On arrival we were greeted with welcome drinks and valet services. Our room was amazing and very comfortable with lovely views. Lunch was very nice

Only downfall is the dinner menu we found to be very posh, and no “comfortable” food .

We had breakfast booked at 10:15. We arrived at the dining room where breakfast is served on time only to wait 20 minutes to be seated. Our order was quickly taken however our breakfast order got lost in the kitchen and we waited 45 minutes to be served. It was an inconvenience as our breakfast had only been finished at 12 when checkout was. Breakfast was delicious and staff were friendly. It was a shame because everything else about the stay was great

A beautiful hotel, excellent stay. The staff are the best in any hotel I have ever stayed in. Very polite and so helpful and genuinely friendly. We got a room upgrade for our anniversary and the welcome staff were absolutely excellent.

Spa was booked out but that can’t be helped. Breakfast on the first morning wasn’t great, 2nd morning was better although our breakfast sides never arrived, it was busy.

Beautiful hotel, room large and comfortable! Double sink & showers. Nice extra touches in the room. Good service overall, staff go above & beyond

The bakery basket at breakfast didn’t seem that fresh, particularly the croissants. While we loved the table service for the hot breakfast, It would be nice to be able to choose the pastries etc you would like.

Just parking if it your first time going to hotel the hotel could let customers know by phone or text to park at back of hotel in underground carpark it took us a we while to find right spot and entrance but know now for next time

This hotel is proper Lush! Gorgeous decor throughout and the staff were super helpful and cheery.. especially Joey at reception.. he was so lovely and looked after us with check in and even ordered us the courtesy car to our event too! The Spa is a destination in itself.. after the night out we LOVED it and left feeling relaxed and revived.. highly recommend 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

The hotel is lovely and well situated. The staff were very accommodating in general and helpful with requests. The room we had was spotless, spacious and had everything we needed. The bed was ridiculously comfortable! The breakfast was amazing and fresh.. Big shout out to the team/ customer experience manager for the special requests I made for my partner's birthday. They really made our stay start off super well. Unfortunately we did not get time to make use of the spa facilities but they looked great. I Would highly recommend a stay here.

Some broken switches in our room but nothing that hampered the comfort of our stay

Room - was spotlessly clean and very pleasant. we had both a large bath and a good shower. The TV was huge and had access to a wide selection of channels. We were given an arrival pack of water , potato crisps and chocolate ! All in all a very nice experience. Breakfast - table served and a wide selection of hot and cold foods. I had the waffle Benni which is a twist on eggs Benedict and was lovely ! We also had an evening meal which also was top quality .. all lunches we had were exceptionally good and were in cost terms quite reasonable. Drinks too were not excessively priced. The staff in the hotel are a delight , all helpful and keen to deliver. We also tried out the spa .. very well worth while as it was only €15 each for an hour experience in the pool and sauna etc !

Nothing - we had noting at all to be negative about .. We will be back !
