The locations and the staff are great. The front desk staff went out of their way to help. They were great. The staff helped me out with the internet since I wasn’t a Hilton honors member and gave me an access code. That was very appreciated

It’s a dated property. Needs a facelift. The fitness center was very small and didn’t have enough to really make it a fitness center. The coffee machine was just bad. They really need to get new modern machines. This one is outdated and gives the coffee as tea a very bad taste. Just have a kettle and instant coffee. The AC machine was way too loud. Had to turn it off to get some sleep. It was noisy and wasn’t efficient. You have a be a Hilton honors member to get internet access. The hotel needs to install some internet coverage boosters since the coverage was lost and if you don’t have hotel internet access you are out of luck

Bath room is a way from bed so that I could more relax each other. Super Clean. Shuttle service to our dinner place was super nice!!!!

There is no hand mirror in bath room . Some people need to see back of head to go out. All three mirror is for only front of your body . Even cannot rent from house keeping? Most hotel has one from my experience!! Also, why pay big $ for parking who stay hotel???

We upgraded to top floor for privacy and the lake view was outstanding. Bed and linen very, very, comfy. Shower awesome. Location b/w 2 lakes, with capitol on one side and Monona Terrace on the other, just fantastic! Staff, service, and food excellent, 4 stars.

14floor lounge open but no coffee beverages, etc.. Did receive food vouchers which were used and much appreciated. No complimentary coffee or water in lobby. Pool very small and tile needs cleaning. No microwave in room until we asked to bring up.

This was a 50th birthday gift from my mom and my husband and I had a wonderful time. Check in was a little strange because my mom booked it but the room was for my husband and I but we got through it.

It would have been nice to have the carriage ride stop at your hotel but it was a little cold that night so we couldn't take it anyway.

Location! It was convenient for the event we were attending.

The price for the room on a Monday night was extremely high! It was almost $400 for one Monday night. Including parking fee on top of the stay is a bit ridiculous. We wouldn’t stay here again due to the price alone.

The facility and room were clean and well appointed.

Despite my having an email confirmation from booking.com, they couldn’t find your notification of our reservation so it took over 1/2 hour longer to check in than should have been necessary. I do not plan to use booking.com again.

The location is exceptional, one block from the Capitol. The lakeview rooms have a stunning view of Frank Lloyd Wright's Monona terrace and lake Monona. We were visiting Madison for a college graduation and had a wonderful graduation dinner in the hotel restaurant. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Bar prices are 3X anywhere, The check- in person charged me the wrong rate (150 more) but was later corrected according to my bank with No statement from Hilton.

On a cold day we appreciated the in-house parking garage. The beds were very comfortable and the room was quiet. Once we got to the hotel, we walked everywhere that we were going which was super.

The heater in the room was a little noisy and slow to respond to thermostat changes.

Location was awesome. Loved the dining/bar area. Room was large enough to spread out. Two double queen bed plus a nice pull out sofa sitting area.

Room could have been a little cleaner. Dust on the television, nightstand and phone areas. But nothing that would keep me from staying here again.
