Fantastic location, a minutes walk to Trafalgar Square. National Gallery, Buckingham Palace, Houses of Parliament all with in walking distance. Room (Rooms) very well appointed. Staff very helpful and friendly.

Location was the main attraction - it was a 8 min walk to my son's college residence. and in a safe easy to commute from locality. Train stations, bus stops and all sort sof shops and restaurants around. Close to the major a Neat and clean The front desk staff was very friendly at all times of the day and night. The coffee and hot drinks in the parlour was a bestseller at the end of cold and tired long days. Luggage storage was another plus.

For someone used to open spaces, the long narrow corridors to the room were a bit claustrophobic. But that's London for you. Price on the higher side for facilities

Because I travelled with my father which has a elderly age, I asked if they could provide us with a room with a walk-in shower instead of a bathtub. They were able to provide us the room which included this preference, but also the room had a very nice size, was clean and there were no noises from outside. Absolute perfect!

For me personal, there were no negatives in our stay, except that te price was a bit on the high side, but I think that is pretty common in London

We stayed in late June in a Deluxe Studio with 2 adults and our 17 and 20 year-old "kids". The location was very convenient to the underground station (Gloucester Road) and the parks. The neighborhood felt safe and there was a Tesco Express market and restaurants and pubs close by. The room was nice and clean though a little small (not surprisingly). There was a double bed and a sofa bed. We appreciated having the small kitchen and the laundrette, and the water dispenser (to fill our bottles) and coffee machine in the lobby. The bathroom was clean and updated. The room was quiet and we didn't hear much noise from other rooms or from outside. The weather was not very hot when we were there, but nevertheless, the room temperature was very comfortable during the length of our stay.

The hot water in the bathroom wasn't very hot. No plugs for kettle etc. in kitchen area.The reception team also allowed queue jumpers at check in, despite myself and others waiting patiently and served them first. Not the best first impression.

Excellent hotel-apartments in a great location, clean and comfortable with everything you need. Kitchen is well equipped for breakfasts, reheating food etc. Coffee machine and free fruit in reception is a welcomed touch. The hotel is a short stroll from Gloucester Rd station on the Picadilly, District and Circle line - you can catch the Picadilly line to and from from Heathrow. We loved our stay made welcome by Citadines’ friendly, helpful staff.

Great place, very good location just 10 minutes walk from the Royal Albert Hall, the museums and Gloucester Road tube station. Free tea & coffee in the reception area, the room was really spacious & I loved having the small kitchen area so I could prepare my own drinks & food whenever I wanted to. The staff were charming and we’re happy to keep my luggage on check-out day so I could spend the day out and about without having to lug a case with me. Overall, a great place to stay.

Nothing

The room was super clean including bathroom and kitchen. Very good linens and top class toiletries. The hot water was very hot with a lovely shower, the kitchen was fully equipped, enough coat hangers and a safe ! Also felt very secure as single ladies. The staff are amazing ! Nothing was too much trouble. We were greeted with smiles and made to feel relaxed and totally at home. Looking forward to staying again asap.

There was only one chair so a little difficult to eat at the table when using the kitchen to cook a meal. That was the only thing we’d change.

Room cleaning was inadequate (once every week). Due to the diligence of the staff, we had our towels changed once upon request, since no cleaning was scheduled for the duration of our stay (5 nights). Henceforth, the requested price was a bit on the high side for the provided service

Brilliantly located for the museums and only a few mins walk from the tube. Great to have a fridge and a kettle. Perfect size for my son and I for our half term trip to London. He loved his free hot chocolate!
