The hotel is at an astonishing location with amazing views. Lovely atmosphere and unbeatable floating swimming pool in the lake of Como

The rectangular small floor opening filled with water like small pools to wash feet before entering the spa and before entering the outside pool area. Any one can fall and it will cause serious injuries. I recommended for it to be closed with glass or plastic covers.

This property is a jewel on the shores of Lake Como. It’s Heaven on Earth. The gardens, views of the Lake, infinity pool and spa are the most relaxing space you’ll ever experience anywhere in the world. The staff are the most genuinely caring Souls. The room service, overall food & drink selection is absolutely incredible - they serve works of culinary art, not just food. The interior design throughout the property is stunning. My Grand Lake View Suite truly was grand. It felt like a home away from home. The view from my suite’s terrace was absolutely beautiful. The mini bar selection deserves a special mention, as does the bathroom, which is so thoughtfully appointed. I loved the bath tub with massage function and the shower. The in-house spa is an oasis of calm & comfort. From the staff at the spa to the overall ambience, it is THE place to go to feel all the stress leave your body, mind & Spirit: The hot stone massage I received was the best I’ve ever experienced outside of Hawai’i - I didn’t want it to end. Again, what makes the Mandarin Oriental - Lago di Como stand out is the incredible kindness of the staff. There were so many moments in which their small, loving gestures caught me off guard and actually made me tear up - like the jar of their own organic honey they gifted me. I would have asked for it at the end of my stay, but the point is, I never needed to ask, they just blessed me with it on their own. Or the coffee I had just before my departure that they also gifted me. It’s these small gestures that my heart will always remember. Especially during a time like this, given that the pandemic has changed the face of travel & the world, it has been healing beyond words to experience the Mandarin Oriental Lago di Como, where it truly feels like the world is peaceful & still intact, where human kindness still reigns supreme and every moment spent feels like an answered prayer. I will most definitely be returning.

The beds were a little too hard.

The location of the property in terms of views was fabulous. The breakfast was very good but overall the choices of food was very limited especially for vegetarian options.

Food choices and also orientation to the property. Until day 2 we were just figuring out where everything was. Also the concierge was not well versed with services and suggestions outside of the property.

This hotel was my "White Lotus" experience. Amazing property. We had a duplex suite (their smallest room) in the renovated Villa Roccabruna, a private home converted to hotel suites. The view from the room, its size, amenities, a welcome gift (fans of MO, free registration)...cannot wait to come back!

Nothing! It was flawless.

What’s not to like, exceptional buildings, grounds and facilities. Incredible pool, spa and gym facilities and several restaurants offering amazing cuisine. All accomplished by a professional and attentive staff and onsite team.

There is nothing to dislike about this property.

The 2nd time we have visited Manderin Hotel and quite honestly best hotel we've ever stayed in for overall service from everyone of the team @ the hotel Couldn't fault anything if i tried, we plan to go back next year !!

it rained one day :)

loved everything from the location to how the property was maintained, the mini bar selection,the breakfast, the in-house Japanese restaurant. we took a boat trip that the concierge recommended and were truly happy with all recommendations. the check in was nice and quick. will definitely be coming back

the only area where I would suggest improvement is the casual food. I had the pizza, club sandwich and the burger. all of them were very average.

The hotel surprised us with a Lake view room although they said they couldn't at first, that was a nice surprise. Thank you! Loved our room but the weeds at the balcony needs to be tidier :-) ...Breakfast was superb! Loved the bacon and eggs and coffee with the lovely greetings. I could have eaten all day. Pool and spa was a lovely experience as well. Will recommend to my friends.

Hard to book the hotel car to go to other towns and private boats were full.

Location, Comfort and facilities

There was no orthophedic pillow that causes the pain in my neck for the whole duration of the holiday. Adfitionally, during my check out, I checked the bill and realised they added 840.-€ as transportation cost that we never used. Then they deleleted this amount from my bill. However, they do not even say “apolıgise” for this big mistake. This mistake really annoyed me!

Outstanding view. Room size was ok. Bathroom excellent and balcony great. Breakfast: Egg choices very good. Buffet very limited The golf cart service was excellent. Quality of cars and drivers was also excellent The concierge team were all outstanding

slow reply for requests form room service and house keeping, like water, tea bags etc The restaurants menu very limited and food is not matching quality and prices.
