The staff of this hotel was super helpful and friendly. They give the best service they can offer for the guest's comfort. The room I got was bigger than expected, cozy, and clean. Overall services were very satisfactory.

Nothing I can think of. Just that, maybe the staff can highlight that the room provided will be on the first floor or the ground floor will be better as the guests might be old people that cannot climb up to the first floor.

Great quiet refugee for a stay in Ubud. Although the hotel is very close to the center, it is hidden away from the road so it is relatively calm compared to the busy street outside. What we loved most, is the helpfulness of the staff. Especially Juliana was super friendly, and he helped us arrange multiple trips from the hotel as well as just give general tips about the area, do's and don't's etc

The only occasional noise is from live music in nearby cafes, but that always stops at a reasonable time. The breakfast could be improved on. The asian breakfast was great, but the other options were a bit limiting after a few days.

On the main monkey forest street, yet very calm inside. Walking distance from attractions such as the Ubud Palace, Saraswati Temple, Ubud market, Monkey Forest, good restaurants, etc. Very friendly staff, they help with arranging tours to different places around Ubud at reasonable rates. Rooms and overall decor is Balinese. There's a bathtub in the bathroom, and a separate glasstop shower area which was a different experience.

Vegan options for breakfast. Everything else was awesome.

The door for our room didn’t feel secure when locked but the hotel felt very secure and safe so it wasn’t an issue for us. We would stay here again

The architecture and grounds are traditional Balinese and absolutely beautiful. Staff were amazing - friendly, kind and accomodating, the manager Juliana made sure we were well looked after and nothing was too much trouble to help us with. Excellent service. Rooms were kept clean and the pool was refreshing and relaxing in the evening. Property is in the heart of the Main Street, Jalan Monkey Forest, but it’s set back from the action and quiet and peaceful. Step outside and everything is right there. Perfect location. Breakfast was freshly made and pleasant. Excellent value for a budget hotel. Highly recommended. We will be back!

Nice location near all the shops and restaurant , monkey forest is only 10 mins walk from hotel and near Ubud market.Staff Putu arranged for us transport with good price to do tour and he always give us all the information and the food where to eat . Thanks to all the staffs and we will come back again .

Everything was good but Wi-Fi didn’t reach to our room.Good that we bought sim for Data.

The property was so central to the main part of Ubud, everything was on our doorstep. The staff were so friendly and helpful and couldn’t do enough for you. The room was kitted out with a safe, robes and a lovely terrace with traditional wood carving doors. The pool was a lovely relaxing space to be in. I cannot fault this place and the staff were fantastic. It is also such good value for money. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

This property was good value for price but an older style accommodation with quite basic rooms. The location was great, as was the outside breakfast area and gardens. Staff were very friendly and helpful for all requests.

The bed was quite small for two people to sleep comfortably, the shower was very old fashioned with bathtub and shower curtain. Pretty door to the room but a bit awkward to lock or unlock.

Great value for money. Personal so friendly and helpfull. Service is their motto. No matter what, they are at your service and will help you out. Especially thinking back about Mr. Juliana and Mr. Putu still have warm feelings about their commitment to make our stay the utmost top experience! Many thanks.

We had a long stay of 14 days as being base for many trips from this nicely central location on Bali. We faces the breakfast choice to be rather basic. Although the breakfast was adequate, somewhat more diversity would have been appreciated.

Once again we are back. This is a one of those special places you stay and can't wait to go back. A place that you connect with and feel like part of the family. Well Lumbung Sari is that for us. The first time we were here was 10 years ago, took pictures with the staff had a wonderful time. (We found out that we had to book early as we were unable to get a room once so make sure we book well in advance now). Much to our surprise most of the staff is still there, that in itself says a lot. It is a small oasis with a beautiful setting just off noisy Monkey Forest Rd. It is so quiet and peaceful. Our room is large and beautiful with everything you might need. The bathroom is large with a separate bathtub and large vanity. Everything is perfect. Breakfast is located by the pool with a help-yourself fruit, coffee, tea and juice station and a great menu to order from for your main breakfast. The men and women that work there are always happy to help with whatever is needed. Ask them first if you need transportation, tickets or trips to anywhere in Bali including the islands. I found I got my best price from them and everything was done. Thank you everyone for aonother great holiday. We hope to see you real soon.
