Great location for people travelling by car. Easy to get to, and close to city transport.

Pretty cheap room. No sockets near the bed. Shower leading straight into the bedroom, no bathroom as such.

It was a good, confortable, and clean place to be. The breakfast was very good. The hotel is located in a place at about 600m from metro station, so, it was a good departure point to walk around Vienna. There is a supermarket besides the hotel and a 24h store in front; it could be a good help if you arrives hungry. The room is spacious, at least for an only guest. It is not a 4 or 5 star hotel, but considering the price, it was a very good deal.

It could be better if the room had a refrigerator and a microwave owen, but it is not really a big problem. The toilet has no lock. It was not a problem for me, since I was alone in the room, but it could be inconvenient for families, specially with kids.

A good location (variability of the supermarkets, close to the U3 Gasometer station and VIB).

Some of the receptionists should either show more empathy or find themselves another job. They look suffering at this place. A breakfast is quite basic and is very much bakery-focused. Considering the fact that the overwhelming majority of the guests is international, a less localized approach in its preparation should be considered. Finally, I did not understand this issue with the ladies walking around the stage and offering room service (this wasn't so during my stay in 2023). One of them even opened the door without a permission while I was lying in my bed being naked. This should be better organized.

The breakfast there is convenient (cold boiled eggs, hams, bacon, cucumber, tomatoes, some jams and honey, coffee & tea, milk, oat milk, bread, some juices, etc), but of course don't expect that you can get the same kind of food as you pay the same price in the grocery store nearby. The air-conditioner works well, although I did not use it for most of the days I stayed there. Anyway AC is crucial for such an incredible summer, so I am quite happy. The staff there are overall friendly. Just the location is not very close to the place I wanted to go, but it is not far from U3 the metro line (around 7 min walk from the station).

The room card (the key) need to be updated almost everyday I came back. Sometimes it was not a happy thing, in particular when other guests were also waiting in the hall for checking-in, and I had to wait after them just to update the key.

The hotel is very good, the room is comfortable, the air conditioning works, the staff are very attentive. The cleanliness is excellent. The free wifi works very well. The breakfast meets expectations and is relatively inexpensive. I recommend!

The room is comfortable, but it might be a bit tight for two people on a longer stay. There are very few hangers and closets. The desk in the room is very small and uncomfortable, not suitable for working on site. The location is not good: the neighborhood is safe and quiet, but it's far from the city's main tourist and professional attractions; but it's not bad either, as the hotel is very close to a metro station. Even with these problems, I recommend!

The location is a short walk from Gasometer concert venue and this is the reason we opted for this hotel. Beds are comfortable as are the pillows. It’s clean and the windows can open all the way to let the fresh air in.

Bathroom is a weird small closet with a see through window so if you are traveling with friends you might not be comfortable showering. Staff is uninterested (in example the vending machine is broken amd they did not put up a sign saying it’s broken). Also the garage is way to expensive at 14€ per day even though it is their property and should be free. Breakfast is 11€ but beware they won’t inform you that it’s not included in the price.

We came to Vienna for a concert, and we were very happy to find accommodation that was close to our bus and the concert venue. Our room was nice and clean. I liked the lamps, and mirrors. I was glad that the heating could be adjusted inside the room, so I was never cold. Check out was easy and not too early time.

We had to wait quite long at check-in. I didn't like that there was no power outlet next to the bed. We couldn't use our phones and laptop from bed if we needed to charge them. The staff only came to clean our room once when we were inside so it was not the appropriate time to us, and they did not come back later. Because of this, we ran out of toilet paper and had more trash than could fit in the trash can. The shower tray can be quite slippery, and i didn't like that shower door was half transparent.

Location is superb. It's just a 5-minute walk from the metro station. Nearby, there's a Billa and another big supermarket. The hotel also has superb parking. Nikola is a great host at reception, providing helpful information. Breakfast is served cold, but it was really good with unbelievably great coffee. Good value for money in Vienna.

I booked two beds, but didn't see that one bed is a children's upper bunk bed. So I took another room. It's a little strange that the washbasin is in the room, but it's not much of a problem.

I don’t know why there are negative reviews for this place, me and my partner found nothing wrong with it it’s just perfect, low value very easy to go and come either from the airport or the center or Christmas markets etc.. The room it self just amazing super clean practically has everything you need a shower a toilet a heating if you want to use it even that we didn’t use it because the room temperature was were it should be.

The only negative I would say is that there was no power points near the bed but is not something that you can’t find a way to work around it if you wanna charge your electronic devices.
