Hotels location was really good and you can walk out the hotel lobby door and you'll only be a 10 minute walk from times square. Theres subways everywhere around you aswell so you'll never be stuck for transport. The hotel itself is very nice. Bedrooms were lovely and cozy with cleaners available daily. Bathroom was nice also. Theres a lovely restaurant on the 7th floor aswell

Nothing really springs to mind. At the end of the day you're in new york city so you cant expect to open your bedroom window and see a beach and sun loungers... Its absolutely perfect if you want somewhere a little lowkey for a relatively good price in what I would consider the best location for a tourist. Alot of the angry reviewers under this hotel were crying over nothing.. If you want a 5 star hotel experience, book a 5 star hotel

I like the location. Close to the many area including wall green that sell anything you need as a traveller :)). I like the bed but not my room coz not the city view :). Overall it all nice.

The price in this season is too high :)) and there are constructions in some areas.

location was good. it was safe a day close to all the big attractions.

Great location if you're visiting NYC. Had some nice warm cookies on arrival. They were very accommodating with baggage so even though we were early for check in, we could go and explore the city. We could also leave the bags when we checked out and pick them up later.

Location was great across the road from Radio City and a few blocks from Central Park. Room was well appointed, staff were friendly and helpful

The staff and the location were both outstanding in equal measure. Ms. Salmon, was courteous, respectful, considerate, and a credit to the hotel.

Lack of a conventional lobby area was unusual but not a deal breaker.

Comparing to other hotels in that area this hotel has larger rooms. It’s very clean and staffs were nice.

There is almost no lobby area. I had to make some phone calls but there was almost no place to sit or wait in the lobby.

The exorbitant cost of breakfast. It is $28 for an egg and cheese sandwich. Ridiculous No microwave in room.

Location is amazing you can access transportation easily but also lots of attractions are closed by staff was really accommodating and helpful
