concern for light sleepers or those seeking absolute tranquility

Brand new hotel in a great area. It’s brand new so still figuring things out but the bed was very comfortable and it was laid out very well to maximize the space. Would recommend.

The rooms are very small - it works for a night or two but it would be challenging for a longer stay. The staff are hard to find at times. The luggage storage is a closet which isn’t locked and anyone can access.

Great location, property was clean. Small room but it was what I NEEDED. The staff were very helpful and friendly...both over the phone and in person. Id definitely stay here again

As clean as my room was, the pillow cases and sheets were not fresh. I could easily tell because the pillow cases were crushed and you could tell they were slept on the night before. The fitting sheet was also crushed. I couldn't complain because I arrived late and the front desk staff had already left. Please tell housekeeping to refrain from doing that. Change the bedding for new guests. Id still stay here though. I really liked the hotel

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Little Charlie Hotel! The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, making you feel at home from the moment you arrive. One of the standout features is the insane rooftop space—a true hidden gem where you can relax, take in the views, and just chill. It really adds a magical touch to the whole experience. The location is unbeatable, close to everything you’d want to explore in the city. It’s the perfect base for a New York adventure. I can’t recommend this place enough and will definitely stay here again on my next trip!

While the room was small it had everything I needed and it was pretty comfortable for a short stay

The room is tiny, and the cost wasn't cheap, but it is NYC, so it isn't like I wasn't expecting it.

I was searching for a hotel that was in midtown Manhattan and The Little Charlie Hotel fit the bill. I was able to book in advance with booking.com and pay over time which I loved. Checking in was a breeze they held on to my luggage because I showed up early and was able to start my adventures in New York City early, and when my room was ready they text me to let me know. The room was amazin, it's cozy and comfortable we didn't spend a lot of time in our room so it's all that we needed which was a bed and a shower. But they do have a lot more The room contains a little desk, a mini fridge and a safe hidden inside a drawer you can put your valuables in or just have a little more room to shove some stuff in it a hangers with above storage and underneath the bed you have storage for your luggage and some other personal items .they have rooftop sitting with igloos they have continental breakfast in the morning. it's just an amazing place for the money you're going to spend. It's a newly renovated gem in the middle of Manhattan it's also only about 8 minutes away from Grand Central a major hub that can connect you to the subways, Metro-North , and the LIRR ( Long Island railroad) it can take you from JFK, to Jamaica Queens, right into the Manhattan You're also next to the queensborough's tunnel and bridge so like I said it's basically right smack dab in the middle of everything.

I didn't have any problem with my stay so there was no complaints

Very good and safe location. The room was very small but all I needed as a solo traveller and being out all day anyway. Stayed in room 306 and gosh it was so quiet during the night. Never had that in NY before. Not even in high rise hotels. The blinds were black out blinds so also a bonus for a good night sleep. Coffee, pastries and fruits in the lobby and water in the room are an added bonus. Overall it’s good value for money for NY. There are lots of restaurants and gyms around. Also a fabulous supermarket just around the corner open till late. Also it was very clean and the bed was super comfortable.

If there was anything negative it was the missing water pressure in the shower and a little holder for shower gel and shampoo was missing in the shower . The wash basin was very small but didn’t bother me and a full size mirror is missing and a bigger bin could be placed in the room. But that is me being picky and coming from the hotel industry. I would definitely stay again.
