excellent continental breakfast and hot breakfast options, the bread is actually good and not just barely edible, great fruit and juices and a nice open and large space with good ventilation - does not feel cramped or crowded with comfy chairs. The lifts are also efficient and no long queues waiting to go up or down. Business guests are checked into different corridors to families to extremely quiet and superb for work or resting in the room.

The towels are treated with some kind of softener which makes them non-absorbent and squishy. Not the best drying experience. Also incessant music in all the restaurants, the lobby, by the pool. Annoying.

Breakfast was great with a variety of options and they would even cater to special dish requests and serve accordingly which is remarkable. Room had a splendid view of the city and Ulsoor lake. Special mention to Clebert for assistance us with itinerary plans, doing a few local errands and patiently explaining locations as well as Akshay for giving us a complimentary late checkout and access to the lounge as compensation for the driver not being able to find us and pick us up from the railway station.

An AC controller which is easier for guests to use would have been better. The room temperature controller they had was confusing for us in terms of its effects as we couldn't figure out when its off or on because the air would remain cold.

The doorman to the front reception and concierge was exceptional. The wait staff at breakfast were so helpful. Special mention to Komal, at reception who gave us our entire itinerant- for tourist travelling first time to Bengaluru. She was patient and generously gave up her time. Clebhert Pinto, was so helpful when we needed assistance with luggage and freshening up even after we checked out. Indra Singh Rawat the chef, made the best Thai dish and even remade mine when I found it too spicy- and was so happy when we loved the remade order- it was exceptional service. This is the best hotel experience we have ever had and we travel Around the world regularly. Well done to every single staff that worked on the week of 7-11 of July.

It’s located in a great part of the city, very close to MG Road and Church Street with good cafes/restaurants and shopping options. The staff were very courteous and helpful, they upgraded us to a high floor room as well as mended some torn garments that we had given for laundry free of charge.

The swimming pool was not available during our stay due to ongoing renovations. The breakfast buffet options were also the same every day which got a little boring after a while

I always prefer conrad when in Bangalore. Rooms are neat and clean and friendly staff. Easy check-in. Breakfast is best part in this hotel, With so many variety and yummy food. Best view from the room and climate was so complementing our leisure stay. Rooms are very fresh each day, Room services are top notch. Reception has lot of staffs to help our needs. Overall a great place in Bangalore for staycation. Highly recommend.

Staff were exceptionally friendly and willing to help with every aspect of our 6 night stay. Hotel is centrally located with easy access to shopping areas. Rooms were modern and meticulously clean. Housekeeping do a great job! Varied menus throughout the hotel offer a range of cusine choices. Third floor restaurant has amazing views and wonderful ambiance. Spa services were outstanding! Breakfast every morning had every possible choice. Highly recommend this hotel!

Staff were excellent. Concierge Pratish was super friendly and helpful. Staff at breakfast were all great too! Facilities were top class, and was impressed by the fitness center.

There was some garbage in one of our room’s bathroom drawer, which has a lot of used tissues, some of which had blood on them. This was not pleasant. However, this was cleaned up during next days’ cleaning.

Breakfast was excellent. Great selection and very attentive staff to take care of you. My wife and I had 3 treatments at the Spa and they exceeded our expectations. Atu was excellent and needs special commendation for her professional massage technique and warm personality.

I was placed in a smoking room after requesting a non smoking room. Although the staff said it was a non-smoking room, there was an ashtray on the table. I was subsequently moved to a nonsmoking room. This should have been prevented as I requested this prior to my arrival.

Conrad is an example for what is best hospitality and service. There’s no space for inconvenience and discomfort that was left! Keep doing the great job team Conrad! Rights from the bell boy to the receptionist to the lobby services are commendable leaving no question to validate the experience of my stay!

The room , location is comfortable. Room is spacious and the lake view is nice. The buffet breakfast has quite the variety (Indian, Asian, continental etc) with live Indian traditional music everyday. The staff are also quite attentive and the housekeeping staff do quite the job.

The card payment machines must be improved. For both domestic and international cards !! The card gets declined and we have to try the payment atleast a couple of times before payment. This happened everytime me and colleagues tried to pay..
