Gave us advice to go to Sandholt for breakfast around the corner This was great - lovely place less than 2 mins walk away Wristbands to come and go and purchase anything you need yourself Reception very helpful with any advice or booking elsewhere - helped in advance over Whatsapp too for arrangements Bed extremely comfortable and large - movie hub had big screen at foot of bed if you wanted to watch something when in bed or when woke up Hot Tub is cool on 3rd floor too

Room could have had a place to hang up some of our clothes but we had them folded on the shelves instead Only gripe as its a great concept and everything perfect

The service was exceptional! We felt very welcome, facilities were clean, rooms were very warm and there was free coffee and tea (though we understand that's temporary)

A bit more space would have been nice :) it is not enough for two persons. While one was unpacking/packing the luggage, the other has to be in bed or outside. Also, a light under the table would be nice since it's so little space.

I really enjoyed the location and the experience of staying in a ‘pod’. We got the movie hub and it was exactly what we expected it to be, and a little more.

The door was a little bit hard to close, and I think that might have been why the housekeeping tried to come into our room while we were still sleeping. Maybe the door didn’t close all the way after a night run to the bathroom.

We enjoyed our stay, staff was very helpful and always available! Additionally they allowed us to check in early and also leave our stuff at the hotel while we were going around the city on the last day! Hot tub was also amazing! And there was free coffee/tea at all times at the reception area. Additionally the hotel is kocated pretty central so everything is in a walkable distance!

My stay was super nice because of the cleanliness of the room and facilities. I liked that the toilets and showers were separated, it's very practical.

I wish the Cityhub app also had Reykjavik in it so I could use app's features (hub lighting and cool air). Sleeping in the hub was a bit hot due to the temperature + thick blanket so I wish I could've adjusted that.

This is one of the coolest places I’ve stayed in, really chilled out, super snazzy pods, rooftop hot tub, kitchenette with all mod cons to make any meals, free tea and coffee, vending machines, everywhere was super clean and funky. Staff were so helpful and kind if I needed info for transport etc. bathrooms immaculate, i would defo recommend staying here

There was nobody there when I checked in and I did not see any clear or obvious signs or explanation of how exactly things worked. For example, I did not understand that the wristband was also used to purchase beverages in the common area. If I had understood this I would have been interested in them and hanging out in that area.

Great price, central location, nice compromise between a hotel and a hostel. We loved the wristbands acting as keycards and the hot tub. Ideal for a short trip.

The QR code for the app that controls the room leads to the wrong app, correct app found on the App Store, named city hub Reykjavik.

There was a mistake for my booking through booking.com, so booking.com mixed up my reservation with someone else’s. But the employee managed it very well! We loved how helpful they were. The hub is very comfortable, clean and, what I didn’t expect, quite. For one to two nights a very very good option. Would book it again.

Excellent location, exceptional personnel, very very cosy reception place, comfortable beds, very clean and decent. We liked a lot the concept of the hotel, this is the future. Isabella, and other ladies-hosts - you are great, keep smiling and making the tourists stay comfortable as you did for us. Great job!
