Great location for a tourists as it is walking-distance to the main tourist areas in town. The full kitchen was super helpful because we were able to reduce our food costs but preparing our own meals. (There's even a supermarket close by to buy groceries).

It was more of an airbnb experience than a typical hotel experience (door code, self-check-in / out) which is fine if you're used to that kind of thing but some people might be surprised how it works here.

The apartment was comfortable and in a really excellent location. With Reykjavik being so walkable, we could get to everything we wanted easily. The Parisian bakery next door was closed for holiday, but we did a bakery crawl to Braud, Sandholt, and Baka Baka while walking to the Rainbow road (a block away), the church, the lighthouse, sun voyager, the opera house, etc.

With one parking spot for a couple apartments, we parked there, went to Sky Lagoon, and got back around 10:30 to have it full with another guest. It was hard finding parking that late on the street (free 9pm-9am), so it was stressful. In the morning, that guest left and we parked there, but it's hit or miss depending on who else has booked an apt.

The main living area and large bedroom were both excellent. The bathroom was also a good size. The property was incredibly well placed, so close to the city centre, supermarket and tourist attractions. We really enjoyed staying here and have already recommended it to friends. The parking was also incredibly useful and was always available for us during our stay.

The second bedroom was not large enough to be a double bedroom. The bed was a small double, which was too small for two adults. We had to keep our suitcases in the living area as they couldn’t fit inside the bedroom. The kitchen was also missing a few things we would see as essential for self-catering - a frying pan, a spatula, a serving spoon - and could have had larger glasses.

A very large, spacious , modern , spotlessly clean and comfortable apartment. There was plenty of space and seating for everyone to relax after a day of exploring. The main bedroom was large and comfortable , the second bedroom had the beds close to the wall so had to climb in but that was not a problem for our son. It was nice to have the balconies so that we could check the weather temperature before setting out and to look for the northern lights. The apartments location is excellent on the Main Street within easy walking distance to everything. Easy entry by code, good communication with host. Parking is available in an underground garage opposite the apartment or paid street parking, if you venture further from the apartment you can be lucky and find free parking.

The apartment is spacious. I rented 2 apartments, we were 11 in the group. The location is close to restaurants and some tourist attractions. Only downside to it is the place is too hard to locate. There is no signage on the building. It’s just the number of the building, you enter the code and you can access your apartment. There is no staff to greet you. Parking is very challenging. You have to go around in circles hoping for another car to leave a parking spot close to the apartment. Paying for parking fee is also challenging.

Hard to find and public parking is hard to come by.

Great location, great space for a group! Loved the outdoor access on both side, great to get the air flowing through the apartment! Beds were comfortable and kitchen was excellent. Access to excellent restaurant and bar options and a Bonus for groceries all just steps from the front door. Same as tourist adventures.

We liked everything... my only nit picky thing is the couch was covered in crumbs and the fouton needed a wipe down when we got there. I was happy to clean both the best I could, but I didn't spend too much time on the couch crumbs. A vacuum in the room would be beneficial for that purpose. Also the kitchen needs another fork or 2 for more than 4 people.

The apartment is in a fantastic location and was new, beautiful and comfortable! It is located on the main shopping street with nearby restaurants and bars. The apartment was quiet and we had no issues with noise. There is a pay public parking garage very nearby. Public bus stop #9 is also nearby to take you to the terminal to catch the Flybus to the airport.

The toilet bowl was constantly running some water which therefore required more time for the water tank to fill between uses. It probably simply needs a new valve within the water tank.

Beautiful apartment a few doors down from Kattakaffihúsið- which was a hit with my 2 boys. Nice open floor plan, kitchen with everything you need to make meals- and a Krónan grocery store a block away for groceries. Two bedrooms and big closets in one and in the hall. Nice bathroom and plenty of towels. Located In the city center so walking distance to everything you want to see and do in Reykjavik and parking in the back- I can’t say how perfect this place is for families.

The location is wonderful! The apartment was nicely furnished, and the kitchen had most of the necessary dishes, pots, pans, tools and utensils. The beds were comfortable and it was easy to control the temperature.

The blackout curtains were not fully operational in one of the bedrooms and in the living room. The shower leaked on the bathroom floor. Neither of these were a big problem and I was able to fix the curtain in the bedroom. Parking was convenient but cost about 21 USD per day. The dishwasher was missing several wheels on the lower tray which made it difficult to use.

The property is in a brilliant location, everything is closely accessible. There is a supermarket round the corner which is not overly expensive. The property was beautiful and well kept, comfy beds and plenty of space. Couldn’t really ask for better, glad that we decided to go for an apartment rather than a hotel so that we had cooking facilities. Absolutely no issues with the apartment itself and would book again.

We had a few issues with the main building door which was very annoying, the code worked on the day of check in but didn’t work after that. On one day the manager reset the code but it only lasted an hour, we had to keep ringing the out of hours number for them to open the door which was stressful at 1am after coming back from a northern lights tour.
