The hotel has arrangement with next hotel for bf. They can see, this can be arranged on the roof top itself , if possible. They can keep one staple vegetarian item like IDLI and then add on of dosa or other dishes. The choice is limited. No fruit juice and one fruit was provided. Other than the same, the place is nice and in a very good location.

This is my first visit and had good interaction and noticed , to one guest, many people are trying to serve and look for tips and may be they have seen too many foreign people staying there and have this practice. This the management should try to rectify. They have introduce a common tipping system and all are shared out of the same by keeping a box and the employees are made aware of the same. So all will get benefited. As some times, the person who has given service would have went from the shift when a guest is vacating and he may not get the reward. If a common system is there, then all can get a share. A small thought only.

The Garden hotel is in a great location and the service we received was excellent. The room was large , clean and well equipped. The staff were always willing to help. Although we breakfast was at the hotel next door, it was very tasty and there was lots of choice, it wasn’t a problem. Great value for money.

The hotel is quite old and some thing could do with updating.

Room reeked of nicotine. Couldn't change it- not good enough. All touch points ie light switches and around door handles filthy. No view.

Nice place, polite staff. The room was big, comfortable and well furnished, a bit old though. Breakfast buffet (Indian and international food) was amazing! Good location close to Gate of India.

The cleaning could be better, more complete and more often. We never got answer to our question through booking, no aiport shuttle as asked, but the room was ready as booked. AC was leaking.

I would like to extend special thanks to Mr. Singh for his exceptional service. It was always a pleasure to see him, and his attentiveness made our stay even more enjoyable.

It’s in the main city. The Taj Hotel is just behind this hotel. Everything is near and food is amazing. Definitely come back once again we come back. Nice restaurants nearby. Staff was really nice.

the staff at the property were incredibly kind and accommodating. it was conveniently located, and the breakfast included was delicious. the beds were very comfortable as well.

the property is certainly dated - it has seen better days but is overall functional. walls are thin as well

The breakfast was passable. But you tired of eating the same things everyday. The staff are very friendly and hospitable.

Personally I have nothing to complain about.

The property is in Colaba and which is behind The Taj Hotel and Gate of India. That is the main attraction. And restaurants and main tourist attractions are just walkable distance .

The Garden Hotel is a lovely setup in the vicinity of the Colaba touristy area - walking distance from the Gateway/Market/Museum/Cafes. The team was very friendly and hospitable. They were happy to guide/share local tips and also willing to accommodate any requests where possible. The room was pretty decent and catered to all basic requirements. We had a comfortable stay - ended with the nice complimentary breakfast before check out.

Could improve on cleanliness/maintenance of room furnishings. A little more light in the bathroom wouldn’t go amiss.
