Right at coach station, close to railway, also to downtown only a few minutes walk. great set-up, very friendly service, responsive, and the atmosphere lively and yet comfortable. Free coffee, tea all day, plus water-refill station. Towel and laundry service. 4-bed room was fine, nice curtain for privacy, bathrooms clean. Chance to meet other travellers in common rooms downstairs, plus live music and pub crawl.

Very friendly stuff and very clean

I couldn’t sit in the lobby in the morning at 4-6am when I had sleep problems because “the floor was wet”.

We staid at a 6 bed private room. The beds are like little cubby pods, with a curtain for privacy. They are sturdy so the person in the top bunk can move without rattling the whole thing. the mattress was firm but comfy and the bathroom looked pretty new and was very clean. The shower was fantastic! The breakfast is amazing (compared to what is usually offered for free at hostels). Toast, cheese, ham, several spreads, several types of cereal, fruit, coffee and tea. Common areas are nice as well, although we didn't use them much.

Pillows are very flat, and the shower curtain sticks to you when the hot water is on (a glass door would be better) but these are very very minor things. Because we booked as a group we needed to leave a 30€ deposit in cash *each* (which was unexpected, I had interpreted 30€ per group and did not realise it had to be in cash) but there's an ATM in there and we got it back when we checked out so no big issue there. The price is relatively expensive for a hostel room, but that's more to do with the prices around Galway overall rather than particularly with this hostel, and you get a very good hostel experience in return.

Everything was good and confortable: : staff super kind, very usefu,l, clean and well equipped and well kept common spaces, the location next to the coach station in the city center, good breakfast, wifi works well, there is the elevator too and the luggage store for free.. The mattress was so confortable that I slept like a baby, each bed has several sockets and a light. the ladder to climb to the upper beds is comfortable because the rungs are wider than usual No doubt, the best hostel where I have never been.

If I have to say something, maybe the room too small for 6 people

Location. Very central, 150m from Eyre Square. Cleanliness. Spotless. Atmosphere. Bright and lively, with guests of all ages Facilities. Clean, bright, well furnished, and well stocked kitchen/dining area, abundant supply of tea and coffee all day, very adequate breakfast and afternoon snack supplied. Staff: delightful, welcoming and friendly, from reception to house staff. A tremendous asset to the hostel. Novelty. Had never experienced a hostel before and was very pleasantly surprised. Was a solo traveller, but would be ideal for families/groups of any size.

Nothing really. Ideally a quiet and private room for internet use/zoom meetings would be a bonus if space allowed, but a minor issue.

Great location. Friendly helpful knowledgeable staff. Fresh homemade banana bread, brown bread and muffins for breakfast as well as choice of cereals, nuts, dried fruit, And free afternoon tea with biscuits. Plus fully equipped kitchen and 24 hour reception. Free luggage storage.

Breakfast had everything you need but not to much and included in the price, the rooms and bathroom are clean, the kitchen provides fresh towels to dry the tableware, just simple comfort It is located close to the Coach Station and Train Station so it's perfect for travellers. Ways are short. The main sights can be seen within a 10 minute walk.

It's located close to the coach station and main sights but further away from the sea. The beds squeak a little and the walls are thin so you hear a lot of noise from other rooms.

Private rooms are lovely size, clean with basic clean bathroom and surprised we had a balcony in our room which made it feel more special. . Lovely chill out areas downstairs with pool table and ping pong table outside with a nice garden area Breakfast options were standard but a nice selection of breakfast cereals toast and fruit and teas and coffee . . Staff were friendly and helpful and perfect location 5minutes from the shops, pubs and restaurants and public transport...

We were happy with everything..

It is the second time I came to this hostel and I really like it. The facilities are new, comfortable and the bathroom is inside the room. The breakfast is very nice and the beds are very comfy and with a certain for privacy. The location is very convenient as it is right next to the bus station

I stayed two nights and there was no housekeeping service from one day to the next the bathroom was not clean

Centrally located and within walking distance of many shops, restaurants, and pubs. There was a substantial breakfast included and a filtered water dispenser to refill your water bottle. They wash, dry, and fold a bag of laundry for €10! The room had an ensuite bathroom. The beds have curtains to draw closed, which is great for when you want to sleep before others in the room. There are lockable under-bed cages to lock up your belongings (you provide your own lock), but I never felt like anything was at risk of being taken. If you are driving, they have a daily discounted rate for parking in a nearby multilevel parking garage.

I was on the third floor. I prefer walking up and down, but my feet aren't as young as they used to be. 😆 However, there is an elevator!
